Abstract

本发明涉及造纸领域,具体公开了一种阻燃瓦楞纸。一种阻燃瓦楞纸包括阻燃层、瓦楞纸芯,填充层,阻燃层,所述填充层中填充有灭火材料。其制备方法为:由阻燃层、瓦楞纸芯、填充层和阻燃层依次复合组成,具体为,将木浆、淀粉和甘蔗茎纤维按一定比例通过碎解、净化、浮选以及磨浆处理后将所得浆料抄造,得到瓦楞纸芯;将两张瓦楞纸芯和放置其中的灭火材料经过高压,形成填充层;将瓦楞纸芯和填充层压合后,在表面施胶,形成瓦楞纸。本发明一种阻燃瓦楞纸显著提升了材料阻燃性,防止其在作为包装材料时因燃烧带来损失。

一种阻燃瓦楞纸
技术领域
本发明涉及造纸领域,具体公开了一种阻燃瓦楞纸。
背景技术
包装材料对内装物质量的保护性是包装的主要功能之一,而内包装更是对商品保护性起到了至关重要的作用。
瓦楞纸板是一个多层的黏合体,它最少由一层波形纸芯层及一层纸板构成。瓦楞纸板具有很高的机械强度,能抵受货物搬运过程中的碰撞和摔跌,主要用于制造纸箱以及易碎商品的外包装。
目前,瓦楞纸板主要由纤维原纸制成, 容易受到湿度、温度等外部环境因素的影响。在一些温度较高的环境中,瓦楞纸板容易将吸收的热量传导至所包装的物品上,间接的降低了物品的品质;而当瓦楞纸板直接遭遇明火时,则容易发生燃烧现象,直接的破坏了所包装的物品,给人们带来经济损失。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术中存在的缺点和不足,本发明的目的在于提供一种阻燃瓦楞纸。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用如下方案。
一种阻燃瓦楞纸,具有复合层结构,复合层依次为阻燃层、瓦楞纸芯,填充层,阻燃层,所述填充层中填充有灭火材料。灭火材料的组成为四氯二溴乙烷、碳酸铵和滑石粉,质量比为1:12:10。
其中,填充层中的灭火材料可以在瓦楞纸因阻燃层被意外破坏并燃烧时,起到阻燃和灭火的作用,阻止了瓦楞纸的燃烧。
其中,阻燃层通过表面施胶形成。阻燃层由30-45重量份环氧-聚氨酯胶、5-10重量份三聚氰胺、10-12重量份尿素、3-5重量份磷酸三甲苯酯、1-3重量份氢氧化镁、2-6重量份硼酸钙、3-10重量份碳酸钙、15-22重量份羟丙基二淀粉磷酸酯、6-11重量份过硼酸钠组成。
阻燃瓦楞纸可以由阻燃层、瓦楞纸芯、填充层和阻燃层依次复合组成,具体为,将木浆、淀粉和甘蔗茎纤维按重量比10:4:2:1混合制成,通过碎解、净化、浮选以及磨浆处理后将所得浆料抄造,得到瓦楞纸芯;将两张瓦楞纸芯和放置其中的灭火材料经过压合,形成填充层;将瓦楞纸芯和填充层压合后,在表面施胶形成阻燃层,从而得到阻燃瓦楞纸。
表面施胶方法为:
(1)首先将三聚氰胺、尿素、磷酸三甲苯酯混合,加入到反应釜中,加入乙醇溶剂,然后再加入氢氧化镁和硼酸钙、碳酸钙,加热到160-180℃,保温时间1-1.5小时;
(2)其次加入羟丙基二淀粉磷酸酯、过硼酸钠,温度65-85℃,反应时间2-3小时;然后加入环氧-聚氨酯胶搅拌,形成胶液;
(3)在胶液中加入抗水剂后搅拌均匀,然后将混合胶液输送到储存罐,再将储存罐中的胶液直接输送到施胶机中,进行表面施胶,然后干燥,形成表面施胶层。
本发明的有益效果:阻燃瓦楞纸显著提升了材料阻燃性,防止其在作为包装材料时因燃烧带来损失。

