本发明属于聚氨酯制品技术领域,具体涉及一种耐磨聚氨酯滤清器及其制备方法。耐磨聚氨酯滤清器由A组分和B组分组成,A组分:聚氧化乙烯多元醇、水、泡沫稳定剂、胺催化剂、交联剂、扩链剂、玻璃纤维;B组分:多异氰酸酯、增韧剂。本发明具有生产效率高,减少供给系统效率浪费,很好的韧性、耐冲击性、耐磨性的优点,制备方法简单易实施。

技术领域
本发明属于聚氨酯制品技术领域,具体涉及一种耐磨聚氨酯滤清器及其制备方法。
背景技术
滤清器已经广发应用于汽车的燃油系统,润滑油循环系统中。其中汽车燃油系统中的滤清器主要用于去除燃油中的杂质或污染颗粒,从而,减少杂质或污染颗粒进入到汽车发动机中,造成对发动机的损伤,缩短发动机的使用寿命。
聚氨酯汽车滤清器作为汽车发动机必不可少的附件,它可以过滤吸入发动机内空气中的固体颗粒,降低发动机的磨损,延长发动机的使用寿命。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种耐磨聚氨酯滤清器,具有生产效率高,减少供给系统效率浪费,很好的韧性、耐冲击性、耐磨性的优点;本发明同时提供了耐磨聚氨酯滤清器的制备方法,科学合理、简单易行。
本发明所述的耐磨聚氨酯滤清器,由A组分和B组分组成,以重量份数计,
A组分:
B组分:
多异氰酸酯 50-90份
增韧剂 5-12份。
所述的聚氧化乙烯多元醇为2官能度、分子量1000-3000的聚氧化乙烯多元醇。
所述的泡沫稳定剂为泡沫稳定剂Y-10366。
所述的胺催化剂为胺催化剂A33。
所述的交联剂为二乙醇胺。
所述的扩链剂为1,4-丁二醇。
所述的多异氰酸酯是多苯基多亚甲基多异氰酸酯、碳化二亚胺改性二异氰酸酯或异氰酸酯预聚体中的一种或多种。
所述的增韧剂为柠檬酸酯。
本发明所述的耐磨聚氨酯滤清器的制备方法,步骤如下:
将A组分各原料加入搅拌器混合均匀,调整恒定料温25±2℃,调节搅拌器转速到4000-4500r/min,将预热至25±2℃的B组分倒入A组分中搅拌10-15s,将混合物料倒入预热至40±5℃的模具中,纸质滤芯插入其中,5-10min后脱模,得到产品。
本发明与现有技术相比,具有如下有益效果:
本发明具有生产效率高,减少供给系统效率浪费,很好的韧性、耐冲击性、耐磨性的优点,制备方法简单易实施。

原料组成如下:
A组分:
B组分:
多异氰酸酯 90份
增韧剂 12份。
将A组分各原料加入搅拌器混合均匀,调整恒定料温25℃,调节搅拌器转速到4300r/min,将预热至25℃的B组分倒入A组分中搅拌12s,将混合物料倒入预热至40℃的模具中,纸质滤芯插入其中,8min后脱模,得到产品。
实施例2
原料组成如下:
A组分:
B组分:
多异氰酸酯 50份
增韧剂 5份。
将A组分各原料加入搅拌器混合均匀,调整恒定料温23℃,调节搅拌器转速到4100r/min,将预热至23℃的B组分倒入A组分中搅拌10s,将混合物料倒入预热至35℃的模具中,纸质滤芯插入其中,5min后脱模,得到产品。
实施例3
原料组成如下:
A组分:
B组分:
多异氰酸酯 90份
增韧剂 12份。
将A组分各原料加入搅拌器混合均匀,调整恒定料温27℃,调节搅拌器转速到4200r/min,将预热至27℃的B组分倒入A组分中搅拌15s,将混合物料倒入预热至45℃的模具中,纸质滤芯插入其中,10min后脱模,得到产品。

多异氰酸酯 50-90份
增韧剂 5-12份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的耐磨聚氨酯滤清器,其特征在于所述的聚氧化乙烯多元醇为2官能度、分子量1000-3000的聚氧化乙烯多元醇。
3.根据权利要求1所述的耐磨聚氨酯滤清器,其特征在于所述的泡沫稳定剂为泡沫稳定剂Y-10366。
4.根据权利要求1所述的耐磨聚氨酯滤清器,其特征在于所述的胺催化剂为胺催化剂A33。
5.根据权利要求1所述的耐磨聚氨酯滤清器,其特征在于所述的交联剂为二乙醇胺。
6.根据权利要求1所述的耐磨聚氨酯滤清器,其特征在于所述的扩链剂为1,4-丁二醇。
7.根据权利要求1所述的耐磨聚氨酯滤清器,其特征在于所述的多异氰酸酯是多苯基多亚甲基多异氰酸酯、碳化二亚胺改性二异氰酸酯或异氰酸酯预聚体中的一种或多种。
8.根据权利要求1所述的耐磨聚氨酯滤清器,其特征在于所述的增韧剂为柠檬酸酯。
9.一种权利要求1-8任一所述的耐磨聚氨酯滤清器的制备方法,其特征在于步骤如下:
将A组分各原料加入搅拌器混合均匀,调整恒定料温25±2℃,调节搅拌器转速到4000-4500r/min,将预热至25±2℃的B组分倒入A组分中搅拌10-15s,将混合物料倒入预热至40±5℃的模具中,纸质滤芯插入其中,5-10min后脱模,得到产品。
