本发明提供的一种多功能复合木门,包括门本体1,所述门本体1由其中间留有空腔的内层门板2和外层门板4构成的,两层门板均固定在门框中,所述空腔内设有光触媒蜂窝组件3,光触媒蜂窝组件3包括由若干蜂窝型腔7构成的平面呈蜂窝状的光触媒框架层5,相邻两个蜂窝型腔7之间设有通孔6;任一蜂窝型腔7中设有风扇8,风扇8上设有光源。明显提高隔热保温性能、增加抗震抗冲击强度、净化室内空气,对建筑装饰材料中放射性气体“氡”及挥发性气体甲醛、苯、甲苯和细菌病毒有吸附、净化、分解作用。

一种多功能复合木门
技术领域
本发明属于木门技术领域,具体涉及一种多功能复合木门。
背景技术
在现有的建材、建筑装饰材料中,门的品种较多,有实木门,实木复合门等,实木门以天然林为主要原料,且在产业化过程中天然林原木的利用率只有20%左右,为了保持水土和自然环境,我国大多地区对天然林实行禁伐。我国人口众多,相对资源贫乏,实木门类产业并不是产业可持续发展的方向。现如今人们对木门的需求也在持续增加,因为木门大气美观,并且实用性强,但是大多数的复合木门都是通过几层木板及一些符合材料板叠加在一起压制而成,木板压合的木门为固体介质,对声音的传播没有任何的阻碍作用,声音可以直接透过木板进行传播,隔音效果差,使用木材叠加不但没有减轻天然林的利用而且在隔音效果方面并没有多的改善。
所以中空木门目前被广泛采用,它是在木板与木板之间留有一定的空腔;因此,具有良好的保温、隔热、隔声等性能。但是这种中空木门隔热保温性能不强,也不具有净化室内空气功能。
发明内容
技术问题:本发明的目的在于解决现有结构的复合木门功能单一的问题。
技术方案:为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
本发明的一种多功能复合木门,包括门本体1,所述门本体1由其中间留有空腔的内层门板 2和外层门板 4构成的,两层门板均固定在门框中,所述空腔内设有光触媒蜂窝组件3,光触媒蜂窝组件3包括由若干蜂窝型腔7构成的平面呈蜂窝状的光触媒框架层5,相邻两个蜂窝型腔7之间设有通孔6;任一蜂窝型腔7中设有风扇8,风扇8上设有光源。
优选地,每个蜂窝型腔7由四个涂层面和两个导光板的导光面构成,每个涂层面上均匀喷涂附着有光触媒涂层。
优选地,所述蜂窝型腔7中填充有光触媒木屑。
优选地,所述门框上设有开口,开口部分设有过滤网。
优选地,所述光触媒框架层5为透明材质制成。
有益效果:与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
1.本发明是在中空木门结构特征的基础上,利用光触媒的特性,光触媒是一种在光的照射下,自身不发生变化,但却能促进化学反应的物质。光触媒在光的照射下,可使材料表面所吸附的氧和水分活性化,产生具有氧化能力极强的自由氢氧基和活性氧,发生氧化反应,以使有机物、细菌、病毒等彻底分解为二氧化碳和水。在木门结构上增加具有集绝热保温功能,增强木门强度、阻隔声波和吸附、净化和分解室内放射性及有毒气体功能为一体的光触媒蜂窝组件。明显提高隔热保温性能、增加抗震抗冲击强度、净化室内空气,对建筑装饰材料中放射性气体“氡”及挥发性气体甲醛、苯、甲苯和细菌病毒有吸附、净化、分解作用。
2.本发明蜂窝型腔中填充有光触媒颗粒,进一步提高净化功能,且在风扇的吹动下蜂窝型腔中的光触媒颗粒循环流动,若外界产生噪音,噪音的声波传递至本发明的多功能复合门时,声波会遭遇流动的光触媒颗粒,光触媒颗粒会使声波形成紊流,阻碍声波的传递,造成声波的内耗直至消亡。

优选地,所述门框上设有开口,开口部分设有过滤网。门框上设有开口为了便于空气流通。开口部分设有过滤网,防止空腔内物质流出。

优选地,所述蜂窝型腔7中填充有光触媒颗粒。进一步提高净化功能,且在风扇的吹动下蜂窝型腔中的光触媒颗粒循环流动,若外界产生噪音,噪音的声波传递至本发明的多功能复合门时,声波会遭遇流动的光触媒颗粒,光触媒颗粒会使声波形成紊流,阻碍声波的传递,造成声波的内耗直至消亡。
实施例4
优选地,每个蜂窝型腔7由四个涂层面和两个导光板的导光面构成,每个涂层面上均匀喷涂附着有光触媒涂层。导光板能够更好的反射紫外线光源,促使光触媒更活跃,大大提高净化效果。
实施例5,
优选地,所述光触媒框架层5为透明材质制成。透明材质可以为透明塑料,钢化玻璃。透明的材质可以使光源很好的透过,方便为光触媒提供更好的光源。

1.一种多功能复合木门,包括门本体(1),其特征在于,所述门本体(1)由其中间留有空腔的内层门板 (2)和外层门板 (4)构成的,两层门板均固定在门框中,所述空腔内设有光触媒蜂窝组件(3),光触媒蜂窝组件(3)包括由若干蜂窝型腔(7)构成的平面呈蜂窝状的光触媒框架层(5),相邻两个蜂窝型腔(7)之间设有通孔(6);任一蜂窝型腔(7)中设有风扇(8),风扇(8)上设有光源。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种多功能复合木门,其特征在于,所述门框上设有开口,开口部分设有过滤网。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种多功能复合木门,其特征在于,所述蜂窝型腔(7)中填充有光触媒颗粒。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种多功能复合木门,其特征在于,每个蜂窝型腔(7)由四个涂层面和两个导光板的导光面构成,每个涂层面上均匀喷涂附着有光触媒涂层。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种多功能复合木门,其特征在于,所述光触媒框架层(5)为透明材质制成。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种多功能复合木门,其特征在于,在所述空腔周边的门框的内侧面上设置有能发出光的一个或多个光源。
