The use of metal fence systems to protect the surroundings of buildings, important places, etc. has become widespread. A common metal fencing system includes a plurality of fence posts cast or fastened to the ground by fasteners and two portions of fence mesh secured at both ends between two adjacent fence posts. The metal fence system is convenient to install and construct and is widely used at present.
The types of metal fence posts, which are important components of fence systems, are mainly classified into the following two types: first, as disclosed in US5275382A, the metal fence post is composed of a single post body, a plurality of hooks are formed at the left and right ends of one side of the post body, and the fence mesh is clamped and fixed between two adjacent post bodies through the hooks; another structure is disclosed in EP1564351a1, WO/2013/083044, where the fence posts are assembled from two post sections, and the lateral ends of the fence web are clamped and fixed between the two posts.
In the two fence posts, after the installation is completed, the two end parts of the fastener are completely exposed. While the second type of fence post relies on a recess in one side wall of the fence post to receive an end of the fastener, it is still susceptible to damage. In addition, since the fastening member is penetrated through both opposite side walls of the fence post, the length of the fastening member is long enough, thereby increasing the use cost. In the two types of fence columns, the main body parts (i.e. the first main body) of the column are divided into two types, one type is a square opening structure, and the column body strength of the mechanism is relatively weak; the other is a closed structure, and the upright post body needs to be added with a welding process in the manufacturing process, so that the manufacturing cost is high.

The fence post has a first end (i.e., a "lower end") that is fixed to the ground and a second end (i.e., an "upper end") that is an elevated end away from the ground. A fence mesh is fixed between two continuous fence posts, the fence mesh is provided with a plurality of meshes, and a fence system formed by the fence posts and the fence mesh has permeability. The fence net sheet can be a common welded net or a woven net. After the fence net piece is installed, the first body and the second body are arranged in front of each other, and the fence net piece is centered.
As shown in fig. 1, the fence post 100 is assembled by two parts, namely a first body 10 and a second body 20. The first body 10 is in a hollow cylindrical shape and extends in a vertical direction. The second body 20 is formed of a plurality of pairs of locking members which are distributed from top to bottom on the first body 10. Each pair of the seizing means comprises a left seizing means 21 and a right seizing means 22 disposed left and right. The right side portion of the left clip piece 21 and the left side portion of the right clip piece 22 overlap each other and are fixed to the first body 10 at the same time. In this embodiment, the left clip piece 21 and the right clip piece 22 are symmetrically arranged on the rear side wall of the first body 10
The left clip member 21 shown in fig. 2 and 3 has an outer edge portion bent forward and extending in an inward direction to form a clipping wall 201. The upper end and the lower end of the holding wall 201 are both provided with a positioning protrusion 202 protruding forwards, the outer end 203 of the positioning protrusion 202 is hook-shaped, the outer side edge of the left clip piece 21 is provided with a transversely extending notch 204, the notch 204 transversely penetrates through the holding wall 201 from the middle to divide the holding wall 201 into an upper part and a lower part, and the middle of the left clip piece 21 is provided with a mounting hole 205.
The first body 10, as shown in fig. 4 and 5, is substantially square in cross-section. It has a front side wall 101, a rear side wall 102, a left side wall 103 and a right side wall 104. The first body 10 is formed by a continuous bending along a metal sheet having a first free end 105 and a second free end 106, the two free ends 105 and 106 are stacked and fall on the rear side wall 102 of the first body after bending, and the two free ends 105 and 106 are riveted together by a plurality of rivets 107.