具体实施方式
为了便于本领域技术人员的理解,下面结合实施例及附图对本发明作进一步的说明,实施方式提及的内容并非对本发明的限定。
阻燃瓦楞纸的制备方法为:由阻燃层、瓦楞纸芯、填充层和阻燃层依次复合组成,具体为,所述瓦楞纸芯,其由木浆、淀粉和甘蔗茎纤维和按重量比10:4:2:1混合制成;通过碎解、净化、浮选以及磨浆处理后将所得浆料抄造,得到瓦楞纸芯;将两张瓦楞纸芯和放置其中的灭火材料经过高压,形成填充层;将瓦楞纸芯和填充层压合后,在表面施胶,形成瓦楞纸。
表面施胶方法为:
实施例一:
(1)首先按重量份将5份三聚氰胺、10份尿素、5份磷酸三甲苯酯混合,加入到反应釜中,然后再加入配比量的1份氢氧化镁、6份硼酸钙、10份碳酸钙,加热到180℃,保温时间1.5小时;
(2)将上述混合物加入到水热罐中,并依次加入15重量份羟丙基二淀粉磷酸酯、11重量份过硼酸钠、温度85℃,反应时间2小时;然后加入45重量份环氧-聚氨酯胶搅拌,形成胶液
(3)在胶液中加入抗水剂后搅拌均匀,然后将混合胶液输送到储存罐,储存罐中的胶液直接输送到施胶机,进行表面施胶,然后干燥。
实施例二:
(1)首先按重量份将10份三聚氰胺、12份尿素、3份磷酸三甲苯酯混合,加入到反应釜中,然后再加入配比量的3份氢氧化镁、2份硼酸钙、3份碳酸钙,加热到160℃,保温时间1小时;
(2)将上述混合物加入到水热罐中,并依次加入22重量份羟丙基二淀粉磷酸酯、6重量份过硼酸钠、温度65℃,反应时间3小时;然后加入30重量份环氧-聚氨酯胶搅拌,形成胶液
(3)在胶液中加入抗水剂后搅拌均匀,然后将混合胶液输送到储存罐,储存罐中的胶液直接输送到施胶机,进行表面施胶,然后干燥。
如附图1所示,阻燃瓦楞纸的施胶装置包括:反应釜1、水热罐2、储液罐3、施胶机、烘箱9,施胶机包括机架8、上施胶辊4、下施胶辊5、上喷胶管6、下喷胶管7。
反应釜连接水热罐,水热罐与储液罐连接,储液罐内储存有胶液,储液罐连接上施胶管和下施胶管,机架位于上施胶管和下施胶管之间,机架上位于施胶管旁边的位置设置有施胶辊,施胶管将胶液喷涂在纸面上后,可以通过施胶辊压实,并通过机架输送到烘箱中干燥形成施胶层。

1.一种阻燃瓦楞纸,其特征在于:具有复合层结构,复合层依次为阻燃层、瓦楞纸芯,填充层,阻燃层,所述填充层中填充有灭火材料。
2.根据权利要求1所述的阻燃瓦楞纸,其特征在于:所述阻燃层通过表面施胶形成。
3.根据权利要求1所述的阻燃瓦楞纸,其特征在于:所述阻燃层由30-45重量份环氧-聚氨酯胶、5-10重量份三聚氰胺、10-12重量份尿素、3-5重量份磷酸三甲苯酯、1-3重量份氢氧化镁、2-6重量份硼酸钙、3-10重量份碳酸钙、15-22重量份羟丙基二淀粉磷酸酯、6-11重量份过硼酸钠组成。
4.根据权利要求1所述的阻燃瓦楞纸,其特征在于:所述灭火材料的组成为四氯二溴乙烷、碳酸铵和滑石粉。
5.根据权利要求5所述的阻燃瓦楞纸,其特征在于:所述四氯二溴乙烷、碳酸铵和滑石粉的质量比为1:12:10。
6.根据权利要求1所述的阻燃瓦楞纸,其特征在于:所述填充层由两张瓦楞纸芯和设置在其间的灭火材料压合而成。
