The gateway association module comprises a gateway setting unit, a gateway online confirmation unit and an association management and control unit. The gateway setting unit is configured to perform a connection operation for an electronic device that has logged in, and is configured to input gateway identity data of an intelligent gateway device that is scheduled to be associated and not yet associated with any account number data, where content of the gateway identity data, such as gateway identification data for identifying the intelligent gateway device, and network online data such as IP, communication gateway, and password for online the intelligent gateway device, and determine whether the gateway identity data input by the electronic device is really not yet associated according to the gateway identity data associated with the account number data stored in the cloud database, and trigger to start the gateway online confirmation unit when it is determined that the intelligent gateway device is not yet associated.
The triggered gateway online confirmation unit can try to connect the intelligent gateway device according to the gateway identity data so as to confirm whether the intelligent gateway device to be correlated is connected with the network, and when the intelligent gateway device is confirmed to be connected with a successful signal, the correlated management and control unit can be operated and started. The association management and control unit can be started to establish an administrator authority for the intelligent gateway device, associate and bind the related data of the login of the electronic device, the gateway identity data and the administrator authority to be stored in the cloud database, and trigger the account synchronization unit to synchronously transmit and store the bound account data and the administrator authority to the gateway database of the associated intelligent gateway device. In this embodiment, the association management unit is designed to directly establish the administrator authority for the intelligent gateway device associated with the primary gateway device, but in other embodiments of the present invention, the administrator authority is not limited thereto.
The sharing management and control module can be used for connecting an electronic device for inputting account data binding an administrator authority, and comprises a sharing account setting unit, a sharing authority setting unit and a sharing binding unit. The sharing account setting unit can compare all account data which are not related to the intelligent gateway device corresponding to the authority of the manager from the cloud database, and can be used for picking the corresponding account data aiming at the object which is scheduled to be subjected to authority sharing. The sharing authority setting unit is configured to set an equipment sharing authority for the management authority of the intelligent equipment connected to the intelligent gateway device, and generate a sharing bar code, for example, a QR code, according to the account data selected by the sharing account setting unit and the equipment sharing authority, and display the sharing bar code on the electronic device for scanning by other electronic devices.
The sharing binding unit can be connected by the logged-in other electronic device through scanning the sharing bar code, and when the account data logged-in by the other electronic device is judged to be the same as the account data corresponding to the sharing bar code, the account data, the equipment sharing permission and the gateway identity data of the intelligent gateway device are associated and bound and stored in the cloud database, and the account synchronization unit is triggered to synchronously store the bound account data and the equipment sharing permission in the gateway database of the corresponding intelligent gateway device.
The message pushing module receives the device operation message transmitted by the intelligent gateway device, compares the device operation message transmitted by the intelligent gateway device for one intelligent device connected by the signal thereof with the corresponding intelligent gateway device from the cloud database, compares the account data corresponding to the sharing authority and the manager authority of all devices with the management and control authorities of the intelligent device, and compares the account data corresponding to the sharing authority and the manager authority of the devices, and pushes the device operation message corresponding to the account data by the electronic device when one account data compared with the account data is logged in, so that a user using the electronic device knows the operation condition of the intelligent device of the intelligent gateway device managed and controlled by the user.
When the invention is used, each user who wants to control the intelligent equipment of the intelligent gateway device through the connection of the electronic device must first connect with the cloud account management device to establish account data. A user to become the manager authority of a certain intelligent gateway device can connect the intelligent gateway device with the signal of the intelligent equipment to be managed and connect the intelligent gateway device to the internet to enable the cloud account management device to connect the signal of the intelligent gateway device, then, the gateway association module is operated to establish the manager authority for the intelligent gateway device, account data for logging in, the manager authority and gateway identity data of the intelligent gateway device are associated and bound, and the account management module synchronously stores the account data and the manager authority in a cloud database and a gateway database of the intelligent gateway device.
When a user with administrator rights wants to share the control rights of the intelligent device connected with the intelligent gateway device controlled by the user to other users, the sharing control module can be operated to select account data of an object to be shared, and set the control rights of the intelligent device to be rights-shared according to the account data, so as to establish the device sharing rights and the sharing bar code, and display the sharing bar code on the device for logging in the online electronic device. Then, after the account data of the person who receives the sharing authority is input into the cloud account management device, the electronic device for logging is used for scanning the sharing bar code and connecting the sharing management and control module, and when the sharing management and control module judges that the account data of the person who receives the sharing authority corresponds to the sharing bar code, the account data and the equipment sharing authority are bound and are associated with the intelligent gateway device. After the association of the device sharing rights is completed, the account management and control module synchronously stores the account data of the person receiving the sharing rights and the device sharing rights in the cloud database and the intelligent gateway device.
When the method and the device are implemented, the management and control rights of the intelligent equipment of one intelligent gateway device can be shared to a plurality of account data, and the equipment sharing rights with different management and control rights can be set for each account data.
When an administrator right and a plurality of device sharing rights are established for one intelligent gateway device, and after a plurality of account data are associated and bound with the intelligent gateway device, when the intelligent gateway device transmits a device operation message of one intelligent device connected with the intelligent gateway device to the cloud account management device, the cloud account management device compares each device sharing right and the administrator right which have management and control rights on the intelligent device of the intelligent gateway device. Then, when account data with the compared device sharing authority or the administrator authority is input, the account data is used for the device operation message sent by the logged-in electronic device.
By the design, when receiving the equipment operation information sent by any intelligent equipment connected with the intelligent gateway device, each intelligent gateway device can uniformly upload the equipment operation information to the cloud account management device, and then the cloud account management device sends the equipment operation information to all account data with management and control authorities. Therefore, when a user manages and controls a plurality of intelligent gateway devices at the same time, the user does not need to log in each intelligent gateway device one by one to inquire about the operation condition of each intelligent device, and can receive the equipment operation information sent by all the intelligent gateway devices associated with the user only by inputting single account data into the cloud account management device, which is quite convenient.
