Detailed Description
The drill pipe with built-in hydraulic oil pipe according to the invention will be further described with reference to the accompanying drawings.
A reamer mixing drill assembly comprising: auger stem 1, reamer bit 9 with helical blades and extension arms, wherein:
the auger stem 1 comprises a hollow stem body 10 having a male connector body 11 and a female connector socket 12 with through holes, an auger blade 16 arranged on the outer wall of the hollow stem body, a drill stem oil pipe combination 2 arranged in the hollow stem body, and a drill stem slurry pipe 3 having a bracket 32, an upper end retainer 248, an upper end seal ring 249, a lower end retainer 258 and a lower end seal ring 259, wherein: the male joint body 11 includes a first stepped step 112 in the through hole of the upper end surface thereof, a male joint journal 113 in the upper outer wall thereof, and a first transverse semicircular groove 114 in the middle outer wall thereof; the female connector socket 12 includes a second stepped step 122 in its lower socket or receptacle, a third stepped step 123, a second transverse semicircular slot 124 in its inner wall, and a locking screw hole 125 extending therethrough.
The drill pipe and tubing assembly 2 includes two sets of parallel drill pipe built-in lines 27, 27' having a first hard pipe 26 disposed between the outer joint assembly and the inner joint assembly, an outer joint seat 240, an inner joint seat 250, and a plurality of brackets 22, wherein:
the outer joint part 240 comprises a base having two symmetrical first sockets 2401, 2401' and first grouting holes 2403, 2403' and a flange connected above the base and having opposed first notches 2402, 2402' thereon, which typically also extend partially downwardly into and on opposite sides of the peripheral outer wall of the base; the flange also has an outer seat flange groove 2406 on the outer circumference of the flange, and outer seat flange pin holes 2404 and outer seat flange screw holes 2405 on the end face of the flange.
The outer joint assembly includes a first outer joint 245, a quick-male joint 246, a circlip 44, and a first O-ring 55; among them, the first outer joint 245 has a convex ring on the upper part of its outer wall, when installed in the outer joint seat 240, it rests on the bottom end of the base socket of the outer joint seat through the convex ring, and its outer wall is divided into an upper first journal 2453 and a lower second journal 2452 by the convex ring as a boundary; the first outer joint 245 further comprises an outer upper end counter bore 2451 in the inner bore corresponding to the first journal 2453, an outer lower end counter bore 2454 in the inner bore corresponding to the second journal 2452, and an outer groove 24522 and an outer ring groove 24521 provided on the outer wall opposite to the base of the outer joint seat 240; the inner joint part 250 comprises a base having two symmetrical second sockets 2501, 2501' and second grouting holes 2503, 2503' and a flange connected above the base and having opposite second notches 2502, 2502' in the lower part thereof, the first notches also extending generally partially downwardly into and on opposite sides of the peripheral outer wall of the base; the flange also has an inner seat flange recess 2506 on the outer circumference of the flange and inner seat flange pin holes 2504 and inner seat flange screw holes 2505 on the flange end faces.
The nipple assembly includes a first nipple 251, a guide sleeve 253, a guide rod 252, a second nipple 255, a belleville spring 254, a quick box 256, a circlip 44, a first O-ring 55, a backbone seal 66, a second O-ring 77, and a third O-ring 88; wherein, the second inner joint 255 is provided with a convex ring at the upper part of the outer wall thereof, when being installed in the inner joint seat 250, the second inner joint 255 is placed on the top end of the base socket of the inner joint seat through the convex ring, and the outer wall thereof is divided into an upper fourth journal 2552 and a lower inner and outer thread 2553 by taking the convex ring as a boundary; the second inner joint 255 further comprises an inner two upper end counter bore 2555 serving as an inner hole in a corresponding position of the fourth journal 2552, and an inner two groove 25522 and an inner two ring groove 25521 which are arranged on the outer wall opposite to the base of the inner joint seat 250; the guide sleeve 253 is provided with a sleeve internal thread 2533, a sleeve middle through hole 2532 and a sleeve lower end counter bore 2531 in sequence from bottom to top, and the guide sleeve 253 also comprises a sleeve internal groove 25311 and a sleeve internal ring groove 25312 which are positioned on the inner wall of the sleeve lower end counter bore 2531; the guide rod 252 is a stepped rod with a head, having a rod neck 2522, rod threads 2521, and a rod through bore 2523; inner bore of first inner joint 251 is provided with an inner upper counterbore 2514, an inner thread 2513, an inner middle step bore 2512 and an inner lower counterbore 2511, as well as an inner annular groove 25141 located on the inner wall of inner upper counterbore 2514.
