if the database stores the personnel information corresponding to the personnel name, judging whether the database stores the current personnel information or not after the current personnel information is edited;
if yes, generating a change instruction carrying the replacement information;
if not, generating a change instruction carrying the deletion information;
the system comprises a change module, a display module and a control module, wherein the change module is used for acquiring a personnel information change instruction, and the change instruction carries the addition information, the deletion information or the replacement information of personnel information;
and correspondingly changing the personnel information stored in the mobile terminal based on the information in the change instruction.
