本发明公开了一种羽绒的防螨处理方法,包括以下步骤:粗分→除灰→清洗→防螨→晾干→烘干→冷却→精分;S1、粗分:将原毛料进行分离,以空气为介质,利用原毛料中各种成分悬浮速度的差异,在粗分机的垂直离风道内进行,绒子、毛片将在风道内向上输送,最后进入后箱,而长毛片、硬毛片将沉降在前箱的底部,实现分离;S2、除灰:将粗分后绒子、毛片组份内的沙石、尘土、皮屑等杂物除灰。本发明生产出来的羽绒具有高效广谱的抗菌、抑菌能力,持久的抗菌抑菌效果,防螨效果好,耐洗涤、耐磨损,耐热、耐日晒,且不易分解失效,柔软舒适、透湿透气,使用安全。

一种羽绒的防螨处理方法
技术领域
本发明涉及羽绒加工技术领域,特别涉及一种羽绒的防螨处理方法。
背景技术
尘螨是螨虫的一种,隶属于节肢动物门,体型微小,一般在0.1-0.5mm左右,因此,人的肉眼无法看到。它普遍存在于家居环境中,如寄生在卧具、地毯、坐垫、衣物、毛绒玩具等物品上,在真菌的帮助下以人体脱落的皮屑为食。它最适宜生存在温度20-30℃、相对湿度大于55%的环境中,因此,装备了空调、地毯、密闭性比较好的现代居室为其提供了良好的生活和繁殖环境。据报道,我国超过75%的家居环境中都藏有尘螨。尘螨的主要危害是引起过敏性哮喘、过敏性鼻炎和过敏性皮炎等过敏性疾病。
防螨方法:对螨虫的防治方法有多种,包括环境控制、喷洒杀螨剂和使用防螨纺织品等,都可以有效地预防、杀死或者趋避螨虫。根据防螨原理不同,纺织品的防螨分为化学防螨和物理防螨。化学防螨是使用化学防螨剂杀死或者趋避螨虫,包括不让螨虫繁殖的杀螨法和诱杀法以及不让螨虫接近的忌避法;物理防螨主要是阻止螨虫通过的阻断法。
化学防螨:化学防螨剂法是使用化学防螨剂切断螨虫的食物链,抑制其繁殖,促使其灭亡,实现对纤维或者织物防螨效果。诱杀法是先引诱螨虫、然后杀灭,这种引诱有性引诱、食引诱、产卵引诱和信息素引诱等。忌避法是使用一些带有使螨虫害怕的气味和味道的物质作为忌避剂,以DEET和β–萘酚为代表。化学防螨剂实现防螨的方法有防螨后整理法和功能纤维法。
后整理法:后整理法是最早用于纺织品防螨处理的方法,也是目前应用最广的一种。常规的整理技术有喷淋、浸轧、涂层等,关键在于防螨剂的选择和配制。防螨剂的种类决定了产品的防螨效果,最优配比的表面活性剂和助剂保证防螨剂与纺织品结合的牢固性,从而达到耐久的防螨效果。后整理法生产防螨织物的工序简单,易于实现,适用范围广,不仅可用于涤纶、腈纶、粘胶等化学纤维,还可以用于棉、毛等天然纤维产品的防螨处理,因而得到广泛的应用,并且经久不衰。然而这种防螨产品由于防螨剂附着在织物的表面,耐洗涤性能差,洗涤后的防螨效果下降比较明显,而且防螨整理对织物的舒适性有影响。
因此,目前的研究热点集中在加强防螨剂与纺织品的结合力,提高产品的耐久性,以及对舒适性的影响。为了解决这个问题人们采用包括微胶囊化技术、粘合技术、交联技术等在内的各种技术,使防螨整理剂能在纤维表面形成一层弹性膜,从而具有较好的耐久性。
功能纤维法:功能纤维法是一种新的防螨处理方法,是在原丝的制造阶段将防螨剂加入纤维中,赋予纤维功能性。具体的操作方法有两种:一种是在聚合物聚合时加入防螨剂制成母粒后再进行纺丝,例如,将含有0.1%-0.3%防螨整理剂二苯甲酮的乙烯–醋酸乙烯共聚物(84∶16)和聚丙烯系聚合物混合得到母粒,然后与聚丙烯系聚合物混合用于纺丝。
另一种方法是在纺丝原液或者纺丝过程中将防螨剂添加到成纤聚合物中,经纺丝制得防螨纤维,或者对纤维进行化学改性使其具防螨效果,如英国Acordis公司开发的Amicor抗菌纤维和日本钟纺公司的防螨腈纶纤维。采用功能纤维生产的防螨织物,防螨剂镶嵌在纤维内部,在穿用和洗涤纺织品的过程中,表面一层防螨剂被洗掉,又有新的防螨剂从内溶出补充,在织物表面又形成一层新的防螨层,发挥防螨作用,从而体现出优良的耐洗性。但是由于棉、毛等天然纤维不需要经过纺丝工序,限制了功能纤维法在天然纤维中的应用。
目前天然纤维织物的防螨处理除了采用后整理法,还可以与防螨功能纤维混纺生产防螨纱线,从而用于防螨织物的织造,但是除螨效果较差。因此,发明一种羽绒的防螨处理方法来解决上述问题很有必要。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种羽绒的防螨处理方法,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种羽绒的防螨处理方法,包括以下步骤:粗分→除灰→清洗→防螨→晾干→烘干→冷却→精分;
S1、粗分:将原毛料进行分离,以空气为介质,利用原毛料中各种成分悬浮速度的差异,在粗分机的垂直离风道内进行,绒子、毛片将在风道内向上输送,最后进入后箱,而长毛片、硬毛片将沉降在前箱的底部,实现分离;
S2、除灰:将粗分后绒子、毛片组份内的沙石、尘土、皮屑等杂物除灰;
S3、清洗:清洗用水需符合CB5749卫生饮用水标准,洗涤剂洗涤后,用清水漂洗,再离心脱水,加洗涤剂5次以上,清水漂洗10次以上,脱水2次以上;
S4、防螨:配置50m1的0.1mol/L的硝酸银溶液,分别将5g,4A沸石、磷酸钙、二氧化硅和人造沸石加到硝酸银溶液中,调节pH值,剧烈搅拌1h,抽滤混合液得到滤饼并用去离子水冲洗直至表面不再有吸附的硝酸银,滤饼105℃的干燥箱中烘干待用,再用同样方法制备4人沸石和硝酸银溶液混合液,将盛有混合液的烧杯放在40℃,50C℃,60℃的水域中剧烈搅拌1h,制得载银沸石抗菌剂,将银沸石抗菌剂加入清洗机中对需要进行防螨处理的羽绒进行二次搅拌清洗;
S5、烘干:用烘干机对脱水后的羽毛羽绒进行烘干处理,干燥腔内温度为120摄氏度左右,烘干机内搅拌羽绒的装置不停挑松翻动,持续3分钟;
S6、冷却:冷却机内通入空气使之降温;
S7、精分:利用五箱分毛机将羽毛羽绒分成五个不同的等级。
本发明的技术效果和优点:本发明生产出来的羽绒具有高效广谱的抗菌、抑菌能力,持久的抗菌抑菌效果,防螨效果好,耐洗涤、耐磨损,耐热、耐日晒,且不易分解失效,柔软舒适、透湿透气,使用安全。

