本发明公开了一种防水水泥砂浆,包括以下重量份的组分:普通硅酸水泥40‑50份、环氧脂肪族树脂3‑10份、消泡剂1‑3份、聚酰胺1‑2份、黄沙20‑30份、二丙二醇甲醚2‑4份、重质碳酸钙12‑15份、钡溶胶2‑5份。本发明防水性强,形成的分子混合结构不易降解,减少了水分子进入高分子链间造成涂膜溶胀的程度,提高了砂浆的稳定性、抗水和抗渗透性。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种防水水泥砂浆。
背景技术
水泥:粉状水硬性无机胶凝材料。加水搅拌后成浆体,能在空气中硬化或者在水中更好的硬化,并能把砂、石等材料牢固地胶结在一起。
早期石灰与火山灰的混合物与现代的石灰火山灰水泥很相似,用它胶结碎石制成的混凝土,硬化后不但强度较高,而且还能抵抗淡水或含盐水的侵蚀。长期以来,它作为一种重要的胶凝材料,广泛应用于土木建筑、水利、国防等工程。
随着国家经济的高速发展,我国的地下工程建设也在蓬勃发展,尤其是输油管道、输气管道,地下隧道,地铁和城市建设目前已居世界前列。在地下工程建设的大发展中,如何做好地下工程管道防水和耐腐蚀问题、是工程建设方最为关心的问题,高攻克技术难关必须依靠科技进步,采用先进技术,包括新材料的应用。
水泥砂浆在建筑工程中,一是基础和墙体砌筑,用做块状砌体材料的粘合剂,比如砌毛石、红砖要用水泥砂浆;二是用于室内外抹灰。
发明内容
本发明针对现有技术的不足设计了一种防水水泥砂浆。
本发明为实现以上目的,采用如下方案:一种防水水泥砂浆,包括以下重量份的组分:普通硅酸水泥40-50份、环氧脂肪族树脂3-10份、消泡剂1-3份、聚酰胺1-2份、黄沙20-30份、二丙二醇甲醚2-4份、重质碳酸钙12-15份、钡溶胶2-5份。
本发明和现有技术相比,具有如下优点和有益效果:防水性强,形成的分子混合结构不易降解,减少了水分子进入高分子链间造成涂膜溶胀的程度,提高了砂浆的稳定性、抗水和抗渗透性。
