In the embodiment of the device shown in fig. 1, an associated transaction identification program 10 is stored in the memory 11. The processor 12, when executing the associated transaction identification program 10 stored in the memory 11, implements the following steps:
receiving a stamp application submitted by a user aiming at one transaction, wherein the stamp application comprises one or more stamps and contract participants applying for calling;
respectively matching the name of the contract participant with the names of the legal bodies corresponding to the one or more seals according to a preset first matching rule;
when the name of a contract participant is completely matched with the name of the legal person main body corresponding to the seal, calling a related party list according to the seal number of the seal to be used as the related party list of the contract participant; and
and matching the names of other contract participants except the contract participants with the associated party list respectively, identifying the associated transaction from the transaction when the matching is successful, and displaying the identification result to the user.
The related transaction is a transaction between related parties of an enterprise, and common related transactions include: purchasing or selling goods, purchasing other assets (e.g., equipment or buildings, etc.), providing or receiving labor, securing, funding, leasing, brokering, and the like. The association transaction is indispensable to the existence and development of a company, and thus, the company must be careful about the handling of the association transaction. However, identification of the associated transaction is crucial in the processing of the associated transaction. The identification process of the associated transaction is explained next.
In this embodiment, the user refers to a company employee, for example, a company legal staff, and the user enters specific information of a stamp application through a stamp system of a company for a certain transaction, including: one or more stamps are called, contract names involved in the transaction, names of two or more contract participants, agreement amount, contract quantity and the like, and the application for stamping is submitted. After a seal application submitted by a user for the transaction is received, the name of a legal person main body corresponding to the seal called by the seal application and the name of a contract participant input by the user are read from the seal application.
In this embodiment, for example, the transaction only involves one contract, and the contract only includes two contract participants (i.e., the first party participant and the second party participant), first, according to a preset first matching rule, it is determined whether the contract participant entered by the user can be accurately matched with the name of the legal person subject corresponding to the seal. As an embodiment, the preset first matching rule includes: and when the name of the contract participant is completely consistent with the name of the legal person main body corresponding to the seal, judging that the contract participant can be accurately matched with the seal. For example, if the user enters the name of a contract participant, the name is the standard name of the company corresponding to the contract participant, and the seal of the company is called by the seal application, because the name of the legal body corresponding to the seal is the standard name of the company, that is, when the entered name of the contract participant completely coincides with the name of the legal body corresponding to the seal, the contract participant and the seal can be accurately matched.
It should be noted that the number of a certain contract party entered by the user may be one or multiple, and one or more contract parties may be accurately matched with different seals called in the application for stamp use, so that one or more contract parties are hooked with the seals capable of being accurately matched with the contract parties respectively, and the associated party list corresponding to each seal is called according to the seal number and serves as the associated party list of the contract party hooked with the seal. And then matching the associated party list with other contract participants respectively, and if the matching is successful, indicating that the associated transaction exists in the transaction.
For example, a user enters the name of a party A and the name of a party B, the seal called in the seal application comprises A, the seal A called in the seal application can be accurately matched with the party A, a corresponding associated party list is called from an associated transaction system according to the seal number of the seal A and is used as the associated party list of the party A and is matched with the entered party M, when the associated party list of the A comprises the party B, the fact that the A and the M have an association relationship is judged, namely the associated transaction A-M exists in the transaction, and the result is displayed to the user through a display interface of a client. Similarly, if the user enters two first-party participants A, B, the name of the second-party participant is M, and the first-party participants A, B are accurately matched with the seal A, B, respectively calling A, B associated party lists to be matched with the second-party participants M, if the second-party participants M are included in the A, B associated party lists, there is an associated transaction a-M, B-M in the transaction, and the result is displayed to the user through the display interface of the client.
It should be noted that, in the above steps, it is required to satisfy that a certain contract participant can be completely and accurately matched with a seal, then, taking the first party participant A, B as an example, it is required to satisfy that the first party participants A, B in the contract can be matched with the seal called in the application for using the seal, and then the corresponding associated party list can be called from the associated transaction system, and the associated transaction identification is performed. When party A can be matched with the seal, but party B cannot be matched with the seal, further matching operation is needed.
Specifically, when none of the two or more contract participants completely matches the legal person subject name corresponding to the stamp called in the stamp application, it is determined whether the number of stamps called in the stamp application is consistent with the total number of the contract participants, and there are two cases:
the situation that the number of the seals is consistent with the total number of contract participants is as follows: assuming that three seals are called in the seal application, a contract party A inputs A (standard name) and B (non-standard name), a contract party B inputs M (non-standard name or standard name), the number of the seals (three) is consistent with the total number of the contract parties (two contract party A, one contract party B and three in total), on the premise that no error occurs in the input process of a user, the default is that the contract parties input by the user can be respectively matched with different seals called in the seal application, so that a corresponding associated party list of each seal can be directly called, then, the main body names of legal persons corresponding to other seals are respectively and accurately matched with the associated party list, and the matched result is subjected to deduplication processing to obtain an identification result for identifying the associated transaction from the transaction.