A plurality of brackets 22 are mounted in the drill pipe 3 with two symmetrical pipe through holes 221, 221', two symmetrical third grouting holes 223, 223' and a bracket ring groove 220.
The reamer bit 9 comprises a hollow bit body 90, an outer joint body 91 with a through hole and positioned above the hollow bit body, a bit oil pipe combination 92 positioned in the hollow bit body hole, a bottom flange 93 with a grouting hole 931 and positioned below the hollow bit body, a reaming mechanism 94 with an expansion arm 941 and an expansion cylinder 942 and positioned inside and outside the hollow bit body 90 respectively, an oil distribution ring 922 positioned above the expansion cylinder, a grouting pipe 97 penetrating the expansion cylinder and the oil distribution ring, an upper spiral wing 96 arranged on the outer wall of the hollow bit body 90 and positioned above the expansion arm 941, a lower spiral wing 98 positioned below the expansion arm 941 and provided with a cutting blade, an inner blade 99 positioned on the end face of the bottom flange, an upper end retainer 248 and an upper end sealing ring 249; wherein:
the outer joint body 91 includes a fourth stepped step 912 in the through hole of the upper end surface thereof, an outer joint journal 913 in the upper outer wall thereof, a third transverse semicircular groove 914 in the middle outer wall thereof, and a fifth stepped step 916 in the bottom thereof.
The bit oil pipe assembly 92 includes a second outer joint seat 9240, an oil distribution ring 922, two sets of parallel bit built-in pipelines 927, 927' with a second outer joint assembly including a second outer joint 9245, a second quick-connect male joint 9246, a circlip 44 and a first O-ring 55, a second hard pipe 926 between the second outer joint 9245 and the oil distribution ring, with a hard pipe upper joint body 9261 and a hard pipe lower joint body 9262; wherein,,
The second outer joint 9245 is provided with a convex ring at the upper part of the outer wall thereof, when being installed in the second outer joint seat 9240, the second outer joint 9245 is placed on the bottom end of the base socket of the second outer joint seat through the convex ring, and the outer wall thereof is divided into an upper outer two upper journals 92453 and a lower outer two lower journals 92452 by taking the convex ring as a boundary; the second outer joint 9245 further comprises an outer two upper end counter bore 92451 as the position of an outer two upper journal 92453, an outer two lower end counter bore 92454 as the position of a fourth journal 2452, and an outer two groove 924522 and an outer two ring groove 924521 provided on the outer wall opposite to the base of the second outer joint 9245; the second outer joint part 9240 comprises a base having two symmetrical third sockets 92401, 92401' and fourth grouting holes 92403, 92403' and a flange connected above the base and having opposed third notches 92402, 92402' thereon, which typically also extend partially downwardly into and on opposite sides of the peripheral outer wall of the base; the flange also has a second seat flange recess 92406 on the outer circumference of the flange and second seat flange pin holes 92404 and second seat flange screw holes 92405 on the flange end face.
