Description

Peeling roller dismounting device for corn harvester
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of agricultural machinery, in particular to a peeling roller dismounting device which is mainly used for peeling rollers on a peeling machine of a corn harvesting machine and can realize the replacement of the peeling rollers under the condition that the peeling rollers are not dismounted from the peeling machine of the corn harvesting machine.
Background
The following description is given of the background of the invention, but these descriptions do not necessarily constitute the prior art of the invention.
As is well known, most of the self-propelled corn harvesters in agricultural harvesting machines have a peeling function and are therefore basically provided with a peeler. The peeler generally includes an active peeling roller and a passive peeling roller disposed in parallel. Corn is peeled by rotating active and passive peeling rollers.
Fig. 1 is a schematic perspective view of an active dehider roll 1 commonly used in corn harvesters. As shown in the drawing, the active peeling roller 1 includes a rubber roller shaft 11, a cast iron or rubber peeling portion 12, a double spiral rubber portion 13, a short rubber ring 14, and a strong pull portion 15, which are sequentially disposed around the rubber roller shaft 11. The passive stripping roller has substantially the same structure as the active stripping roller. The assembly of the active stripping roller can be completed by sleeving the strong pulling part 15, the short rubber ring 14, the double-spiral rubber part 13 and the cast iron or rubber stripping part 12 on the rubber roller shaft 11 of the active stripping roller in sequence. Since the double helical rubber portion 13 and the short rubber ring 14 are both easily worn parts, wear occurs after a certain period of use, and they must be removed from the rubber roller shaft 11 for replacement after wear. The rubber roller shaft 11 is normally in interference fit with the double helical rubber portion 13 and the short rubber ring 14 provided on the outer periphery thereof, and through holes are provided at both ends of the rubber roller shaft 11 at the cast iron or rubber peeling portion 12 and the strong pulling portion 15, and the cast iron or rubber peeling portion 12, the double helical rubber portion 13, the short rubber ring 14 and the strong pulling portion 15 are fixed to the rubber roller shaft 11 of the active peeling roller in the axial direction by the pin shaft 16 inserted in the through holes. Because the rubber roll shaft 1 is in interference fit with the cast iron or rubber peeling part 12, the double-spiral rubber part 13, the short rubber ring 14 and the strong pulling part 15 which are arranged around the rubber roll shaft 1, and through holes are formed in the two ends of the rubber roll shaft 11, pin shafts 16 are respectively arranged in the through holes, the active peeling roll 1 cannot be detached or installed by manpower. In addition, the installation of the peeling roller is mainly carried out by means of a hydraulic workstation device of a factory at present, but the hydraulic workstation is huge and complex in structure, immovable and high in cost, and can not be used by users or service personnel when the corn harvester is maintained in the field.
Therefore, there is a need for a corn harvester stripper roll maintenance disassembly and assembly device that can solve the above-described problems in the prior art, thereby enabling convenient disassembly and replacement of the corn harvester stripper roll in the field.
The invention patent application publication No. CN106181359a provides a dismounting device for a corn harvester peeling roller, which comprises a first supporting member for supporting a first end of the peeling roller, a second supporting member for supporting a second end of the peeling roller, and a bar for clamping the peeling roller between the first supporting member and the second supporting member, which bar connects the first supporting member and the second supporting member together and enables a distance between the first supporting member and the second supporting member to be changed. According to the dismounting device, the easy-abrasion part can be dismounted from the rubber roll shaft after the peeling roller is dismounted from the corn harvester, and the easy-abrasion part is replaced by a new easy-abrasion part, so that the quick maintenance of the peeling roller can be realized, and the peeling function of the peeling roller can be quickly recovered. The easy-to-wear part of the corn peeling roller is convenient for a user to detach, replace and install by himself, and the use cost is reduced.
The dismounting device disclosed in the above application has the following drawbacks: for example, more parts and higher cost are required for manufacturing; the rod piece is longer, occupies more space and is inconvenient to carry; the assembly and the disassembly of the parts are still complicated, the time required is long, the labor is more, and the efficiency is low; in addition, most importantly, the dismounting device still cannot be used under the condition that the peeling roller is not dismounted from the corn harvester, so that the field operation efficiency is low, and the income of users is reduced.

