Detailed Description
Exemplary embodiments of the present invention will now be described with reference to the accompanying drawings, in which various details of the embodiments of the present invention are included to facilitate understanding, and are to be considered merely exemplary. Accordingly, those of ordinary skill in the art will recognize that various changes and modifications of the embodiments described herein can be made without departing from the scope and spirit of the invention. Also, descriptions of well-known functions and constructions are omitted in the following description for clarity and conciseness.
FIG. 1 is a schematic diagram of the main flow of a method for automatically generating maintenance receipts according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 1, the method mainly comprises:
Step S101: analyzing the brand mark in the order opening request; step S102: acquiring a first maintenance bill and an address identifier corresponding to the brand identifier from a configuration library; step S103: acquiring a billing page in a target system according to a brand identifier and an address identifier corresponding to the automatic billing task; step S104: crawling field values of each page field in the single page from the first maintenance bill; step S105: and filling the crawled field values into the opening page so that the target system generates a second maintenance document corresponding to the automatic opening task according to the filled opening page.
The brand mark is the brand of the product to be opened; the address mark is a webpage address of a to-be-issued manufacturer system, and is associated with the brand mark for configuration; the target system is a to-be-issued manufacturer system; only one address identifier is corresponding to each brand identifier; the first maintenance bill is a bill recorded by a maintenance center in the maintenance process, and the second maintenance bill is a bill corresponding to the first maintenance bill after a maintenance manufacturer automatically opens the bill. For example, the maintenance center a has the authority to maintain 10 brands of mobile phones such as a brand a, a brand B, a brand C, etc., and is about to take a maintenance order of a brand B from the maintenance center a, then the brand to be taken is the brand B, the target system is the brand B manufacturer system, the address is the web address of the brand B manufacturer system, the first maintenance order is the order to be filled when the maintenance center a maintains the brand B mobile phone 001, the second maintenance order is the maintenance condition of the 001 mobile phone that the brand B manufacturer needs to obtain from the maintenance center a, and the order is registered in the brand B manufacturer system.
Before obtaining the first maintenance document and the address identifier corresponding to the brand identifier from the configuration repository, in an alternative embodiment, as shown in fig. 2, the method includes: step S201: analyzing a brand identifier to be configured and an address identifier to be configured in the configuration request; step S202: the address identification to be configured is sent to a target system corresponding to the brand identification to be configured; step S203: receiving verification information returned after verification of the address identification to be configured by the target system; step S204: the confirmation verification information is information indicating that the address identification to be configured is legal.
The verification information returned by the target system after verifying the address identifier to be configured can be in various text formats, in an optional embodiment, the target system returns the verification information with the suffix in the robots.txt format after verifying the address identifier to be configured, according to the content in the verification information, the crawling permission can be determined, and if the verification information is an empty text, the crawling permission is maximum.
Before confirming that the verification information is information indicating that the address identifier to be configured is legal, verifying whether the address identifier to be configured is legal is needed, and in an optional embodiment, if the path of the address identifier to be configured can be successfully accessed, namely, the path of the address identifier is considered to be legal, sending the information indicating that the address identifier to be configured is legal; if the path of the address mark to be configured cannot be accessed due to manual operation errors and the like, the path of the address mark to be configured is considered to be illegal, and information indicating that the address mark to be configured is illegal is sent.
After confirming that the verification information is information indicating that the address identifier to be configured is legal, the confirmed address identifier is stored under a corresponding brand identifier directory in the configuration library, and in an alternative embodiment, a plurality of address identifiers can be stored under the same brand identifier directory. For example, brand a establishes brand subdivisions in city a, city B, and city C, and different vendor systems are used in each region due to various factors such as policy environments, and at this time, three vendor systems of three brand subdivisions of city a, city B, and city C, that is, three address identifiers, need to be stored under the catalog of brand a.
Before crawling the field values of the individual page fields in the single page from the first maintenance document, in an alternative embodiment, as shown in fig. 3, it includes:
step S301: the corresponding relation between the page field in the opening page and the corresponding receipt field in the first maintenance receipt is pre-stored;
Step S302: traversing page fields in the open page, for any page field: judging whether a target document field corresponding to any page field exists in the first maintenance document according to the corresponding relation;
If yes, step S303 is executed: crawling the field value of the target document field; if not, go to step S304: and sending prompt information representing crawling failure to prompt a user to manually enter the corresponding relation between the page field in the opening page and the corresponding document field in the first maintenance document.
For setting the correspondence between the page field in the opening page and the document field in the first maintenance document, in an alternative embodiment, the page field in the pre-stored opening page may correspond to the corresponding document field in the plurality of first maintenance documents, for example, to take a brand B maintenance document from three maintenance vendors A, B, C, but since each maintenance vendor uses a respective maintenance system, the document fields used by each maintenance vendor are not uniform, the page field is set to "maintenance time" in the brand B vendor, the maintenance time is denoted by "registration time" in the maintenance vendor a, the maintenance time is denoted by "maintenance time" in the maintenance vendor B, and the maintenance time is denoted by "order receiving time" in the maintenance vendor C. In order to ensure that the automatic billing process can avoid billing failure caused by non-uniform systems of various maintenance manufacturers, before the field values of various page fields in the billing page are crawled from a first maintenance document corresponding to the automatic billing task, the registration time, the maintenance time and the order receiving time are set as corresponding relations with the maintenance time, so that the document field representing the maintenance time can be smoothly obtained from the maintenance manufacturer A, B, C when the page field is set as the maintenance time.