The oil distribution ring 922 has two axially parallel end face counter bores 9221, 9221', two axially parallel straight oil passages 9222, 9222' disposed inside the oil distribution ring, transverse inner oil passages 9223, 9223 'connecting the end face counter bores and the straight oil passages, an oil ring intermediate bore 9224 disposed within the oil distribution ring below the end face counter bores, an oil ring bottom bore 9226, and two oil ring inclined bores 9225,9225'.
The drill pipe slurry pipe 3 of the spiral drill pipe 1 is placed in the inner cavity of the hollow drill pipe body 10 by utilizing a plurality of brackets 32 and being fixed by welding, and two ends of the drill pipe slurry pipe are respectively communicated with the inner holes of the male joint body 11 and the female joint socket 12.
The drill pipe oil pipe assembly 2 is placed in the inner hole of the drill pipe slurry pipe 3, two first hard pipes 26 pass through two symmetrical pipeline through holes 221, 221' in the plurality of brackets 22, the brackets are fixed on the outer wall of the first hard pipes 26, and bracket ring grooves 220 of the plurality of brackets 22 are placed in the inner hole of the drill pipe slurry pipe 3 after the O-shaped sealing rings are installed; the upper end of the drill pipe oil pipe assembly 2 is fixed at the bottom of the first step-shaped step 112 of the male connector 11 by installing an upper end retainer 248 on the outer side surface of the outer connector seat 240, an upper end sealing ring 249 is installed in an outer seat flange groove 2406, and an outer seat flange pin hole 2404 and an outer seat flange screw hole 2405 on the flange end surfaces of the upper end sealing ring 249 are respectively positioned and fastened by adopting positioning pins and screws; the lower end of the inner seat flange groove 2506 is fixed at the bottom of the second step 122 of the female connector socket 12 by installing a lower end retainer ring 258 on the outer side surface of the inner connector seat 250, the lower end sealing ring 259 is installed on the inner seat flange groove 2506, and the inner seat flange pin hole 2504 and the inner seat flange screw hole 2505 on the flange end surface are respectively positioned and fastened by positioning pins and screws.
The two sets of built-in drill pipes 27, 27' are respectively formed by connecting a first hard pipe 26, an outer joint assembly and an inner joint assembly, specifically, two ends of the first hard pipe 26 are respectively fixedly installed in an outer lower end counter bore 2454 of a first outer joint 245 and inner two upper end counter bores 2555 of a second inner joint 255; in addition, the outer joint assemblies of the two sets of built-in drill pipes 27, 27 'are respectively inserted into the two symmetrical first sockets 2401, 2401' of the outer joint seat 240 through the second shaft neck 2452 of the first outer joint 245, and are fixed in a manner that the circlips 44 are installed in the outer groove 24522, and the first O-rings 55 are installed in the outer ring groove 24521; a quick male connector 246 is arranged in an outer upper end counter bore 2451 of the first outer connector 245; the inner joint assemblies of the two sets of built-in drill pipes 27 and 27 'are respectively inserted into the two symmetrical second sockets 2501 and 2501' in the inner joint seat 250 through the fourth shaft neck 2552 of the second inner joint 255 and are fixed in a manner that the circlips 44 are arranged in the inner two grooves 25522, and the first O-rings 55 are arranged in the inner two ring grooves 25521; the guide rod 252 is screwed with the internal thread 2513 in the inner hole of the first inner joint 251 through the rod thread 2521 at the lower end of the guide rod through the sleeve lower end counter bore 2531 of the guide sleeve 253, the rod shaft neck 2522 of the guide rod 252 is placed in the sleeve lower end counter bore 2531 of the guide sleeve 253, and the sleeve inner groove 25311 and the sleeve inner ring groove 25312 of the sleeve lower end counter bore 2531 are respectively provided with a framework seal 66 and a third O-shaped ring 88; the belleville springs 254 are formed by overlapping one group of 2 pieces and overlapping a plurality of groups of belleville springs, are arranged in the sleeve middle through holes 2532 of the guide sleeve 253 and are positioned between the upper end face of the guide rod 252 and the lower end face of the second inner joint 255; the guide sleeve 253 is screwed on the internal and external threads 2553 at the lower end of the second inner joint 255 through the sleeve internal threads 2533 at the upper end of the guide sleeve; an inner annular groove 25141 of an inner upper end counterbore 2514 of first nipple 251 mounts second O-ring 77; a quick-connect coupling 256 is disposed in an inner intermediate stepped bore 2512 of the first nipple 251.
