Abstract

本发明涉及门窗幕墙技术领域,尤其涉及一种防坠落智能电控窗,包括:安装框架、固定窗扇、活动窗扇、纱窗、直线驱动电机、控制器以及电池;固定窗扇与活动窗扇安装在安装框架内;活动窗扇与安装框架滑动配合;纱窗安装在活动窗扇与安装框架之间;直线驱动电机的活动端与活动窗扇连接,控制器与直线驱动电机、电池连接;控制器对直线驱动电机进行驱动时,首先需要对控制器进行解锁,解锁后控制器驱动直线驱动电机拉/推活动窗扇,纱窗中的第二边框以及金刚纱网随活动窗扇运动。本发明中的控制器只有在解锁的情况下才会对直线电机进行驱动,儿童无法开启窗户;在窗户开启的情况下,窗口由金刚纱网所封闭,具有良好的防护效果。

技术领域
本发明涉及门窗幕墙技术领域,尤其涉及一种防坠落的电控窗。
背景技术
目前城市建筑普遍采用高层设计,由于大人疏于看护以及高层住户窗户缺乏防护栏等安全设施的原因,儿童坠楼悲剧几乎每年都在上演。
为防止儿童坠楼事件的发生,一些业主选择在高层住宅的窗户外面安装防护金属栅栏或在室内安装防护栏。金属栅栏为固定的笼子结构,功能单一,无法移动,影响小区环境美观,一些物业公司不允许业主私自在窗户外安装防护栏。室内的防护栏高度一般在80CM左右,还没有达到全面防护的效果,对于喜欢攀爬的小孩仍然存在坠楼隐患。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于:针对现有技术的不足,对窗户的结构进行重新设计,提供一款防止儿童向外翻出的智能电控窗。
本发明的技术方案为:一种防坠落智能电控窗,它包括:安装框架、固定窗扇、活动窗扇、纱窗、直线驱动电机、控制器以及电池;
固定窗扇与活动窗扇安装在安装框架内;安装框架的上下设有滑道,活动窗扇与安装框架滑动配合;
纱窗安装在活动窗扇与安装框架的侧边之间,它包括:第一边框、第二边框以及金刚纱网;第一边框为长条结构,第二边框为上下设有凸起的长条结构,在凸起的内侧设有密封条;金刚纱网的两端分别固定在第一边框、第二边框内,第一边框安装在安装框架的内侧边,第二边框安装在活动窗扇的侧边,第二边框的上下两端位于安装框架的滑道内;第二边框的上下凸起能与第一边框的上下端卡合,形成密闭结构;
直线驱动电机、控制器以及电池均安装在安装框架内;直线驱动电机的活动端与活动窗扇连接,控制器与直线驱动电机、电池连接;控制器对直线驱动电机进行驱动时,首先需要对控制器进行解锁,解锁后控制器驱动直线驱动电机拉/推活动窗扇,纱窗中的第二边框以及金刚纱网随活动窗扇运动。
上述方案中,具体的:
金刚纱网可以为锯齿形折叠结构,在折叠处设有骨架。
或者,金刚纱网为卷轴形结构,表面等间距的设有纵向骨架。
为使本发明具有良好的隔热、隔音效果,固定窗扇与活动窗扇采用双层中空玻璃。
对控制器进行解锁的方式有两种:
第一种为:在安装框架内设置通讯模块,通讯模块用于建立家长客户端与控制器之间的连接,通过家长客户端对控制器发送开窗/关窗指令,进行解锁。
第二种为:在安装框架上设置指纹扫描器以及开/关按键;指纹扫描器与控制器连接,控制器内预存授权指纹,家长通过指纹扫描解锁。
在第一种解锁方式的基础上,第二边框内还可设有震动传感器;震动传感器与控制器连接,控制器内设有震动幅度的阈值,当震动传感器传送的震动幅度超出阈值时,控制器通过通讯模块向家长客户端发出警报。
在第二种解锁方式的基础上,电控窗还包括安装在安装框架内的警报模块,以及设置在第二边框内的震动传感器;震动传感器与控制器连接,控制器内设有震动幅度的阈值,当震动传感器传送的震动幅度超出阈值时,控制器触发警报模块发出提示警报。
有益效果:本发明中的控制器只有在解锁的情况下才会对直线电机进行驱动,家长在外出时,儿童无法开启窗户;在窗户开启的情况下,窗口由强度高、抗剪、抗撞击的金刚纱网所封闭,对儿童具有良好的防护效果;在本发明的优选方案中还增设了震动传感器,当感应到儿童不断敲打纱窗时,本发明会及时发送提示信息提醒家长注意儿童安全。利用本发明可有效防止儿童坠楼事件的发生。

固定窗扇2与活动窗扇3安装在安装框架1内;安装框架1的上下设有滑道,活动窗扇3与安装框架1滑动配合;
参见附图3,纱窗4包括:第一边框41、第二边框42以及金刚纱网43;第一边框41为长条结构,第二边框42为上下设有凸起的长条结构,在凸起的内侧设有密封条;金刚纱网43的两端分别固定在第一边框41、第二边框42内,第一边框41安装在安装框架1的内侧边,第二边框42安装在活动窗扇3的侧边,第二边框42的上下两端位于安装框架1的滑道内;第二边框42的上下凸起能与第一边框41的上下端卡合,形成密闭结构;
直线驱动电机5、控制器6以及电池8均安装在安装框架1内;直线驱动电机5的活动端与活动窗扇3连接,控制器6与直线驱动电机5、电池8连接;控制器6对直线驱动电机5进行驱动时,首先需要对控制器6进行解锁,解锁后控制器6驱动直线驱动电机5拉/推活动窗扇3,纱窗4中的第二边框42以及金刚纱网43随活动窗扇3运动。

参见附图6,在实施例1的基础上,对控制器6进行解锁的方式为:
在安装框架1上设置指纹扫描器10以及开/关按键;指纹扫描器10与控制器6连接,控制器6内预存授权指纹,家长通过指纹扫描解锁。
在此基础上,电控窗还包括安装在安装框架1内的警报模块11,以及设置在第二边框42内的震动传感器9;震动传感器9与控制器6连接,控制器6内设有震动幅度的阈值,当震动传感器9传送的震动幅度超出阈值时,控制器6触发警报模块11发出提示警报。

所述纱窗(4)包括:第一边框(41)、第二边框(42)以及金刚纱网(43);所述第一边框(41)为长条结构,所述第二边框(42)为上下设有凸起的长条结构,在所述凸起的内侧设有密封条;所述金刚纱网(43)的两端分别固定在所述第一边框(41)、所述第二边框(42)内,所述第一边框(41)安装在所述安装框架(1)的内侧边,所述第二边框(42)安装在所述活动窗扇(3)的侧边,所述第二边框(42)的上下两端位于所述安装框架(1)的滑道内;所述第二边框(42)的上下凸起能与所述第一边框(41)的上下端卡合,形成密闭结构;