When a user wants to cancel the association binding with a certain intelligent gateway device, the account data of the user can be input into the intelligent gateway device. If the account data is the binding equipment sharing permission, a gateway unbinding module of the intelligent gateway device can start a sharing permission unbinding mode, the permission of the account data can only unbind the association binding between the account data and the intelligent gateway device to which the account data belongs, when a user operates the gateway unbinding module through the electronic device to finish unbinding of the account data and the equipment sharing permission, the gateway unbinding module can delete the account data and the equipment sharing permission from a gateway database and drive a gateway data synchronizing module to transmit unbinding information to a cloud account management device, and an account management and control module can delete the corresponding equipment sharing permission in a cloud database and unbinding the association binding of the account data and the intelligent gateway device.
When the account data of the user is the manager right of the binding intelligent gateway device, the gateway unbinding module can be used for selecting to start the sharing right unbinding mode or the manager right replacing mode. When the sharing authority unbinding mode is started, a user can operate and select one account data to be unbinding the sharing authority of the equipment, and then the gateway unbinding module is driven to unbinding the account data and the corresponding sharing authority of the equipment, wherein the unbinding action is the same as that of the previous section, and the unbinding action is not repeated.
When a user starts an administrator authority replacement mode, the gateway unbinding module can enable the user to select another account data to be used for replacing and binding the administrator authority, and the gateway unbinding module can bind the administrator authority replacement to the other account data and delete the account data from the gateway database. And deleting the sharing rights of the device originally bound with the other account data, and generating management rights replacement information. The cloud account management device synchronously changes the unbinding and replacement binding of the corresponding two account data in the cloud database and the corresponding manager rights and the corresponding device sharing rights according to the management rights replacement information, and deletes the unbound device sharing rights.
When a user logs in by directly connecting a gateway device with an electronic device, if the intelligent gateway device judges that the account data input by the user is wrong, the cloud account management device is connected to the gateway device first to request the synchronous operation of the account data, and then whether the account data used for requesting login by the user is correct is judged according to the account data in the gateway database after synchronous processing. If the judgment is correct, the electronic device is allowed to log in with the corresponding equipment sharing permission or the administrator permission. If a user successfully logs in the intelligent gateway device with one account number data, but the intelligent gateway device cannot compare the equipment sharing authority or the administrator authority corresponding to the account number data, the management authority of the account number data is not synchronized with the cloud account number management device. The intelligent gateway device is connected with the cloud account management device to require synchronous operation of account data, then compares whether the gateway database after synchronous processing has equipment sharing permission or administrator permission bound with the account data, if not, the representative account data is not bound with the gateway database, the account data is logged off, and the account data is deleted; if so, the electronic device is allowed to connect and control the corresponding intelligent equipment by the corresponding equipment sharing authority or the manager authority.
By means of the design of the synchronous account data, each intelligent gateway device can directly log in by the account data of the user, but when account data errors occur, or when corresponding equipment sharing authorities or manager authorities do not exist, the user tries to online with the cloud account management device to perform synchronous operation of the account data, then compares and judges the account data with the management authorities again, and when the cloud account management device synchronizes the newly created account data to the intelligent gateway device, network outage occurs and synchronization fails, or when the manager authorities or equipment sharing authorities are synchronized to the intelligent gateway device, but errors occur and synchronization fails, the problem of data errors of each intelligent gateway device can be corrected through the synchronous operation.
In summary, by unifying each user with the cloud account management device to register account data, and then binding one intelligent gateway device with one administrator authority or one equipment sharing authority in association with one account data, the account data and the binding equipment sharing authority or the administrator authority are synchronized to the design of the corresponding intelligent gateway device, and the user only needs to register once in the cloud account management device, so that the account data of the user can be respectively synchronized to all intelligent gateway devices in association and binding through the cloud account management device, and the registration and association operation steps of the whole intelligent monitoring system can be simplified.
In addition, through the design that each intelligent gateway device can upload the equipment operation information of all intelligent equipment connected by signals to the cloud account management device, the cloud account management device can synchronously send the equipment operation information to all account data with management and control authorities, a user can receive the equipment operation information sent by all intelligent gateway devices associated with the account data only by logging in the cloud account management device, and the intelligent gateway devices do not need to be logged in to read the equipment operation information of the relevant intelligent equipment, so that the operation condition of the intelligent equipment of each intelligent gateway device which is associated and bound can be managed and controlled more effectively.
Moreover, through the design that the cloud account management device can be used for the login operation of a user with the administrator authority of a certain intelligent gateway device so as to share the control authority of a specific intelligent device connected by signals of the intelligent gateway device with other account data, the user can conveniently and directly set the sharing authority of each intelligent gateway device with the administrator authority in the cloud account management device, and the corresponding sharing bar code is conveniently provided for the sharing authority receiver to scan by the electronic device, so that the authority sharing setting is rapidly completed.
Therefore, by means of the design of the cloud account management device and the intelligent gateway device, the cloud account management device is only required to be logged in, equipment operation information transmitted by all intelligent gateway devices related to the cloud account management device can be received, a user can conveniently and uniformly manage and control a plurality of intelligent equipment arranged in different places, and the related setting and the management and control authority sharing setting of the intelligent gateway device are convenient, so that the purpose of the invention can be achieved.
The cloud account management system comprises a plurality of intelligent gateway devices for connecting intelligent equipment through signals and a cloud account management device for connecting the intelligent gateway devices through signals. The cloud account management device allows account data with administrator rights to be input, can be used for establishing equipment sharing rights and sharing bar codes for intelligent equipment connected with the intelligent gateway device, can bind the equipment sharing rights with other account data when the other electronic device scans the sharing bar codes, and synchronizes the equipment sharing rights and the other account data to the corresponding intelligent gateway device. The cloud account management device is used for allowing a user with administrator rights to log in, so that the management rights of the intelligent equipment connected with the intelligent gateway device through signals can be shared with other account data, and rights sharing can be conveniently carried out on the intelligent gateway device with the management rights directly in the cloud account management device.