When the outer connector 91 of the reamer bit 9 is inserted into the female connector socket 12 at the lower end of the spiral drill rod 1, the outer connector journal 913 thereof is matched with the third step 123 of the female connector socket 12 of the spiral drill rod 1, the third transverse semicircular groove 914 on the outer wall of the outer connector 91 forms a relative matched locking pin hole with the second transverse semicircular groove 124 on the inner wall of the female connector socket 12 of the spiral drill rod 1, the outer connector 91 of the reamer bit 9 is locked after the connector pin is inserted, and finally the outer connector 91 of the reamer bit 9 is completely locked in the female connector socket 12 of the spiral drill rod 1 after the locking bolt is screwed into the locking screw hole 125, so that the spiral drill rod 1 above and the reamer bit 9 below are firmly connected.
The two built-in drill pipes 927, 927' of the drill oil pipe assembly 92 are respectively formed by connecting a second hard pipe 926 and a second outer joint assembly, the upper end of the two built-in drill pipes is fixed at the bottom of a fourth step 912 of the outer joint body 91 in a mode of installing a second upper end retainer ring 9248 on the outer side surface of a second outer joint seat 9240, a second upper end sealing ring 9249 is installed in a second outer seat flange groove 92406, and a second outer seat flange pin hole 92404 and a second outer seat flange screw hole 92405 on the flange end surface of the two built-in drill pipes are respectively positioned by positioning pins and screw fastening.
The upper ends of the two second hard pipes 926 are respectively fixed in the outer two lower end counterbores 92454 of the second outer joint 9245 through a hard pipe upper joint body 9261, the lower ends of the two second hard pipes are connected with the two end face counterbores 9221, 9221 'of the oil distributing ring 922 through a hard pipe lower joint body 9262, the two end face counterbores 9221, 9221' are respectively communicated with the two straight oil passages 9222, 9222 'through two transverse inner oil passages 9223, 9223', and the oil distributing ring 922 is fixedly arranged together with the expansion oil cylinder 942 of the reaming mechanism 94 through screws and is arranged in the hole of the hollow drill bit body 90; the two straight oil passages 9222, 9222' are communicated with two straight oil passages arranged in a piston rod at the upper end of the expansion cylinder 942.
The second outer joint assemblies of the two sets of the drill bit built-in pipelines 927, 927 'are respectively inserted into the second symmetrical third sockets 92401, 92401' in the second outer joint base 9240 through the outer lower journals 92452 of the second outer joint 9245, and are fixed in a manner that the elastic retainer rings 44 are arranged in the outer two grooves 924522, and the first O-shaped rings 55 are arranged in the outer two ring grooves 924521; a second quick-connect male connector 9246 is disposed in the outer two upper counterbore 92451 of the second outer connector 9245.
After penetrating through the inner cavity of the expansion cylinder 942, the grouting pipe 97 is arranged at the upper end of the grouting pipe and is arranged in an oil ring bottom hole 9226 of the oil distribution ring 922, and the oil ring bottom hole is connected and communicated with an oil ring middle hole 9224 and two oil ring inclined holes 9225,9225'; the lower end of which is fixed in a central counter bore of the bottom flange 93.
The lower blade edge 161 of the helical blade 16 on the outer wall of the hollow shank body 10 of the auger stem 1 is in abutment with the upper blade edge 961 of the upper helical blade 96 on the outer wall of the hollow bit body 90 of the reamer bit 9 so that the helical blade 16 and the upper helical blade 96 are smoothly and complementarily integrated. Therefore, when the drilling machine drills, stirs and discharges soil, the smooth and convenient discharge of soil and residue in the hole forming is effectively ensured, and the operation efficiency of the drilling machine is improved.