下面将对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
一种羽绒的防螨处理方法,包括以下步骤:粗分→除灰→清洗→防螨→晾干→烘干→冷却→精分;
S1、粗分:将原毛料进行分离,以空气为介质,利用原毛料中各种成分悬浮速度的差异,在粗分机的垂直离风道内进行,绒子、毛片将在风道内向上输送,最后进入后箱,而长毛片、硬毛片将沉降在前箱的底部,实现分离;

银离子抗菌机理:银离子本身带有正电荷,大多数情况下微生物所生存环境的酸碱环境通常都大于其等电点,因此其表面通常带负电荷,在库仑引力的作用下,两者相吸,当银离子在微生物表面蓄积到一定浓度时,可以有效击穿微生物的细胞壁,并渗透到微生物细胞内与其蛋白质上的巯基发生反应,使微生物蛋白质凝固,导致蛋白酶失活,从而使微生物细胞丧失分裂、繁殖的能力,同时银离子还具有较高的氧化还原电位,在光的作用下,激活水和空气中氧,产生的活性氧在短时间内破坏细菌的增殖能力,从而极大地提高抗菌效果。
本发明生产出来的羽绒具有高效广谱的抗菌、抑菌能力,持久的抗菌抑菌效果,防螨效果好,耐洗涤、耐磨损,耐热、耐日晒,且不易分解失效,柔软舒适、透湿透气,使用安全。

Claims (1)

1.一种羽绒的防螨处理方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:粗分→除灰→清洗→防螨→晾干→烘干→冷却→精分;
S1、粗分:将原毛料进行分离,以空气为介质,利用原毛料中各种成分悬浮速度的差异,在粗分机的垂直离风道内进行,绒子、毛片将在风道内向上输送,最后进入后箱,而长毛片、硬毛片将沉降在前箱的底部,实现分离;
S2、除灰:将粗分后绒子、毛片组份内的沙石、尘土、皮屑等杂物除灰;
S3、清洗:清洗用水需符合CB5749卫生饮用水标准,洗涤剂洗涤后,用清水漂洗,再离心脱水,加洗涤剂5次以上,清水漂洗10次以上,脱水2次以上;
S4、防螨:配置50m1的0.1mol/L的硝酸银溶液,分别将5g,4A沸石、磷酸钙、二氧化硅和人造沸石加到硝酸银溶液中,调节pH值,剧烈搅拌1h,抽滤混合液得到滤饼并用去离子水冲洗直至表面不再有吸附的硝酸银,滤饼105℃的干燥箱中烘干待用,再用同样方法制备4人沸石和硝酸银溶液混合液,将盛有混合液的烧杯放在40℃,50C℃,60℃的水域中剧烈搅拌1h,制得载银沸石抗菌剂,将银沸石抗菌剂加入清洗机中对需要进行防螨处理的羽绒进行二次搅拌清洗;
S5、烘干:用烘干机对脱水后的羽毛羽绒进行烘干处理,干燥腔内温度为120摄氏度左右,烘干机内搅拌羽绒的装置不停挑松翻动,持续3分钟;
S6、冷却:冷却机内通入空气使之降温;
S7、精分:利用五箱分毛机将羽毛羽绒分成五个不同的等级。
