Referring to fig. 1 and 2a, the present invention provides a compressor post device, comprising:
a terminal mounting plate 2 fixed to the compressor cylinder 1;
three binding posts 3 penetrating through the binding post mounting plate 2, wherein two opposite elastic sheets 4 are connected to two sides of the end part of each binding post exposed out of the compressor cylinder 1 to form a slot structure 41;
the post protecting cover 5 fastened on the post mounting plate 2, the posts of the three posts 3 exposed outside the compressor cylinder 1 are located in the space covered by the post protecting cover 5, and the position of the shell of the post protecting cover 5 opposite to the slot structure 41 is provided with an opening 51.
The compressor wiring terminal device provided by the embodiment of the invention comprises a wiring terminal mounting plate 2 fixed on a compressor cylinder body 1; three binding posts 3 penetrating through the binding post mounting plate 2, wherein two opposite elastic sheets 4 are connected to two sides of the end part of each binding post 3 exposed out of the compressor cylinder 1 to form a slot structure 41; the post protecting cover 5 fastened on the post mounting plate 2, the posts of the three posts 3 exposed outside the compressor cylinder 1 are located in the space covered by the post protecting cover 5, and the position of the shell of the post protecting cover 5 opposite to the slot structure 41 is provided with an opening 51. In the above embodiment of the invention, it is preferable that, of the two elastic pieces 4 constituting the slot structure 41, the middle portion of each elastic piece 4 is formed with a convex structure 42 toward the other elastic piece 4, as shown in fig. 2 b. The raised structures 42 enable the tabs 62 to be clamped when the plug 6 is inserted, avoiding loosening the connection of the tabs 62 to the slot structure 41.
In the embodiment of the invention, as shown in fig. 4, optionally, a plug wire identifier 511 may be formed beside each opening 51 on the surface of the terminal cover 5 facing away from the terminal mounting plate 2 to guide the insertion position of each insert 61 of the plug 6, so that the connection of the compressor is convenient and quick without errors. For example, the wire insertion marks 511 beside the three openings 51 may be R, S, C or U, V, W, depending on the requirements.
In the embodiment of the invention described above, it is preferable that the distances between the three posts 3 are equal in practice.
In the embodiment of the present invention, when the distances between the three binding posts 3 are equal, the slot structure 41 may be configured in the following manner: the extending directions of the three slot structures 41 are mutually at an angle of 60 degrees, and the extending directions of the openings 51 and the inserting sheets 61 are consistent with the extending directions of the corresponding slot structures 41, as shown in fig. 5a-5b.
In the embodiment of the present invention, when the distances between the three binding posts 3 are equal, the slot structure 41 may be set in the following manner: the extending lines of the three slot structures 41 intersect at a point, and the extending directions of the openings 51 and the inserting pieces 61 are consistent with the extending directions of the corresponding slot structures 41, as shown in fig. 6a-6C, the arrangement mode ensures that the directions of the R/S/C three-phase slot structures 41 are fixed, and the situation of misplug can be effectively prevented.
In the embodiment of the invention, as shown in fig. 7a and 7b, at least one fastening point 52 is provided at the connection position between the inner surface of the terminal cover 5 and the terminal mounting plate 2, and a groove 11 is formed at the position corresponding to the fastening point 52 on the terminal mounting plate 2, and as shown in fig. 5a, the terminal cover 5 is fastened to the terminal mounting plate 2 by the fastening point 52 and the groove 11. Alternatively, the post protecting cover 5 can be effectively fixed on the post mounting plate 2 by clamping the three uniformly distributed buckling points 52 with the grooves 11.

Claims (9)
1. A compressor lug assembly comprising:
the binding post mounting plate is fixed on the compressor cylinder;
the three binding posts penetrate through the binding post mounting plate, and two opposite elastic sheets are connected to two sides of the end part of each binding post exposed out of the compressor cylinder body to form a slot structure;
the post protecting cover is buckled on the post mounting plate, the posts exposed out of the compressor cylinder body are positioned in the space covered by the post protecting cover, and openings are formed at the positions, opposite to the slot structures, of the shell of the post protecting cover;
the slot structure formed by the two elastic sheets is matched with the binding post protecting cover to form an integrated socket;
at least one buckling point is arranged at the joint of the inner surface of the binding post protecting cover and the binding post mounting plate, a groove is formed at the position, corresponding to the buckling point, of the binding post mounting plate, and the binding post protecting cover is clamped and fixed on the binding post mounting plate through the buckling point and the groove;
the compressor terminal device further comprises a plug used for enabling the compressor to be electrified, the plug comprises a plug body and inserting pieces which are fixed on the plug body and correspond to the slot structures one by one, and each inserting piece is inserted into the corresponding slot structure through the corresponding opening hole and is inserted into the corresponding slot structure outside the terminal protecting cover.
2. The compressor post device of claim 1, wherein each of said posts comprises a glass body sealingly engaged with said post mounting plate and a steel needle penetrating said glass body, said steel needle being welded to two of said elastic pieces on both sides of an end portion exposed outside said compressor cylinder.
3. The compressor post device of claim 1, wherein a convex structure is formed toward the other elastic piece in a middle portion of each of the two elastic pieces constituting the slot structure.
4. The compressor post assembly of claim 1 wherein a wire insertion indicator is formed adjacent each of said openings in a surface of said post cover facing away from said post mounting plate to direct the insertion location of each blade of said plug.
5. The compressor post arrangement of claim 1, wherein the distances between the three posts are equal.
6. The compressor post device of claim 5, wherein the three slot structures extend at an angle of 60 degrees to each other, and wherein the openings and the tabs extend in a direction that is consistent with the direction of extension of the corresponding slot structure.
7. The compressor post device of claim 5, wherein the extension lines of the three slot structures intersect at a point, and the extension directions of the opening and the insert sheet are identical to the extension directions of the corresponding slot structures.
8. A compressor comprising a compressor lug arrangement as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 7.
9. An air conditioning system comprising the compressor of claim 8.
