Background
"ofo sharing bicycle" opens a new situation of sharing economy, and under a new business model, many commodities are shared now, which puts new demands on the design of products. The self-service car washer is very suitable for sharing economy, because the car washing demand of Chinese people at present mainly depends on a car washing store, the car washing peak before and after spring festival happens when the car washing store has to be out of business, and a large number of car owners have money to wash cars; autonomous car washers (for example, model K2 of "alderrad-karz" brand in germany) are not suitable for chinese, since most of the chinese inhabit high buildings (elevator rooms) the device suffers from water and electricity taking difficulties. On the other hand, although the soft water bag electric car washer developed by "the solieria electronics technologies limited company" is convenient to design and suitable for the owner of the high-rise car, when the car washer is used for public renting, the car washer needs to be improved again, and the outstanding problems are that: the water pipe, the car washing brush, the water gun and the car washing liquid spraying pot are scattered plug connectors and lack organic combination, and the structure is not suitable for public use.
Therefore, the difficult problem that the present scheme needs to solve is: a car washing brush is designed, and the following design requirements are met:
1. the structure is light and handy, and the brush is waved and is difficult to sour. A heavy brush is similar to a heavy badminton racket, and is tired.
2. The water gun and the brush are organically combined, so that the insertion and the adjustment are as few as possible.
3. The brush board of the car washing brush is used as a consumable material, so that the cost is low, and the car washing brush is convenient to discard.
4. The car washing liquid device and the brush are organically combined and are low in cost as consumable materials.
Disclosure of Invention
The scheme breaks through the traditional technical bias that: for decades, car washes have been sprayed onto vehicle bodies with a car wash, usually a mixed high pressure water stream. The chemical industry can completely make the car washing liquid into solid, such as granular solid car washing soap. A plastic shell is designed to package the particles, so that the particle vending machine is more suitable for batch vending and user storage, and time is saved during use.
The scheme breaks through the bias of the traditional technology as two: almost all water guns for washing cars are integrated with water valves, and the trigger of the water gun controls the water valves. The disadvantages are evident here: heavy and high in cost. The water valve and the water gun are better separated and are connected by a water pipe with the length of about 1.5 meters, and when the water gun is used, a user controls the water valve by the left hand and holds the water gun by the right hand.

Description of the reference symbols in the drawings:

Nozzle 06: the high-pressure water flow is sprayed out of the water tank, and the water tank is usually shaped like a fan-shaped water bloom;
grid 07: the fan-shaped spray is sprayed on the brush, and as the fan-shaped spray is fully covered with uneven relief structures and holes with different shapes (similar to kitchen scrapers for scraping potato shreds), the spray deforms and scatters, the coverage area is enlarged, the recoil (reaction force) is reduced, and stains on the brush are washed continuously;
reed 08: it is a bow-shaped steel sheet with elasticity; after squirt and brush board combine, the squirt can the left and right sides slope, and during the slope, this reed is contradicted and is warp, transmits for some reaction forces of user, creates good feeling, otherwise rocks easily. When the user does not tilt the handle with force, the handle is beneficial to returning to the middle;

Layer A31: the plastic shell is made of PP plastic through injection molding and serves as a framework;

The layer is permeable to water but not absorbent, and is soft and deformable, so that the brush can be effectively attached to an uneven paint surface;
the T layer 34: the water-absorbing sponge can effectively absorb soap liquid and water, and the car paint can be lightly wiped.
Assembling the car washing brush:
the left hand grasps the brush plate and the right hand grasps the stem 04 of the water gun, inserts the neck 15 into the ferrule 09 and then presses the water gun down hard, with its shaft 21 engaging in the recess 10.
Disassembling the car washing brush: breaking off with brute force.
The working process of the car washing brush is as follows:
not every time a car is washed, soap is needed, a very dirty car needs soap, and a car with three dirties is washed more quickly without soap.
The handle 03 is held by the left hand, the water valve 02 is pressed, the spray is sprayed out from the nozzle 06, the spray hits the grating 07, the spray is sprayed four times, and the vehicle paint is washed downwards. When the water gun is inclined, the spray is also synchronously inclined.
The granular car soap is packaged in a plastic box with holes, as shown in fig. 9. It is fastened in front of the nozzle 06, within the water spray sweep; the splash is swept to continuously release soap liquid.
The innovation has the advantages that:
completely meets the design requirement, is lighter and more labor-saving in use and simpler and easier to assemble, and is more suitable for sharing public car washing under economy.
