Background
When the current OTA website (online tourism website) sells hotel room types on line, the room type list is mostly adopted, namely all the room types which can be sold are displayed in a list manner, so that the user faces too many options when selecting the room type, and the choice is not left. In addition, for the same physical house type (classification of physical house type), sale house types (virtual house type products) with different price series are often displayed, which causes troubles to users. The different selling house types have different services and benefits, the prices are different, and when the multi-house types are displayed in a centralized mode, the users are easily misled, so that unnecessary complaints are brought.
From another perspective, the screen of the information presentation device used by the user is often limited in size, and therefore the space available for the product (e.g., App or web page, etc.) to present information is also limited. the physical house type selection area is used for displaying the label switching bar, and basic information of a corresponding physical house type is displayed on each label, wherein the basic information comprises a house type name, a supported bed type and a corresponding starting price; as shown in fig. 3, the starting prices (bare room prices) of the ordinary standard room, the big bed room, the seascape room, the family room and the luxury suite are listed, that is, the basic room prices without adding any value-added service; the area is mainly composed of a traditional label switching column, and basic information of a physical house type, namely a house type name, a supported bed type and a corresponding bare price (starting price), is displayed on each label. For example: bed, breakfast, whether windows are needed, etc. The value of the room will also change dynamically (typically constant or increasing) based on the bare price each time the user clicks on a value added service. In addition, since there may be differences in the services available for the same type of physical room, for example, some rooms may be smoked, and some are not, some value-added services are grayed out to indicate that they are not supported and are not selectable, such as the "smokeable" item in fig. 3. It should be noted that, if the physical house type is not available, the value-added service selection area is also not available for further operation.

In the specific implementation process of the invention, because the existing system has no so-called bare house price, and the different prices of the selling house type are prices formed by packaging different services which can be provided by the selling house type, a user can only pack and select the selling house type, and cannot freely select each selling house type, the data of the background needs to be packaged and displayed by the front end, and the scheme is as follows:
