Abstract
The invention relates to a gilding press and a winding and unwinding device of an electrochemical aluminum coiled material, wherein the electrochemical aluminum coiled material comprises a soft cylindrical winding drum and an electrochemical aluminum belt wound on the outer ring of the winding drum. The winding and unwinding device comprises a clamping unit which is rotatably arranged, the winding drum is sleeved on the clamping unit, and the clamping unit comprises a locking piece matched with the inner wall surface of the winding drum. The clamping unit can be arranged in a switching way between a first state and a second state so as to adjust the radial position of the matching surface of the locking piece and the winding drum; when the clamping unit is in a first state, the locking piece is loosened from the inner wall surface of the winding drum; when the clamping unit is in the second state, the locking piece is tightly matched with the inner wall surface of the winding drum. The locking piece of the clamping unit can be tightly matched with the inner wall surface of the winding drum, so that the winding drum can synchronously rotate along with the clamping unit, the rotation speed and the rotation frequency of the clamping unit can be adjusted according to actual gold stamping products, and the winding and unwinding device is simple in structure and easy to control winding and unwinding of the electrochemical aluminum strips.

Background
The stamping mode of flat pressing is commonly used for stamping products in large-scale enterprises in the printing industry, and the round-pressing round-stamping machine equipment has the advantages of high production efficiency, high product precision, small vibration and low noise. By using the device, the electrochemical aluminum can be effectively utilized and saved, and the waste electrochemical aluminum can be effectively recycled, so that the device is gradually accepted by the industry of printing cigarette packets.
The winding and unwinding electrochemical aluminum clamping device for the original use of the round-pressing round-stamping machine is a flat-pressing flat-stamping electrochemical aluminum clamping mode, and the whole equipment design is too complex. For a clearer understanding of technical features, objects and effects of the present invention, a detailed description of embodiments of the present invention will be made with reference to the accompanying drawings.
The stamping machine in a preferred embodiment of the invention comprises a support and a driving device and a retraction device 1 which are arranged on the support.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the winding and unwinding device 1 is configured to be capable of mounting an electric aluminum coil, and the electric aluminum coil includes a soft tubular drum 2 and an electric aluminum tape 3 wound around an outer circumference of the drum 2. When gilt, drive arrangement drives the rotation of receive and release device 1, lets the electrochemical aluminium strip 3 outwards expand.
The winding and unwinding device 1 comprises a rotatably arranged clamping unit 11, and the winding drum 2 is sleeved on the clamping unit 11. The clamping unit 11 is in a first state, the winding drum 2 wound with the electrochemical aluminum strip 3 can be sleeved on the clamping unit 11, after the winding drum is sleeved, the clamping unit 11 is adjusted to a second state, the locking piece 111 is tightly matched with the inner wall surface of the winding drum 2, and the winding drum 2 can synchronously rotate along with the clamping unit 11. The rotating speed and the rotating frequency of the clamping unit 11 can be adjusted according to the actual gold stamping products, and the winding and unwinding device 1 is simple in structure and easy to control winding and unwinding of the electrochemical aluminum strips 3.
In this embodiment, the gear 4 is mounted on the clamping unit 11, and the driving device rotates the clamping unit 11 and the winding drum 2 by driving the gear 4 to rotate. In other embodiments, the driving device may also directly engage the clamping unit 11 or rotate the clamping unit 11 via a shaft.
Preferably, the winding and unwinding device 1 comprises two clamping units 11 mounted in the reel 2 from both ends of the reel 2, respectively, wherein one clamping unit 11 cooperates with a driving mechanism to enable rotation of the galvanic aluminium coil, and the other clamping unit 11 is also rotated. Of course, both clamping units 11 may be engaged with the driving mechanism and rotated synchronously.
Preferably, the locking member 111 is made of soft material, so that the locking member 111 can be pressed and expanded to the outer ring when the clamping unit 11 is in the second state, and tightly fit with the inner wall surface of the winding drum 2, and the locking member 111 can be contracted inwards and released from the inner wall surface of the winding drum 2 when the clamping unit 11 returns to the first state.
Further, the clamping unit 11 includes a support plate 112 and a clamping plate 113 disposed axially side by side, the locking member 111 being sandwiched between the support plate 112 and the clamping plate 113, at least one axial position of the support plate 112 and the clamping plate 113 being adjustably set to compress or release the locking member 111.