When the corresponding relation between the page field in the form opening page and the bill field in the first maintenance bill cannot be manually input, the field value of the target bill field cannot be crawled from the first maintenance bill, and prompt information indicating that the data is insufficient and automatic form opening cannot be sent is sent, so that a user is prompted to select to skip the field value and automatically open the form or end automatic form opening. Because the first maintenance receipts needing automatic receipt opening are all historical receipts, data cannot be supplemented, when the first maintenance receipts do not contain target receipts fields corresponding to page fields in the receipt opening pages, manual subsequent filling cannot be carried out, and filling of other page fields can be continuously completed only by skipping filling of the field values.
In an alternative embodiment, before crawling the field value of the target document field, the method further includes: confirming that any page field has crawling authority; if any page field does not have the crawling permission, sending out prompt information indicating no crawling permission so as to prompt a user to manually enter the field value of the any page field.
For example, in order to prevent malicious automatic billing, automatic billing needs to be performed under the condition of personnel supervision, at this time, the billing page of the brand B manufacturer contains the page field of the "supervisor", and meanwhile, the page field does not have crawling authority, i.e. can not be filled in through crawling, and the operator who supervises the current automatic billing program needs to manually fill in, so as to ensure the billing accuracy, and avoid the situations of malicious billing and the like caused under the condition of no supervision.
In an alternative embodiment, after obtaining the first maintenance document and the address identifier corresponding to the brand identifier from the configuration library, the method further includes: configuring a task processing mode; the task processing modes include: any one of automatic timing execution, time slot execution, and manual trigger execution; before acquiring the opening page in the target system according to the brand identification and the address identification, the method further comprises the following steps: a task processing mode is determined.
The automatic timing execution means that after the execution time is set, an execution period can be set, and when each execution period reaches the execution time, the execution is performed once; for example, if the automatic billing is set to be executed 10 late a week, the automatic billing is executed only once 10 late a week. The execution according to the time period refers to executing one automatic bill opening after a certain time period; for example, if the automatic order opening is set to be executed every 12 hours, the automatic order opening is executed every 12 hours later. Manual triggering execution means that automatic billing is executed only when manually operated by a person.
In an alternative embodiment, before acquiring the first maintenance document and the address identifier corresponding to the brand identifier from the configuration library, the method further includes: configuring an exception handling strategy corresponding to the address identifier; the exception handling policy includes: alarm modes corresponding to the abnormal types; wherein the anomaly type comprises one or more of server anomalies, network anomalies and status code identification anomalies; the abnormal processing alarm form comprises one or more of short messages, mails and telephones.
And according to different severity grades of the anomaly types, different anomaly handling alarm forms are corresponding. For example, the network abnormality is a common abnormality type in life, and the user can normally open a bill after the network is recovered to be normal, so that the failure of opening the bill caused by the network abnormality is not important if the user checks and collects in time corresponding to the abnormality processing alarm form of the mail; however, if the server fails to open due to the server abnormality, the server may be paralyzed, and cannot work normally, and the severity level is far higher than that of the network abnormality, so that the corresponding abnormality processing alarm mode can be to send mails and call simultaneously, and the user is required to know the server abnormality and check the abnormality reason in time, and repair in time, so as to avoid serious economic loss.
After generating the second repair document corresponding to the first repair document, in an alternative embodiment, as shown in fig. 4, the method includes:
Step S401: acquiring a second maintenance receipt generation result returned by the target system; if the second maintenance document generation result is information indicating that the second maintenance document generation is successful, step S402 is executed: sending prompt information indicating that the maintenance receipt generation is successful; if the second repair document generation result is information indicating that the second repair document generation fails, step S403 to step S405 are skipped, where: step S403: analyzing the abnormal type from the second maintenance receipt generation result; step S404: determining an alarm mode according to an exception handling strategy; step S405: and carrying out exception handling alarm according to the determined alarm mode.
In an alternative embodiment, the order request includes: opening a single time period; obtaining a first maintenance document corresponding to the brand identifier from a configuration library, wherein the first maintenance document comprises: acquiring all first maintenance documents corresponding to the brand identification in the billing time period from a configuration library; the target system generates a second maintenance bill corresponding to the first maintenance bill according to the filled opening page, and the target system comprises the following steps: and the target system respectively generates a second maintenance bill corresponding to each first maintenance bill according to the filled opening page. For example, to take a repair order of about three months from brand B in a repair manufacturer a and complete automatic billing in a brand B system, setting a billing time period of 2021, 2 months, 11 days, and 2021, 5 months, 11 days in the billing request, so as to obtain 100 first repair orders of all brand B brands taken by the repair manufacturer a between 2021, 2 months, 11 days, and 2021, 5 months, 11 days, and correspondingly generate 100 second repair orders in the brand B system.
The method for automatically generating the maintenance bill is simple and convenient, avoids the step of manually going to a brand manufacturer system for opening a bill by a bill recorder, greatly saves manpower, improves the bill opening efficiency, reduces the repeated work of regional bill opening personnel, improves the working efficiency and reduces the manual bill recording cost.
