The invention provides a liquid discharging device of a disc type double-vacuum filter, which comprises a liquid discharging tank body, wherein the liquid discharging tank body is arranged above the ground according to a preset height and is supported and fixed by a base, and a water seal box is arranged below the base; the inlet flange is arranged in the middle of the liquid discharge tank body and is used for being connected with the double-vacuum filter; the vacuum flange is arranged at the top of the liquid discharge tank body and is used for being connected with a vacuum pump; the discharging flange is arranged at the bottom of the liquid discharging tank body and is connected with the water seal tank through a water pipe, so that the construction area occupied by equipment required by the completion of dehydration work on a construction site is greatly saved; and finally, after the filtration is completed, liquid and water in the pipeline can flow back into the water seal box, so that the maintenance times of equipment are reduced, the dehydration efficiency is improved, and the whole service life of the device is prolonged.

Background
The disc type vacuum filter is formed by arranging a plurality of filter discs on a horizontal hollow shaft, and is called a disc type vacuum filter. The filtering power is also from the pressure difference caused by the vacuum. Each disc is divided into a plurality of small fan-shaped filter blades, and each fan-shaped filter blade forms a filter chamber which is suitable for filtering suspension liquid with small density and difficult sedimentation. The single vacuum filter under the prior art finds the following problems in long-term production and practice:
1) Because the adsorption area and the drying area are communicated, the outside of the drying area filter fan is directly contacted with the atmosphere, and the atmosphere enters the drying area filter fan due to the pressure difference between the inside and the outside of the drying area filter fan, so that the vacuum of the whole system including the adsorption area is reduced, the whole filter system is difficult to reach a higher vacuum value (and meanwhile, the energy waste is also caused), and the filtered material is difficult to realize lower moisture;
2) When the filter is changed to a filter cloth bag and begins to work, as the air is directly communicated with the drying area, the outside of the filter cloth bag is not adsorbed to materials, and a large amount of air directly flows into the filter fan, so that the vacuum degree of the whole system is very slowly increased. Along with the improvement of the vacuum degree in the system, the ore suction layer of the ore suction area is gradually thickened, so that the cyclic reciprocation generally needs to consume a long time according to different materials, and the vacuum value in the system can reach a normal working state. In the period, the water content of the filter cake can not reach the performance index of the equipment and is an unqualified product, and the slow process causes a great amount of energy waste and a great amount of materials with serious exceeding of the water content, so that the downstream production is seriously affected.
In view of the above technical problems of the single vacuum filter in the prior art, a new disc type double vacuum filter is provided, and a double vacuum system-that is, two vacuum pumps are used for respectively corresponding to the filtering fans of the adsorption area and the drying area. I.e. the adsorption zone and the drying zone are each an independent vacuum system. The vacuum output by the adsorption pump is not wasted, so that the filter sector of the adsorption area is divided into filter cakes with the maximum thickness. When the filter fan enters the drying area, the drying system can reach a relatively high vacuum value under the action of the drying pump, so that the water content of the filtered materials is reduced by about 1/10 than that of the materials filtered by the single vacuum filter. Thereby providing convenience for downstream production. On the other hand, the disc type double-vacuum filter greatly improves the qualification rate of the filtered materials and reduces the energy consumption. Compared with the single vacuum filter in the prior art, the filter has the advantages of high vacuum degree and low water content of filter cakes.
However, the disc type double-vacuum filter proposed in the prior art still needs to be provided with two sets of vacuum systems and gravity drainage systems, and the two sets of vacuum systems and the gravity drainage systems occupy space and places on a construction site, and because more water seal boxes are required to be arranged at the bottom of the device, a drainage system is required to be additionally designed and a drainage device is required to be additionally arranged to solve the drainage problem.
In view of this, the disc dual vacuum filter of the prior art should be improved to solve the above-mentioned technical problems in the prior art.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to solve the technical problems, and aims to provide the liquid discharging device of the disc type double-vacuum filter, which has the advantages of simplified structure, no need of occupying more construction area on a construction site, and capability of effectively reducing maintenance times and reducing maintenance cost in the long-term use process.
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides a liquid discharging device of a disc type double vacuum filter, comprising: the liquid draining tank body is arranged above the ground according to a preset height and is supported and fixed through a base, and a water seal box is arranged below the base; the inlet flange is arranged in the middle of the liquid discharge tank body and is used for being connected with the double-vacuum filter; the vacuum flange is arranged at the top of the liquid discharge tank body and is used for being connected with a vacuum pump; the discharging flange is arranged at the bottom of the liquid discharging tank body and is connected with the water seal tank through a water pipe.
Preferably, the preset height may be in the range of 10m to 15 m.
Preferably, four of the inlet flanges, two of the vacuum flanges, and two of the discharge flanges may be included.
Preferably, a partition plate can be arranged in the liquid draining tank body, and the partition plate can divide the liquid draining tank body into two symmetrical vacuum areas.
Further preferably, the device may further comprise two pressure release valves, each pressure release valve corresponds to one vacuum area, and the vacuum degree in the vacuum area is adjusted by switching the pressure release valve.
Still further preferably, the apparatus may further include two vacuum dashboards, each of which may correspond to one of the vacuum areas, such that the vacuum level in the current vacuum area may be obtained through the vacuum dashboards.