Fig. 1 is a perspective view schematically showing a peeling roller commonly used in the prior art. As previously mentioned, the dehider rollers are generally classified into active dehider rollers and passive dehider rollers, but they are basically identical in structure and are thus collectively referred to herein as dehider rollers. As also previously mentioned, the peeling roller generally comprises: a rubber roll shaft 11, a cast iron or rubber peeling part 12, a double spiral rubber part 13, a short rubber ring 14 and a strong pulling part 15 which are arranged on the rubber roll shaft 11. Further, through holes are provided at both ends of the glue roll shaft 11, and pins 16 are provided therein, respectively. The pin 16 is used for fastening after the aforementioned parts are mounted on the roll shaft 11. When the easily worn parts of the peeling roller, such as the double helical rubber part 13 and the short rubber ring 14, are worn, they must be removed from the rubber roller shaft 11 for replacement, and at this time, the pin 16 must be removed first, and then the other parts removed.
Fig. 2 shows an exploded schematic view of a peeling roller dismounting device for dismounting the peeling roller of the corn harvester of fig. 1 in accordance with the invention. Fig. 3 shows a schematic perspective view of the fixing part of the peeling roller dismounting device for the peeling roller of the corn harvester according to the invention. Fig. 4A and 4B show a schematic side perspective view of the pushing member of the stripper roll removal apparatus for a corn harvester stripper roll in accordance with the present invention.
As shown in fig. 2, 3 and 4A-4B, the peeling roller dismounting device 2 for a corn harvester peeling roller according to an embodiment of the invention includes a fixing member 21 and a pressing member 22, and the pressing member 22 is provided with a U-shaped groove. As an example, the fixing member 21 and the pressing member 22 may be separate single-piece bodies, and may be used in cooperation with each other when the peeling roller is detached. For example, the fixing member 21 can fix the peeling roller against rotation. As an example, the fixing member 21 may be fixed against rotation by contacting or being connected to one end of the peeling roller 1. The pressing member 22 can compress the elastic portion provided on the peeling roller. For example, when the peeling roller is not rotated by the fixing member 21, the elastic portion of the peeling roller, for example, the rubber peeling portion 12 is pressed by the pressing member 22, and the pin 16 abutting against the rubber peeling portion 12 is separated from the through hole of the rubber roller shaft 11, whereby replacement of the worn portion, for example, the rubber peeling portion 12, the double spiral rubber portion 13, and the like is completed.
Further, fixing aids 211 may be provided on the fixing members 21 to assist the fixing of the fixing members to the peeling roller. The pushing member 22 may be provided with a pushing aid 221 to aid the pushing member 22 in compressing the portion of the peeling roller having elasticity.
In one embodiment, the fixing member 21 may be a screw, and the fixing aid 211 may be a nut provided at one end of the screw. As shown in fig. 3. The pressing member 22 has a cylindrical shape with one end open and the other end having an end cap 222. The end cap 222 is provided with a through hole 223, and at least one end of the fixing member 21 can pass through the through hole 223. The pushing aid 221 may be a nut provided on the end cap 222 at a position corresponding to the through hole 223 on the end cap such that the through hole 223 communicates with the inner diameter of the nut. The screw can pass through the through hole 223 and the inner diameter of the nut communication. The through hole 223 may be a hole provided with an internal thread. Further, two U-shaped grooves 224 are symmetrically provided on the peripheral wall portion of the cylindrical pressing member 22. The U-shaped groove 224 extends in the axial direction of the bias member as shown in fig. 4A and 4B. The U-shaped groove 224 is provided to allow the pin 16 in the through holes at both ends of the roll shaft 11 to pass through when the dismounting device is used. Which will be described in detail later.
Still further, the pressing member 22 preferably has a relatively large hardness, and as an example, it may be generally made of a carbon structural steel material.
The application of the peeling roller dismounting device according to the invention will be briefly described below in order to facilitate a better understanding of the invention. Fig. 5-6 show schematic application views of a stripper roll dismounting device for a corn harvester stripper roll according to the invention.
