本发明公开了一种多唇油封装置,包括橡胶密封环,橡胶密封环周部沿轴向延伸设静态密封面,橡胶密封环与静态密封面之间内嵌有截面为一字型的金属骨架;橡胶密封环内侧设有动态密封组件,所述动态密封组件包括主密封唇和副密封唇,主密封唇和副密封唇外环部均设有环形凹槽,环形凹槽内设弹簧;所述副密封唇唇口为半圆形结构,所述主密封唇包括第一主密封唇和第二主密封唇;所述第一主密封唇、第二主密封唇和副密封唇唇口处分别设有浅斜纹,形成回油线。本发明提供的油封装置,副密封唇半圆设计可减少摩擦防止唇部变形;设置回油线,当轴工作时,可在唇口形成泵吸效应,使流到油封空气侧的油泵回到油封的油侧,同时减少温升。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种多唇油封装置,属于密封件技术领域。
背景技术
油封,即用来封油的机械元件,它将传动部件中需要润滑的部件与出力部件隔离,不至于让润滑油渗漏,同时也阻隔外界灰尘进入需要润滑部件,起到对内封油,对外防尘的效果,广泛应用于家用电器、汽车发动机、化工等行业中。使用时油封唇部与轴发生摩擦,时间长了容易变形,影响封油、防尘等效果。
发明内容
目的:为了克服现有技术中存在的不足,本发明提供一种多唇油封装置。
技术方案:为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案为:
一种多唇油封装置,包括橡胶密封环,橡胶密封环周部沿橡胶密封环轴向延伸设静态密封面,橡胶密封环与静态密封面之间内嵌有截面为一字型的金属骨架;橡胶密封环内侧设有动态密封组件,所述动态密封组件包括主密封唇和副密封唇,主密封唇和副密封唇外环部均设有环形凹槽,环形凹槽内设弹簧;所述副密封唇唇口为半圆形结构,所述主密封唇包括第一主密封唇和第二主密封唇;所述第一主密封唇、第二主密封唇和副密封唇唇口处分别设有浅斜纹,形成回油线。
进一步地,沿着第一主密封唇和第二主密封唇设置的回油线为左旋回油线,沿着副密封唇设置的是右旋回油线。
进一步地,所述第二主密封唇的内环直径大于第一主密封唇的内环直径。
进一步地,所述副密封唇的内环直径小于第二主密封唇的内环直径,大于第一主密封唇的内环直径。
进一步地,所述金属骨架、弹簧均采用碳钢材料制成。
进一步地,所述橡胶密封环与静态密封面连接的部分内侧面设有定位刻齿。
有益效果:本发明提供的一种多唇油封装置,双主唇设计可提高封油能力,副唇设计可有效防尘,同时副密封唇唇部采用半圆形结构,可有效减小摩擦防止唇部变形;设计左旋回油线和右旋回油线,当轴工作时,在唇口形成泵吸效应,使流到油封空气侧的油泵回到油封的油侧,同时可减少温升。

下面结合附图对本发明作更进一步的说明。
如图1所示,一种多唇油封装置,包括橡胶密封环1,橡胶密封环周部沿橡胶密封环轴向延伸设有静态密封面2,橡胶密封环1与静态密封面2之间内嵌有截面为一字型的金属骨架3;橡胶密封环1内侧设有动态密封组件,所述动态密封组件包括主密封唇和副密封唇,主密封唇和副密封唇6外环部均设有环形凹槽,环形凹槽内设弹簧7;所述副密封唇6唇口为半圆形结构,可减少摩擦防止唇部变形;所述主密封唇包括第一主密封唇4和第二主密封唇5;所述第一主密封唇、第二主密封唇和副密封唇唇口处分别设有浅斜纹,形成回油线,当轴工作时,在唇口形成泵吸效应,使流到油封空气侧的油泵回到油封的油侧,同时减少温升。
沿着第一主密封唇4和第二主密封唇5设置的回油线为左旋回油线8,沿着副密封唇6设置的是右旋回油线9。
所述第二主密封唇5的内径直径大于第一主密封唇4的内环直径;副密封唇6的内环直径小于第二主密封唇5的内环直径,大于第一主密封唇4的内环直径。
所述金属骨架3、弹簧7均采用碳钢材料制成。金属骨架可增加刚性使油封不会轻易变形,弹簧提供油封唇部一定束缚力及延长油封寿命。
所述橡胶密封环1与静态密封面2连接部分内侧面设有定位刻齿10,便于使用过程中对油封进行定位。

1.一种多唇油封装置,其特征在于:包括橡胶密封环,橡胶密封环周部沿橡胶密封环轴向延伸设静态密封面,橡胶密封环与静态密封面之间内嵌有截面为一字型的金属骨架;橡胶密封环内侧设有动态密封组件,所述动态密封组件包括主密封唇和副密封唇,主密封唇和副密封唇外环部均设有环形凹槽,环形凹槽内设弹簧;所述副密封唇唇口为半圆形结构,所述主密封唇包括第一主密封唇和第二主密封唇;所述第一主密封唇、第二主密封唇和副密封唇唇口处分别设有浅斜纹,形成回油线。
2.根据权利要求1所述的多唇油封装置,其特征在于:沿着第一主密封唇和第二主密封唇设置的回油线为左旋回油线,沿着副密封唇设置的是右旋回油线。
3.根据权利要求1所述的多唇油封装置,其特征在于:所述第二主密封唇的内环直径大于第一主密封唇的内环直径。
4.根据权利要求1所述的多唇油封装置,其特征在于:所述副密封唇的内环直径小于第二主密封唇的内环直径,大于第一主密封唇的内环直径。
5.根据权利要求1所述的多唇油封装置,其特征在于:所述金属骨架、弹簧均采用碳钢材料制成。
