本发明旨在提供一种注射器,通过嵌入粘弹性材料(诸如,聚合物-基质复合物)中的弹簧的力使该注射器的柱塞移动,如下文更详细描述。在一种应用中,注射器可以用于使药物或抗生素缓慢释放到伤口和烧伤。本发明的系统提供了若干优点:嵌入粘弹性材料中的弹簧显著节省了空间、成本且易于制造。

具体实施方式
现在参考图1,其示出了根据本发明的一个实施例构造的且可操作的在注射泵系统12中使用的注射器10。如以下将进一步描述,该注射器10具有柱塞14,该柱塞14由嵌入粘弹性材料18(图2)中的弹簧16(图2)的力推压。
该注射泵系统12仅是用于注射器的一种应用,并且本发明不限于该应用。医用液体可以经由导管22被输送到治疗区域。可以用绑带20将注射器10绑到患者的身体(腿或臂)。注射器10至少部分地填充有医用流体,该医用流体经由导管22被输送到治疗区域。可以使用可选的可充气锚固气囊24将导管22锚固在器官(诸如,尿道、肠、子宫或其他器官)的管腔内。
注射器10的致动机构(即,推压柱塞14的机构)是被设置在粘弹性材料18中的弹簧16,该粘弹性材料18可以是预压缩的粘弹性材料。弹簧16和粘弹性材料18的组合可以抵抗医用流体流动的阻力和注射器的内部摩擦(静态的和动态的)而提供均匀且线性的移位,并且可以在注射器中提供最终快速喷出被捕获的气泡,以便对医用液体的导管进行清理。

基于粘弹性聚合物的致动系统可以代替现有技术的弹簧加载的基于流体的系统。如图2中所示,聚合物-基质复合物包括嵌入粘弹性聚合物18内的预压缩弹簧16。在释放初始压缩限制(诸如通过释放安全扣)时,预压缩弹簧16开始立即变形。随着弹簧16开始延伸,粘弹性聚合物基质18将弹簧16捕获并限制弹簧16的移动,从而减慢延伸的速率。限制粘弹性聚合物18在它变形时的耗散效应减轻了弹簧16的移位。在图3中示出了粘弹性聚合物18的逐渐扩张。
Claims (7)
1.设备,包括:
注射器,包括柱塞和嵌入粘弹性材料中的弹簧,其中所述弹簧和所述粘弹性材料的扩张在所述柱塞上施加力,以使所述柱塞在所述注射器中向远侧移动。
2.根据权利要求1所述的设备,其中所述粘弹性材料包括聚合物-基质复合物(PMC),所述聚合物-基质复合物包括通过有机聚合物基质结合在一起的弹性纤维,所述弹簧由所述纤维制成。
3.根据权利要求1所述的设备,其中所述弹簧和所述粘弹性材料的力引起所述柱塞的均匀且线性的移位。
4.根据权利要求1所述的设备,其中所述注射器被连接到导管。
5.根据权利要求1所述的设备,其中所述注射器至少部分地填充有医用流体。
6.根据权利要求1所述的设备,进一步包括被附接到所述注射器的绑带。
7.根据权利要求4所述的设备,进一步包括可充气的锚固气囊,所述锚固气囊可操作以锚固所述导管。
