In use, coil 30 receives the high frequency electrical energy signal from the ultrasonic generator to generate a magnetic field which is sensed by the electromagnetic receiving means on the handle and is reduced to a high frequency electrical energy signal, thereby completing the wireless transmission of the high frequency electrical energy signal. The integrated electromagnetic emission device comprises an integrated electromagnetic emission bracket 10, wherein a magnetic core 20 and a coil 30 are directly fixed on a non-rotating end face of a machine tool spindle, and are not easy to incline or rotate even if an external force is applied, so that the dynamic balance of a tool handle and good transmission of ultrasonic signals can be maintained.
In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 1, an opening 22 is provided on the magnetic core 20, and the opening 22 is used for communicating the first channel 211 and the accommodating groove 21. This arrangement facilitates the introduction of wiring of the coil 30 from the accommodating groove 21 into the first passage 211.
Further, the integrated electromagnetic emission stand 10 further includes a plug through which the wiring of the coil 30 is connected to the ultrasonic generator. Optionally, the plug is an aviation plug. The aviation plug has good sealing and waterproof effects, and the service life of the coil 30 is prolonged.
Specifically, the integrated electromagnetic emission stand 10 further includes a second fastener (not shown in the drawings), and the first side 220 is provided with a plug fixing hole 260 matched with the second fastener. In this embodiment, the number of the plug fixing holes 260 is four, and the four plug fixing holes 260 are disposed along the outlet circumference of the third passage 213. The second fastener secures the aerial plug to the junction block 200.
Example two
In another embodiment, as shown in fig. 4, the present invention further provides an integrated electromagnetic emission device, which is different from the first embodiment in that:
the junction block 200 further includes a boss 250, the boss 250 is disposed on the second side 230, the first channel 211 is disposed in the boss 250 and penetrates the boss 250 to communicate with the outside, and the second channel 212 penetrates the boss 250 to communicate with the outside. On the one hand, when the groove wall of the mounting groove 120 is higher than the second side 230, the arrangement is convenient for the arrangement of the first channel 211, and on the other hand, the width of the boss 250 can be properly adjusted according to the diameter of the first channel 211, so as to save the manufacturing cost of the integrated electromagnetic emission bracket 10.
The opposite surface of the wiring block 200 and the machine tool spindle is an avoidance surface 240, the avoidance surface 240 consists of two mutually connected and vertical surfaces, the opposite surface of the mounting plate 100 and the machine tool spindle is a third side surface 150, one side of the third side surface 150 is connected with the avoidance surface 240, the third side surface 150 and the avoidance surface 240 enclose a synthetic avoidance space 300, and the wiring block is suitable for the machine tool spindle with a cylindrical end part.
The technical features of the above embodiments may be arbitrarily combined, and all possible combinations of the technical features in the above embodiments are not described for brevity of description, however, as long as there is no contradiction between the combinations of the technical features, they should be considered as the scope of the description.

It should be noted that it will be apparent to those skilled in the art that several variations and modifications can be made without departing from the spirit of the invention, which are all within the scope of the invention. Claims (2)

1. The integrated electromagnetic emission bracket is characterized by comprising a mounting plate, wherein a cutter handle assembly hole is formed in the mounting plate, an annular mounting groove is further formed in the mounting plate, the mounting groove is circumferentially arranged around the cutter handle assembly hole and is used for accommodating a magnetic core and a coil, and the mounting plate is used for being connected with a non-rotating end face of a machine tool spindle;
the first fastener is matched with the positioning hole of the non-rotating end face of the machine tool spindle, the mounting plate is provided with a mounting hole matched with the first fastener, and the first fastener is used for fixing the mounting plate on the non-rotating end face of the machine tool spindle through the mounting hole;
the mounting holes are strip-shaped holes circumferentially arranged along the periphery of the mounting groove;
the notch of the mounting groove faces to the direction approaching to the electromagnetic receiving device on the knife handle;
the mounting plate is provided with an avoidance groove, and the notch of the avoidance groove faces to a direction away from the electromagnetic receiving device;
the bottom of the avoidance groove is provided with a liquid discharge hole which is used for discharging accumulated liquid in the avoidance groove;
the wiring block is internally provided with a wiring channel for enabling wiring of the coil to pass through, one surface of the wiring block, which is far away from the mounting groove, is a first side surface, the surface of the wiring block, which is intersected with the first side surface, is a second side surface, the wiring channel comprises a first channel, a second channel and a third channel which are sequentially communicated, one end of the first channel is communicated with the mounting groove, the other end of the first channel penetrates through the first side surface and is communicated with the outside, one end of the second channel penetrates through the second side surface and is communicated with the outside, and one end of the third channel penetrates through the first side surface and is communicated with the outside;
and one side of the junction block, which is opposite to the machine tool spindle, is provided with an avoidance space matched with the machine tool spindle.
2. An integrated electromagnetic emission device, which is characterized by comprising a magnetic core, a coil and the integrated electromagnetic emission bracket as claimed in claim 1, wherein the magnetic core is arranged in the installation groove, a containing groove is arranged on the magnetic core, and the coil is arranged in the containing groove.
