本发明公开了一种胡萝卜切丁设备,包括切丁箱,所述切丁箱上端设置有进料口,所述切丁箱内设置有竖直布置的第一转轴,所述第一转轴上部固定设置有多个刀座,所述刀座上可拆卸安装有切断刀;所述第一转轴下部外套装有第二转轴,所述第二转轴上高低交错布置有多个倾斜挤压板;所述第一转轴及第二转轴均延伸至切丁箱下端外与驱动电机传动连接;所述切丁箱的底板上设置有多个落料孔,所述落料孔上设置有与倾斜挤压板旋向匹配的刨刃;位于切丁箱下方的第二转轴上设置有一组水平布置的切粒刀,所述切粒刀紧贴落料孔下表面布置。本发明结构设计紧凑,使用方便,能够实现胡萝卜的一次性切丁操作,提高工作效率,降低劳动强度,而且更加安全。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种食品加工领域,具体是一种胡萝卜切丁设备。
背景技术
切丁机指适用于脱水蔬菜、速冻蔬菜加工厂、果冻仙草蜜等软质食材及食品酱菜行业加工各种根、茎类蔬菜成正方体及长方体形状的机器总称。
在胡萝卜加工领域经常需要将胡萝卜切丁,由工人手工切丁,工作量大,切料成丁十分不便,工作效率低下,费时费力,而且不够安全和方便。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于:工作效率低下,费时费力。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种胡萝卜切丁设备,包括切丁箱,所述切丁箱上端设置有进料口,所述切丁箱内设置有竖直布置的第一转轴,所述第一转轴上部固定设置有多个刀座,所述刀座上可拆卸安装有切断刀;所述第一转轴下部外套装有第二转轴,所述第二转轴上高低交错布置有多个倾斜挤压板;所述第一转轴及第二转轴均延伸至切丁箱下端外与驱动电机传动连接;所述切丁箱的底板上设置有多个落料孔,所述落料孔上设置有与倾斜挤压板旋向匹配的刨刃;位于切丁箱下方的第二转轴上设置有一组水平布置的切粒刀,所述切粒刀紧贴落料孔下表面布置。
作为本发明进一步的方案:所述倾斜挤压板沿其旋转方向上呈前高后低布置。
作为本发明再进一步的方案:所述驱动电机的驱动轴通过第一传动组件与第一转轴传动连接,所述驱动电机的驱动轴通过第二传动组件与第二转轴传动连接。
作为本发明再进一步的方案:所述第一传动组件的传动比为0.3-0.5,所述第二传动组件的传动比为3-6。
作为本发明再进一步的方案:所述第一传动组件及第二传动组件均为皮带轮传动组件。
作为本发明再进一步的方案:所述第一传动组件及第二传动组件均为齿轮传动组件。
作为本发明再进一步的方案:所述第一传动组件、第二转轴及驱动电机外对应设置有防护罩。
作为本发明再进一步的方案:所述切丁箱下方设置有集料箱,所述集料箱下端左侧设置有出料口。
作为本发明再进一步的方案:所述集料箱内设置有左低右高倾斜布置的引导板。
作为本发明再进一步的方案:所述倾斜挤压板与切粒刀沿其旋转方向前后布置,且其之间的夹角为10°-30°。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:使用时,通过进料口向切丁箱内投入胡萝卜,启动驱动电机,带动第一转轴及第二转轴转动,进而带动切断刀及倾斜挤压板转动,切断刀能够将较长的胡萝卜初步切块,方便后续的切丁;切块后的胡萝卜在倾斜挤压板的推动挤压下,与切丁箱底板上的刨刃配合刨成胡萝卜条,制成的胡萝卜条从落料孔挤出,然后被选转的切粒刀打断,只要调节好倾斜挤压板与切粒刀之间的夹角,即可控制切丁的长度;切丁后的胡萝卜从集料箱的出料口排出。