When the male joint body 11 of one screw rod 1 is inserted into the female joint socket 12 of another screw rod 1, the male joint journal 113 of the male joint body is matched with the third step 123 of the female joint socket 12, the first transverse semicircular groove 114 positioned on the outer wall of the male joint body 11 and the second transverse semicircular groove 124 positioned on the inner wall of the female joint socket 12 form a relatively matched locking pin hole, the male joint body 11 is locked after the joint pin is inserted, and finally the male joint body 11 is completely locked in the female joint socket 12 after the locking bolt is screwed in the locking screw hole 125, so that the upper screw rod and the lower screw rod are firmly connected.
The parallelism tolerance requirement of the axial center lines of the two drill rod built-in pipelines 27, 27' relative to the flange excircles of the outer joint seat 240 and the inner joint seat 250 is 0.08-0.10mm; the axial center lines of the two built-in drill pipes 927, 927' have a parallelism tolerance of 0.08-0.10mm with respect to the flange outer circles of the second outer joint base 9240 and the oil distribution ring 922. After the belleville springs 254 in the inner joint assembly are assembled to the sleeve middle through holes 2532 of the guide sleeve 253, the initial pressing force is more than or equal to 2.0kN, and after the belleville springs are compressed for 2.10mm, the pressing force is more than or equal to 4.0kN. Like this, when effectively having guaranteed the butt joint of the auger stem 1 of top and the reamer bit 9 of below, the second quick-operation male connector 9246 of two built-in pipelines of drill bit 927, 927 'in reamer bit 9 inserts the quick-operation female connector 256 of two built-in pipelines of drill bit 27, 27' in auger stem 1 in place and fully reliable's butt joint, and can reach in time breaking away from when the separation of second quick-operation male connector 9246 from quick-operation female connector 256 to the drilling rod dismantles, and effectively improves hydraulic line's sealing performance.
When the upper spiral drill rod 1 is in butt joint with the lower reaming bit 9, after the second quick male connector 9246 in the drill pipe assembly 92 in the hole of the hollow drill bit body 90 of the reaming bit 9 is inserted into the quick female connector 256 in the drill pipe assembly 2 in the hole of the hollow drill rod body 10 of the spiral drill rod 1, the second outer connector 9245 pushes the first inner connector 251 and the guide rod 252 in threaded connection with the first inner connector upward to apply and maintain an acting force on the belleville spring 254, and the acting force is used as a compensation stroke, so that the effective communication between the drill pipe assembly 92 and the two groups of built-in oil pipes of the drill pipe assembly 2 is facilitated, and the two groups of oil pipes of the oil distribution ring 922 are communicated with the built-in oil pipes of the expansion oil cylinder 942, so that the expansion arm 941 is ensured to perform contraction and expansion operation; and inner lower end counterbore 2511 of first inner joint 251 is used as a pilot hole and mates with third collar 92453 of second outer joint 9245 when second quick male joint 9246 is inserted into quick female joint 245.
In the grouting pipe 3 arranged in the inner cavity of the spiral drill rod 1, a communicated cement slurry conveying pipeline is formed through two symmetrical third grouting holes 223, 223' on a plurality of brackets 22 fixed on two groups of built-in oil pipes 27, 27', and the grouting pipe 3 in the spiral drill rod 1 is communicated with the grouting pipe 93 in the reaming bit 9 through two symmetrical third grouting holes 92403, 92403' arranged on the base of the second outer joint seat 9240 in the counter bore of the outer joint body 91 of the reaming bit 9 and the third notches 92402, 92402' arranged on the outer wall and the opposite flange above the base, and two symmetrical second jacks 2501, 2501' and second grouting holes 2503, 2503' arranged on the base of the inner joint seat 250 and the second notches 2502, 2502' connected on the outer wall and opposite flange above the base.