The cloud account management device stores a plurality of account data, a plurality of administrator rights which are bound with the account data and are respectively associated with the intelligent gateway device, and comprises a sharing management and control module and an account management and control module, wherein the sharing management and control module binds an electronic device for inputting one account data of the administrator rights for use, the cloud account management device is provided with a sharing account setting unit, a sharing right setting unit and a sharing binding unit, the sharing account setting unit is operable to select the other account data, the sharing right setting unit is operable to select the other account data selected by the sharing account setting unit, and the intelligent device which is in signal connection with the intelligent gateway device associated with the administrator rights establishes a device sharing right and correspondingly generates a sharing bar code for display on the electronic device, the sharing binding unit binds the corresponding device sharing right with the other account data when the other electronic device which is input by the other account data corresponding to the sharing bar code scans to obtain the sharing bar code, and the management and control module transmits and stores the other data and the device sharing right into the corresponding intelligent gateway device;
Each intelligent gateway device can enable the electronic device to connect and control corresponding intelligent equipment according to equipment sharing rights or administrator rights corresponding to the account data when the electronic device inputs the account data;
the intelligent gateway device comprises a gateway database and an equipment management module, wherein the gateway database stores each account number data associated with the gateway database and each manager right or equipment sharing right bound with each account number data, and the equipment management module is used for connecting and managing intelligent equipment;
the cloud account management device comprises a cloud database and a gateway association module, wherein the cloud database stores account data, each manager right and/or each equipment sharing right bound with each account data, the gateway association module comprises a gateway setting unit, a gateway online confirmation unit and an association management and control unit, the gateway setting unit is used for connecting an electronic device which is logged in to input gateway identity data of an intelligent gateway device which is not associated, the gateway online confirmation unit triggers the association management and control unit when the intelligent gateway device is successfully connected according to a gateway identity data success signal, the triggered association management and control unit establishes an manager right corresponding to the intelligent gateway device for account data which is logged in by the electronic device, and associates and binds the account data with the manager right and the gateway identity data, and the account data and the manager right are transmitted and stored in the intelligent gateway device corresponding to the gateway identity data by the management and control module;
The account management and control module is provided with an account establishment unit, a login management and control unit and an account synchronization unit;
the gateway association module comprises a gateway setting unit, a gateway online confirmation unit and an association management and control unit.