First, the detaching operation of the peeling roller detaching device according to the present invention will be described. When the wearing parts of the peeling roller of the corn harvester, for example, the cast iron or rubber peeling part 12 and/or the double spiral rubber part 13 and/or the short rubber ring 14, etc. are worn and then need to be replaced, the fixing member 21 of the peeling roller dismounting device according to the invention, for example, the end of the screw without the fixing aid 211, is first passed through the pressing aid 221, such as the inner diameter of the nut, on the end cap 222 of the pressing member 22, and the through hole 223, as shown in fig. 2. The end of the screw without the nut then holds the stripper roll against rotation by the gearless end of the stripper roll, e.g. the end of the screw without the nut can be pressed against the stripper roll, thereby holding the stripper roll against rotation. In practice, the end of the stripping roller at the end without the gear has a positioning and fastening portion that cooperates with the end of the screw at the end without the nut, for example, but not limited to, a screw thread, so long as it can be fastened in cooperation with the end of the screw at the end without the nut. The pushing member 22 is then screwed in along the screw and the peripheral wall portion of its open end is pressed against a member provided on the roll shaft of the peeling roll, such as the strong pulling portion 15, and the two U-shaped grooves 224 on the pushing member 22 are brought into correspondence with the pin 16 on the roll shaft 11 of the peeling roll, whereby the pin 16 passes through the two U-shaped grooves 224 without any obstruction to the peripheral wall portion. The pushing member 22 presses the strong pulling portion 15 forward, whereby the elastic member on the rubber roll shaft 11 is in a compressed state, and the normally easily worn portion is an elastic member so that the pin 16 is disengaged from the through hole, and after the pin 16 is detached, the peeling roller attaching/detaching device according to the present invention is removed, and the worn member such as the cast iron or rubber peeling portion 12 and/or the double spiral rubber portion 13 and/or the short rubber ring 14 is detached, that is, the detachment of the peeling roller worn portion is completed.
After the replacement of the new easily worn parts such as the cast iron or rubber peeling part 12 and/or the double spiral rubber part 13 and/or the short rubber ring 14 is mounted on the rubber roller shaft 11, the end of the screw without the nut is passed through the through hole on the end of the pressing member 22, and the end of the screw without the nut is fixed against rotation by cooperation with the end of the peeling roller without the gear. The peripheral wall of the open end of the push member 22 is then pushed against, for example, the strong pull 15 of the peeling roller, causing the pin 16 to pass through the two U-shaped grooves 224 of the push member 22 and through the through-holes in the roller shaft 11 to secure the replaced new wear-prone portion to the roller shaft of the peeling roller. The peeling roller dismounting device of the invention is removed, thereby completing the assembly of the new wearing parts to the peeling roller.
The purpose of the fixing aid 211 provided on the fixing member 21 is to: the fixing part is easier to fasten and position the peeling roller. For example, when the fixing member 21 is a screw, the fixing of the peeling roller may be ensured by other means, such as tightening by means of a wrench, for example a fixing aid, such as a nut fixed at one end of the screw, to more tightly position the screw to the peeling roller. The purpose of providing the pressing member 22 with the pressing auxiliary 221 is also to: making it easier for the pushing member 22 to push against the strong pull 15 on the glue roll shaft. For example, the pressing aid 221, such as a nut provided on the end cap 222, may be tightened by a tool, such as a wrench, to make the pressing member 22 easier to push against the pressure pull portion, and thus the pin 16 on the roll shaft of the peeling roll, easier to disengage and detach.
Therefore, the peeling roller dismounting device for the corn harvester can enable the easily worn part of the peeling roller to be dismounted from the rubber roller shaft of the peeling roller easily under the condition that the peeling roller is not dismounted from the corn harvester, and replace a new easily worn part for assembly again, so that the quick maintenance of the peeling roller can be realized, and the peeling function of the peeling roller can be quickly recovered. In particular, the peeling roller dismounting device according to the invention comprises a fixing member and a pressing member which can cooperate with each other. The two parts are simple in structure, easy to carry and convenient to operate. The corn harvester can be issued to users as random accessories, when the abrasion parts of the peeling roller of the corn harvester need to be replaced, the users can detach and replace the whole peeling roller automatically without detaching the whole peeling roller from the harvester, so that a large amount of time can be saved, and the use and maintenance cost is greatly reduced. The U-shaped groove on the peripheral wall of the pushing member allows the pin 16 on the peeling roller to pass easily without obstructing the pushing of the strong pulling portion, and to be easily separated from the through hole on the roller shaft, and to be easily installed in the through hole after the replacement of the wear member, thereby remarkably improving the efficiency of the peeling roller assembly and disassembly.
It should also be noted that while the foregoing example screw has been described in detail in conjunction with a generally cylindrical U-grooved pusher member, it should be understood that embodiments of the present invention are not limited to the specific examples described above. Other embodiments are also applicable, in particular, as long as the fixing member and the pressing member can cooperate with each other, and the wearing member on the stripper shaft can be removed and replaced with time and effort without removing the stripper roller from the corn harvester.
While the present invention has been described in detail with reference to exemplary embodiments, it is to be understood that the present invention is not limited to the specific embodiments described and illustrated herein, and that various changes may be made to the exemplary embodiments by those skilled in the art without departing from the scope of the invention as defined in the appended claims, and these changes should fall within the scope of the present invention, which enables immediate maintenance of the peeling roller of the corn harvester in the field, which is time-saving and labor-saving, and which greatly reduces the cost of operation and maintenance.