After the pile planting drilling machine, namely the reaming and stirring drilling assembly of the invention, completes the connection of all drill rods, the spiral drill rods and the reaming drill bit and the connection of the built-in oil pipe, the inner cutter head 99 arranged on the flange surface of the front end part of the hollow drill bit body 90 of the reaming drill bit 9 and the cutting cutter body positioned below the lower spiral wing piece 98 of the outer wall of the hollow drill bit body 90 are utilized to simultaneously drill, cut and stir the stratum, and the lower spiral wing piece 98, the upper spiral wing piece 96 positioned above the lower spiral wing piece 98 and the spiral blade 16 positioned on the outer wall of the hollow drill bit body 10 are utilized to discharge the redundant soil and the hole slag in the hole out of the pre-drilled hole; according to the technical requirements of pile planting, a reaming bit 9 performs reaming operation at the positions of the bottom of a pre-drilled hole or different depths of the pre-drilled hole, after the reaming diameter reaching the design requirements is achieved, an expanding arm 942 is folded, after the soil at the positions of the bottom of the hole and the different positions of a hole body is fully stirred, a grouting system from outside is used for preparing cement slurry solidifying liquid for the soil at the pile end and the soil at the pile body in a certain proportion through a spiral drill rod 1, a pipeline built-in by the reaming bit 9 and a grouting hole 931, after all drill rods and bits of a drilling machine are pulled out, a precast pile is pressed into the pre-drilled hole, and after the cement slurry and the precast pile are solidified and fully combined, a cement soil column pile body with the diameter larger than that of the precast pile is formed. The binding force between the pile and the cement soil is greatly increased, the pile end bearing capacity is improved by lengthening the length of the solidified root part of the pile end and enlarging the bottom expanding diameter, the horizontal bearing capacity of the upper part of the pile body is improved, and the resistance of the pile periphery and the pile end is effectively increased.
The outer joint assembly and outer joint seat 240 in the drill pipe assembly 2 and the second outer joint assembly and second outer joint seat 9240 in the drill pipe assembly 92 are identical in structural shape, and because they are respectively located in different parts, the names and labels of the outer joint assemblies and outer joint seats are respectively distinguished.
Various changes and modifications may be made to the invention without departing from the general inventive concept, and, if the same or equivalent thereto is made, the invention is also within the scope of the invention.

1. A reamer mixing drill assembly comprising: auger stem (1), reamer bit (9) with helical blades and extension arm, wherein:
the screw drill rod (1) comprises a hollow drill rod body (10) with a male connector body (11) and a female connector socket (12) which are provided with through holes, screw blades (16) arranged on the outer wall of the hollow drill rod body, a drill rod oil pipe combination (2) arranged in the hollow rod body, and a drill rod slurry pipe (3) with a bracket (32), an upper end check ring (248), an upper end seal ring (249), a lower end check ring (258) and a lower end seal ring (259), wherein:
the male joint body (11) comprises a first step-shaped step (112) positioned in the through hole of the upper end surface of the male joint body, a male joint journal (113) positioned on the outer wall of the upper part of the male joint body and a first transverse semicircular groove (114) positioned on the outer wall of the middle part of the male joint body; the female joint socket (12) comprises a second step (122) and a third step (123) which are positioned in the lower socket, a second transverse semicircular groove (124) positioned on the inner wall of the middle part of the female joint socket and a locking screw hole (125) communicated with the second transverse semicircular groove;

A reaming and stirring drilling assembly as defined in claim 1, characterized in that said belleville springs (254) in said nipple assembly are mounted to said sleeve central through hole (2532) of said guide sleeve (253) with an initial compression force of 2.0kN or more and a compression force of 4.0kN or more after 2.10mm of re-compression.
