Claims (7)

1. An injection mold for integrally injection molding an European style backrest chair frame, wherein the backrest chair frame is integrally injection molded, rear legs on two sides are upwards connected and bent to form a backrest part of the backrest chair, the lower parts of the rear legs are connected with a front leg, the lower end of the seat frame is provided with a rolling mouth tooth which is connected with the lower parts of the rear legs and the front legs, the center of the seat frame is provided with an opening, the inner end surface of the opening is uniformly provided with a plurality of outwardly protruding seat fixing blocks, the end surfaces of the seat fixing blocks are provided with matched connecting holes, the end surfaces of the backrest part are provided with hollowed-out notches, and the front legs and the rear legs are arranged into irregular arc-shaped bent seat leg structures; the injection mold comprises a front mold and a rear mold capable of being clamped with the front mold, a front mold cavity is formed in the front of the front mold, a rear mold cavity is formed in the front of the rear mold, a mold core is arranged in a cavity formed after the front mold cavity and the rear mold cavity are clamped, and the front dumping direction of the chair is used as a reference direction, and the injection mold is characterized in that: the mold comprises a mold body, a front mold cavity, a back seat cavity, a top plate, a core pulling ejection mechanism, a mold separating pushing mechanism, a side parting mechanism and a side parting mechanism, wherein sliding blocks are arranged on two sides of the mold core, a bottom mold is arranged under the mold core and the two sliding blocks, a plurality of first guide holes are formed in two sides of the front surface of the front mold, the central axes of the first guide holes are perpendicular to the front surface of the front mold, third guide holes are formed in the positions, corresponding to the first guide holes, of two sides of the front surface of the back mold, a first guide roller is fixedly arranged on each first guide hole and penetrates through the third guide holes, at least one second guide hole is formed in two sides of the mold core, a fourth guide hole is formed in the position, corresponding to the second guide hole, of the back mold, a second guide roller is fixedly arranged on each second guide hole, and penetrates through the second guide holes, the sliding block, the mold core, the back mold cavity and the bottom mold form a back seat cavity, and a top plate are arranged at the outer ends of the bottom mold; the front mold is set as a mold plate with a step, the front mold cavity is an outward male mold cavity, the main body forms the front end surface structure of the backrest frame, the rear mold cavity is an inward female mold cavity, the main body forms the rear end surface structure of the backrest frame, the mold core is arranged between the front mold and the rear mold, the main body forms the inside of the seat frame and the seat legs, the slide block and the mold core are matched to form the side surface structure of the backrest frame, the bottom mold is matched to form the bottom surface of the backrest frame, and the bottom mold is arranged at the lower ends of the slide block and the mold core and is clamped into the front mold and the rear mold cavity; each sliding block comprises a chair frame side sliding block and a front leg sliding block which are matched with corresponding core sides, the inner end faces of the rear molds of the chair frame side sliding blocks on the two sides are connected with the cores to form left and right side chair frame cavities, the front leg sliding blocks are matched with the chair frame side sliding blocks, the cores and the front molds to form front leg cavities, T-shaped sliding grooves are formed in the chair frame side sliding blocks and the front leg sliding blocks, and corresponding chair frame sliding block lateral parting oil cylinders and front leg sliding block lateral parting oil cylinders are matched on the T-shaped sliding grooves.
