本发明涉及一种平板电脑用防辐射高透光贴膜,属于化工领域。所述的平板电脑用防辐射高透光贴膜,按照以下重量份数比配制而成:异氰酸酯50‑80份,聚醚多元醇A 10~25份,聚碳酸酯二醇B 50~80份,三乙胺2~3份,成膜剂1~2份,消泡剂3‑5份,去离子水20‑30份。本发明具有极高的物力化学稳定性,耐磨、防刮,耐酸碱腐蚀,透光率高,不受环境和气候影响,对于辐射有极强的吸收作用,能够减少手机辐射对人体的伤害。

本发明涉及一种平板电脑用防辐射高透光贴膜,属于化工领域。
背景技术
当人们使用平板电脑时,无线电波或多或少地会被人体吸收,从而改变人体组织,有可能对人体的健康带来影响,这些电波就被称为辐射。电子产品辐射一直是人们关心的话题,特别是那些工作在白领阶层的人们,他们使用的平板电脑的频率远远高于其他人群,同样危害也更大。
发明内容
本发明提供一种平板电脑用防辐射高透光贴膜,具有耐磨、耐酸碱腐蚀,透光率高的特点,对于辐射有极强的屏蔽作用,能够减少辐射对人体的伤害。
本发明所述的平板电脑用防辐射高透光贴膜,按照以下重量份数比配制而成:

所述聚醚多元醇A的型号为DDL-1000,生产厂家为德信联邦化学工业有限公司;
所述聚碳酸酯二醇B的型号为PCDL,生产厂家为济宁华凯树脂有限公司生产。
所述异氰酸酯为德国拜耳公司生产的异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯
制备方法如下
(1)将聚醚多元醇A、聚碳酸酯二醇B混合后升温200℃,真空脱水2h,降温至80℃后与异氰酸酯混合搅拌均匀,升温80-85℃,反应2h,得到-NCO质量分数达到2-3.5%的预聚体;
(2)取200份预聚体,升温至60-65℃,然后降温至45-55℃,加入三乙胺中和半小时,最后加入消泡剂、去离子水,在强搅拌作用下制成水性乳液,在缠绕膜系机器中制成0.3mm膜,即可得到成品。
本发明的有益效果是:
(1)具有极高的物力化学稳定性,耐磨、防刮,耐酸碱腐蚀,透光率高,不受环境和气候影响;
(2)对于辐射有极强的吸收作用,能够减少手机辐射对人体的伤害。

实施例1
平板电脑用防辐射高透光贴膜,按照以下重量份数比配制而成:
制备方法如下
(1)将DDL-1000、PCDL混合后升温200℃,真空脱水2h,降温至80℃后与异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯混合搅拌均匀,升温80-85℃,反应2h,得到-NCO质量分数达到2-3.5%的预聚体;
(2)取200份预聚体,升温至60-65℃,然后降温至45-55℃,加入三乙胺中和半小时,最后加入消泡剂、去离子水,在强搅拌作用下制成水性乳液,在缠绕膜系机器中制成0.3mm膜,即可得到成品。

所述聚碳酸酯二醇B的型号为PCDL,生产厂家为济宁华凯树脂有限公司生产。
制备方法如下