The intelligent monitoring system of claim 1, wherein the account management and control module comprises an account creation unit and an account synchronization unit, the account creation unit is configured to create an account data, and store the account data in the cloud database, the account synchronization unit is configured to store an administrator right in the cloud database and a corresponding intelligent gateway device in synchronization after the gateway association module associates and binds the account data, the administrator right with the gateway identity data, and to store the equipment sharing right in the cloud database and the corresponding intelligent gateway device in synchronization when the sharing management and control module binds an equipment sharing right with the account data;
the sharing management and control module is used for binding an electronic device connecting operation of account data input of an administrator authority, and comprises a sharing account setting unit, a sharing authority setting unit and a sharing binding unit.

The intelligent monitoring system according to any one of claims 1-2, wherein the intelligent gateway device further comprises a gateway login management and control module and a gateway data synchronization module, the gateway login management and control module drives the gateway data synchronization module to trigger the account synchronization unit online when judging that the account data input by the electronic device is inconsistent with all the account data stored in the gateway database, drives the account synchronization unit to synchronize all the account data corresponding to the intelligent gateway device in the cloud database to the gateway database, and the gateway login management and control module re-judges whether the account data input by the electronic device is consistent with one account data of the gateway database.

The intelligent monitoring system of claim 1, wherein the device management and control module compares the administrator authority or the device sharing authority corresponding to the account data from the gateway database when an electronic device successfully logs in via the account data, and drives the gateway data synchronization module to trigger the account synchronization unit online when the corresponding administrator authority or device sharing authority cannot be compared, and drives the account synchronization unit to synchronize the administrator authority or the device sharing authority corresponding to the intelligent gateway device and the account data in the cloud database to the gateway database, and the device management and control module re-compares the administrator authority or the device sharing authority corresponding to the account data from the gateway database.

The intelligent monitoring system according to claim 1, wherein the intelligent gateway device further comprises a gateway unbinding module for connecting operation of a logged-in electronic device, the gateway unbinding module is built with a shared permission unbinding mode and an administrator permission changing mode which are switched and started, and is provided with an unbinding account setting unit and an unbinding management unit, when the shared permission unbinding mode is started, the unbinding account setting unit is used for selecting account data which is bound with a device shared permission from the gateway database, the unbinding management unit is started to unbinding account data and the device shared permission, when the administrator permission changing mode is started, the unbinding account setting unit is used for picking account data of a bound administrator from the gateway database, binding account data of another account of the shared permission of the device, and the unbinding management unit is started to unbinding the permission account data and the administrator account, and switching the other data to the bound administrator.

The intelligent monitoring system according to claim 5, wherein the unbinding control unit generates unbinding information corresponding to account data when unbinding account data and sharing rights of a device, and generates management rights switching information when switching rights of an administrator to another account data, the gateway unbinding module further comprises an unbinding synchronization unit which transmits the unbinding information and the management rights switching information to the cloud account management device, and the account synchronization unit changes unbinding and switching binding of the corresponding account data and the corresponding sharing rights of the device or rights of the administrator in the cloud database according to the unbinding information and the management rights switching information.

The intelligent monitoring system of claim 1, wherein the intelligent device comprises an air conditioning device, an audio-visual multimedia device, a lighting device and an access control device; the electronic device is a mobile device or computer equipment, and the mobile device comprises a mobile phone, a tablet computer, intelligent glasses, a smart watch and a smart bracelet; the computer device comprises a notebook computer or a desktop computer;
the intelligent gateway device comprises a gateway database, a gateway login management and control module, an equipment management and control module, a gateway unbinding module and a gateway data synchronization module; the gateway database stores a plurality of account data, a plurality of device sharing authorities and an administrator authority, the administrator authority is bound with one account data, and the rest of account data are respectively bound with the device sharing authorities.