Secondly, the number of the seals called in the application for using the seal is inconsistent with the total number of the contract participants: assuming that two seals are called in the application for using the seal, a party of a contract enters a standard name A and a standard name B, a party of a contract enters a standard name M, when the number of the seals (two seals) is inconsistent with the total number (3) of the parties of the contract, firstly, a party of the contract, for example, the party A of the first party, which can be accurately matched with the seal, is obtained, a corresponding associated party list is called as an associated party list of the party A of the first party according to the seal number of the seal matched with the party A of the first party, then, the names of the parties of the other contracts (for example, the party B and the party M) are subjected to fuzzy matching according to a preset second matching rule, whether an association relationship exists between the party A of the first party and the party B and the party M of the second party is judged, if the matching is successful, the association relationship exists between the party A and the M is explained, that is, there is an associated transaction A-M in the transaction; and then, calling a corresponding associated party list according to the seal number of the seal which is not matched with any contract party, and performing fuzzy matching with all contract parties in the seal application respectively.
It should be noted that, even if there is a related transaction between A, B of the party a who belongs to the contract and A, B does not have a related transaction between them, after the matching result is obtained in the above-mentioned step, if the matching result includes two companies of the party a who belongs to the contract, the partial result is filtered, and then the filtered matching result is used as the recognition result.
Specifically, the preset second matching rule is as follows: and when the name of the legal person main body corresponding to the seal completely contains the name of the contract participant, or the name of the contract participant completely contains the name of the legal person main body corresponding to the seal, matching the contract participant and the seal. It can be understood that when the user enters the name of a contract participant, the entered name is the non-standard name of the company corresponding to the contract participant, and when the entered name of the participant is not completely consistent with the name of the main body of the legal person corresponding to the seal, the participant cannot be accurately matched with the seal.
It should be noted that the above steps need to be performed on the premise that the list of the associated party is maintained in time, otherwise, the recognition result may be wrong. Optionally, if the associated party list is not maintained timely, the user may determine whether an associated transaction exists in the transaction according to the actual situation, receive a determination result input by the user, and if the determination result is consistent with the identification result, retain the existing identification result; if the identification results are not consistent, the judgment result input by the user is reserved, and the user is prompted to adjust the identification result.
The electronic device 1 provided in the above embodiment accurately identifies whether the related transaction exists in a certain transaction in the printing process for the transaction, thereby improving the processing efficiency of subsequent related transactions.
Alternatively, in other embodiments, the associated transaction identification program 10 may be divided into one or more modules, and one or more modules are stored in the memory 11 and executed by one or more processors (in this embodiment, the processor 12) to implement the present invention. For example, referring to fig. 2, which is a schematic diagram of the program modules of the associated transaction identification program 10 in fig. 1, in this embodiment, the associated transaction identification program 10 may be divided into a receiving module 110, a matching module 120, a calling module 130 and an identification module 140, the functions or operation steps implemented by the modules 110 and 140 are similar to those described above, and are not described in detail here, for example, wherein:
the receiving module 110 is configured to receive a stamp application submitted by a user for a transaction, where the stamp application includes one or more stamps to be applied and called and contract participants;
the matching module 120 is configured to match the names of the contract participants with the names of the legal bodies corresponding to the one or more seals according to a preset first matching rule;
the retrieving module 130 is configured to retrieve, when the name of a contract participant completely matches the name of the legal person main body corresponding to the seal, a list of associated parties according to the seal number of the seal, and use the list as the list of associated parties of the contract participant; and
and the identification module 140 is configured to match the names of the contract participants except the contract participant with the associated party list, identify an associated transaction from the transaction when the matching is successful, and display the identification result to the user.
In addition, the invention also provides a related transaction identification method. Referring to FIG. 3, a flow chart of a related transaction identification method according to a preferred embodiment of the invention is shown. The method may be performed by an apparatus, which may be implemented by software and/or hardware.
In this embodiment, the associated transaction identification method includes: steps S1-S4.
Step S1, receiving a stamp application submitted by a user aiming at a transaction, wherein the stamp application comprises one or more stamps and contract participants applying for calling;
step S2, matching the name of the contract participant with the names of the legal bodies corresponding to the one or more seals respectively according to a preset first matching rule;
step S3, when the name of the contract participant is completely matched with the name of the legal person main body corresponding to the seal, a list of the associated party is called according to the seal number of the seal to be used as the list of the associated party of the contract participant; and
and step S4, the names of other contract participants except the contract participants are respectively matched with the associated party list, when the matching is successful, the associated transaction is identified from the transaction, and the identification result is displayed to the user.
The associated transaction identification method provided by the embodiment accurately identifies whether the associated transaction exists in the transaction in the printing process aiming at the certain transaction, so that the processing efficiency of the subsequent associated transaction is improved.
Furthermore, an embodiment of the present invention further provides a computer-readable storage medium, on which an associated transaction identification program 10 is stored, and when executed by a processor, the program implements the following operations:
receiving a stamp application submitted by a user aiming at one transaction, wherein the stamp application comprises one or more stamps and contract participants applying for calling;