In summary, the liquid discharging device of the disc type double-vacuum filter adopts a simplified structure, is directly connected with the disc type double-vacuum filter and the vacuum pump at a construction site, and greatly saves the construction area occupied by equipment required for completing dehydration work at the construction site; and moreover, the vacuum difference in the symmetrical vacuum area in the liquid discharge tank body can be kept through observing the vacuum instrument panel and adjusting the pressure relief valve in a simple and convenient way, and finally, after the filtration is finished, liquid and moisture in the pipeline can flow back into the water seal box, so that the maintenance times of equipment in the dehydration work are greatly reduced, the dehydration efficiency is improved, and the whole service life of the device is prolonged.

Embodiments of the drain device for a disc type double vacuum filter according to the present invention will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings. As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the liquid draining device of the disc type double vacuum filter according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a base 1, a water seal box 2 disposed at the bottom of the base, and a liquid draining tank body 3 disposed on the base 1 and supported and fixed by the base 1, wherein the liquid draining tank body 3 is connected with the water seal box 2 through a water pipe. The base 1 fixedly supports the liquid discharge tank 3 at a predetermined height so that a height difference exists between the liquid discharge tank 3 and a supporting floor in a vertical direction, and in this embodiment of the present invention, the predetermined height is in a range of 10m to 15m, and in a specific construction, the height difference between the liquid discharge tank 3 and the floor is at least maintained at 10m or more. The middle part of the tank body of the liquid discharge tank body 3 is provided with four inlet flanges 4, the inlet flanges 4 are connected with the disc type double-vacuum filter, and the inlet flanges 4 and the double-vacuum filter are formed with height differences in the vertical direction, so that a mixture of gas and ore pulp can smoothly flow into the tank body. As shown in fig. 2, a partition board 5 is arranged in the liquid discharge tank 3, the inside of the tank of the liquid discharge tank 3 is divided into two symmetrical vacuum areas 51 by the partition board 5, and the two vacuum areas 51 respectively correspond to the pulp sucking area and the dewatering area of the double vacuum filter and are used for respectively absorbing water separated from ore pulp in the pulp sucking area and a dewatered filter cake of the double vacuum filter.
The liquid discharge tank body 3 is also provided with vacuum instrument panels 6 which are in one-to-one correspondence with the vacuum areas 51, and the vacuum degree in each vacuum area 51 can be obtained through the vacuum instrument panels 6. The liquid discharge tank body 3 is also provided with pressure relief valves 7, each pressure relief valve 7 corresponds to one vacuum area, and the vacuum degree in the vacuum area 51 corresponding to the pressure relief valve 7 is adjusted by switching on and switching off the pressure relief valve 7. Thus, the vacuum degree in the current vacuum region 51 can be observed in real time, and the vacuum degree in the two vacuum regions can be adjusted in real time by opening and closing the pressure release valve 7, so that a certain vacuum difference is kept between the two vacuum regions 51, and the pressure difference in the tank body is ensured.
The top of the liquid discharge tank body 3 is provided with a vacuum flange 8, the vacuum flange 8 is used for being connected with a vacuum pump, when the disc type double-vacuum liquid discharge device works, the vacuum pump is started to vacuumize the liquid discharge tank body 3, at the moment, negative pressure is formed in the tank body, and low-concentration slurry in the water seal tank 2 rises along a water pipe 9 under the action of suction force. In this embodiment of the invention, two vacuum flanges 8 may be provided, and in other embodiments of the invention, the number of vacuum flanges may be adjusted to meet different filtration needs according to specific construction needs, and embodiments of the invention are not limited thereto.
The drain tank 3 is formed at the bottom with a drain flange 10, in this embodiment of the present invention, one end of the water pipe 9 is connected to the water seal tank 2, and the other end thereof is connected to the drain flange 10, and in this embodiment of the present invention, two drain flanges 10 may be included to correspond to the vacuum flange 8 and the inlet flange 4.
According to the description and practice, in the liquid discharging device of the disc type double-vacuum filter, the liquid discharging tank body is arranged at a height of 10 meters from the construction ground through the base, so that a certain height difference exists between the liquid discharging tank body and the water sealing tank at the bottom; the inner part of the liquid discharge tank is divided into two symmetrical vacuum areas by a partition plate, which correspond to a pulp suction area and a dehydration area in the disc type double-vacuum filter respectively, when in construction, the vacuum degree in the two vacuum areas is observed through a vacuum instrument panel, and the vacuum difference in the two vacuum areas is kept through a pressure release valve, so that the water filtered by the pulp suction area and the dehydration area of the double-vacuum filter can be discharged from flanges in different vacuum areas by adopting a simpler structure and operation; after filtration, the pulp in the water pipe connecting the water seal box and the liquid discharge tank body is returned to the water seal box again, and the filtered water in the pulp suction area and the dehydration area of the double vacuum filter is discharged into the water seal box from the liquid discharge tank body. In summary, the liquid discharging device of the disc type double-vacuum filter adopts a simplified structure, is directly connected with the disc type double-vacuum filter and the vacuum pump at a construction site, and greatly saves the construction area occupied by equipment required for completing dehydration work at the construction site; and moreover, the vacuum difference in the symmetrical vacuum area in the liquid discharge tank body can be kept through observing the vacuum instrument panel and adjusting the pressure relief valve in a simple and convenient way, and finally, after the filtration is finished, liquid and moisture in the pipeline can flow back into the water seal box, so that the maintenance times of equipment in the dehydration work are greatly reduced, the dehydration efficiency is improved, and the whole service life of the device is prolonged.

the two pressure relief valves are respectively corresponding to one vacuum area, and the vacuum degree in the vacuum area is adjusted by switching the pressure relief valve;
and each vacuum instrument panel corresponds to one vacuum area, and the vacuum degree in the current vacuum area is obtained through the vacuum instrument panels.