刀座与切断刀可拆卸连接,方便安装维修;所述倾斜挤压板沿其旋转方向上呈前高后低布置,在其旋转时产生向下的挤压力,方便与刨刃配合;第一转轴及第二转轴同轴设置,使得结构紧凑,节省空间;第一转轴及第二转轴由同一个驱动电机带动,节省成本;设置切丁箱、防护罩及集料箱,将切丁的各个部件容纳其中,避免误伤操作工人,提高安全性。
综上所述,本发明结构设计紧凑,使用方便,能够实现胡萝卜的一次性切丁操作,提高工作效率,降低劳动强度,而且更加安全。

请参阅图1-2,一种胡萝卜切丁设备,包括切丁箱1,所述切丁箱1上端设置有进料口2,所述切丁箱1内设置有竖直布置的第一转轴3,所述第一转轴3上部固定设置有多个刀座4,所述刀座4上可拆卸安装有切断刀5;所述第一转轴3下部外套装有第二转轴6,所述第二转轴6上高低交错布置有多个倾斜挤压板7;所述第一转轴3及第二转轴6均延伸至切丁箱1下端外与驱动电机14传动连接;所述驱动电机14的驱动轴13通过第一传动组件12与第一转轴3传动连接,所述驱动电机14的驱动轴13通过第二传动组件11与第二转轴6传动连接,所述第一传动组件12及第二传动组件11均为皮带轮传动组件;所述切丁箱1的底板上设置有多个落料孔8,所述落料孔8上设置有与倾斜挤压板7旋向匹配的刨刃9;位于切丁箱1下方的第二转轴6上设置有一组水平布置的切粒刀10,所述切粒刀10紧贴落料孔8下表面布置。
本发明的工作原理是:使用时,通过进料口2向切丁箱1内投入胡萝卜,启动驱动电机14,带动第一转轴3及第二转轴6转动,进而带动切断刀5及倾斜挤压板7转动,切断刀5能够将较长的胡萝卜初步切块,方便后续的切丁;切块后的胡萝卜在倾斜挤压板7的推动挤压下,与切丁箱底板1上的刨刃配合刨成胡萝卜条,制成的胡萝卜条从落料孔8挤出,然后被选转的切粒刀10打断,只要调节好倾斜挤压板7与切粒刀10之间的夹角,即可控制切丁的长度;切丁后的胡萝卜从集料箱16的出料口18排出。

1.一种胡萝卜切丁设备,其特征在于,包括切丁箱,所述切丁箱上端设置有进料口,所述切丁箱内设置有竖直布置的第一转轴,所述第一转轴上部固定设置有多个刀座,所述刀座上可拆卸安装有切断刀;所述第一转轴下部外套装有第二转轴,所述第二转轴上高低交错布置有多个倾斜挤压板;所述第一转轴及第二转轴均延伸至切丁箱下端外与驱动电机传动连接;所述切丁箱的底板上设置有多个落料孔,所述落料孔上设置有与倾斜挤压板旋向匹配的刨刃;位于切丁箱下方的第二转轴上设置有一组水平布置的切粒刀,所述切粒刀紧贴落料孔下表面布置。
2.根据权利要求1所述的胡萝卜切丁设备,其特征在于,所述倾斜挤压板沿其旋转方向上呈前高后低布置。
3.根据权利要求1所述的胡萝卜切丁设备,其特征在于,所述驱动电机的驱动轴通过第一传动组件与第一转轴传动连接,所述驱动电机的驱动轴通过第二传动组件与第二转轴传动连接。
4.根据权利要求3所述的胡萝卜切丁设备,其特征在于,所述第一传动组件的传动比为0.3-0.5,所述第二传动组件的传动比为3-6。
5.根据权利要求3或4所述的胡萝卜切丁设备,其特征在于,所述第一传动组件及第二传动组件均为皮带轮传动组件。
6.根据权利要求3或4所述的胡萝卜切丁设备,其特征在于,所述第一传动组件及第二传动组件均为齿轮传动组件。
7.根据权利要求3或4所述的胡萝卜切丁设备,其特征在于,所述第一传动组件、第二转轴及驱动电机外对应设置有防护罩。
8.根据权利要求1所述的胡萝卜切丁设备,其特征在于,所述切丁箱下方设置有集料箱,所述集料箱下端左侧设置有出料口。
9.根据权利要求8所述的胡萝卜切丁设备,其特征在于,所述集料箱内设置有左低右高倾斜布置的引导板。
10.根据权利要求1所述的胡萝卜切丁设备,其特征在于,所述倾斜挤压板与切粒刀沿其旋转方向前后布置,且其之间的夹角为10°-30°。