When the supporting plate 112 and the clamping plate 113 approach, the locking member 111 is compressed and deformed, and extends outwards to abut against the inner wall surface of the winding drum 2, so as to drive the winding drum 2 to rotate. After the supporting disc 112 and the clamping disc 113 are far away, the locking piece 111 is contracted and is released from the inner wall surface of the winding drum 2, so that the winding drum 2 and the alumite belt 3 can be replaced conveniently.
Preferably, the locking member 111 is a rubber ring arranged along the inner circumference of the winding drum 2, two opposite sides of the supporting disc 112 and the clamping disc 113 are respectively provided with a clamping groove 114 for clamping the rubber ring along the circumference, the clamping grooves 114 on two sides clamp the rubber ring on the outer ring, and after the supporting disc 112 and the clamping disc 113 are close to each other, the rubber ring is compressed and extended outwards. In other embodiments, the clamping grooves 114 may be provided on only one of the opposite sides of the supporting plate 112 and the clamping plate 113 for clamping and positioning the rubber ring.
Typically, the axial position of the support disc 112 is fixed, one end of which is located outside the spool 2 and is in rotary engagement with a rotary seat on the support, and the clamping disc 113 is located inside the spool 2. Preferably, the clamping discs 113 of the two clamping units 11 are arranged opposite each other, with the two support discs 112 in a rotating fit with the support.
The clamping unit 11 further comprises an adjusting member 115 and a limiting member 116, wherein the adjusting member 115 is rotatably arranged on the supporting disc 112, and one end of the adjusting member 115 is in threaded connection with the clamping disc 113 so as to drive the clamping disc 113 to be close to or far from the supporting disc 112.
In order to prevent the adjustment member 115 from axially falling off, a stopper 116 is mounted on the support plate 112, abutting against the outer end of the adjustment member 115, defining the axial position of the adjustment member 115. The limiting member 116 may be a screw or the like, so that the nut of the screw abuts against the adjusting member 115, and the adjusting member 115 may be axially positioned by means of the gear 4 mounted to the support plate 112.
Further, the support plate 112 is provided with a guide post 117 arranged along the axial direction, the clamping plate 113 is provided with a guide hole 118, and the guide post 117 penetrates into the guide hole 118. The clamping disk 113 can only move along the guide post 117 in the axial direction, so that the moving direction of the clamping disk 113 is limited, the clamping disk 113 cannot rotate freely in the circumferential direction, and the position is more stable.
In other embodiments, the locking member 111 may be made of a hard material, and the locking member 111 may be moved toward the middle of the clamping unit 11 when the clamping unit 11 is in the first state, and the locking member 111 may be moved toward the outer ring of the clamping unit 11 to abut against the inner wall surface of the spool 2 when the clamping unit 11 is in the second state.
When the locking member 111 is made of a hard material, the moving position of the locking member 111 can be achieved by adjusting the spacing between the supporting plate 112 and the clamping plate 113, and the larger the spacing is, the more the locking member 111 is separated from the winding drum 2, and the smaller the spacing is, the closer the locking member 111 is to the winding drum 2. The moving position of the locking piece 111 can also be realized through a push rod, the push rod is axially installed, an inclined resisting surface is arranged on the side surface of the push rod, the resisting surface is abutted against the locking piece 111, the axial positions of the push rod are different, and the different positions of the resisting surface are matched with the locking piece 111 to adjust the radial position of the locking piece 111.
In order to prevent the electric aluminum strips 3 from scattering in the winding and unwinding process, the two ends of the winding drum 2 are provided with the resisting structures 5 for axially resisting and positioning the electric aluminum strips 3 on the winding drum 2, so that the electric aluminum strips 3 are always clamped between the resisting structures 5 in the winding and unwinding process.
Preferably, the retaining structure 5 comprises retaining discs 51 at each end of the reel 2 for retaining the aluminium strip 3. The support plates 112 of the two clamping units 11 are arranged opposite one another, and the two blocking plates 51 are respectively mounted on the support plates 112 at both ends.
In other embodiments, the baffle plate 51 may be replaced by a mesh plate or a bracket, and the alumite band 3 may be limited to the two ends of the winding drum 2.
