Because still including otter board 33, second motor 34, third pivot 35 and blade 36, place frame 2 left wall middle part and baffle 3 middle part and all be equipped with otter board 33, mounting bracket 1 left wall inboard lower part is equipped with second motor 34, second motor 34 right side output shaft has third pivot 35, third pivot 35 right-hand member is connected with blade 36, so through blade 36, when the pet feels overheated, can accelerate the flow of air, reach the radiating effect of pet cooling.
