Description

Tea seed handmade soap and process for manufacturing same
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of handmade soap manufacturing processes, and particularly relates to a tea seed handmade soap and a process for manufacturing the tea seed handmade soap.
Background
The camellia seed meal, also called camellia seed cake, is the residue left after the camellia seeds are squeezed, and is generally in the form of purple brown particles. The camellia seed meal contains 10-14% of tea saponin, 6-8% of tea oil, 15% of protein, 6% of crude fiber, 40% of saccharide and other components. Wherein, the tea saponin is a natural non-ionic surfactant, has good foaming performance, strong foam stability and strong hard water resistance, and can be used for preparing detergents, foaming agents and emulsifiers. The tea saponin has the functions of decontamination, sterilization, inflammation diminishing, itching relieving and the like while being used as a surfactant material, and particularly has antibacterial activity on dermatopathogenic fungi, so the tea saponin can be used for preparing high-grade shampoo and tea saponin bath products. The camellia seed meal also contains part of residual camellia oil, and the camellia oil is pure natural high-grade plant oil, has high nutritive value and high medicinal value, and is the safest external medicine and beauty skin care product without side effect.
The existing tea seed handmade soap is generally made of tea saponin extract extracted from tea seeds as an additive. However, the tea seed components in the handmade soap cannot be seen by naked eyes, the tea seed components in the handmade soap cannot be visually displayed to consumers, and the consumers are in doubt about whether the handmade soap contains the camellia oleifera seeds or not and the content of the camellia oleifera seeds when purchasing the handmade soap, so that the market competitiveness of the handmade soap is influenced.
Chinese patent application publication No. CN 105441230a discloses a tea oil cold soap, which is a handmade soap made by using camellia oil and tea seed powder as additives, but tea seed powder is usually tea seed cake obtained by directly pressing oil from shelled tea seeds, and is a powdery substance obtained by drying and crushing. Therefore, the tea seed component in such handmade soaps remains invisible to the naked eye. Also, the hand soap produced is not suitable for facial cleansing (especially sensitive skin cleansing) because it is rough to the touch. In addition, the existing tea seed handmade soap is alkaline, and the skin of a human body is neutral and acid, so the existing tea seed handmade soap has a certain stimulation effect on the skin, and is generally used for body cleaning, but rarely used for face cleaning.
