The specific process of the periodic operation of feeding, dewatering and discharging in the embodiment comprises the following steps:

After the conventional filter pressing is finished, the sludge pump is stopped, the corresponding valve is closed, the externally connected hydraulic device is started, oil is supplied to each small hydraulic head 29, the two telescopic plate surfaces 26 are expanded outwards, sludge is extruded, high-pressure filter pressing is carried out on the sludge, and the sludge is sucked out through the liquid drainage/air blowing pipe 28 in the high-pressure filter pressing process (at the moment, the vacuum device needs to be opened to suck out filtrate). After the high pressure filtration is completed, the hydraulic device is adjusted to suck back hydraulic oil, so that the two telescopic plate surfaces 26 retract inwards, and then the hydraulic device and the vacuum device are closed, so that the whole dehydration process is completed.
(4) And (6) discharging. After the high pressure filter-pressing is accomplished, start hydraulic means 13, withdraw the hydraulic head to drive each sheet frame 2 and remove, in order to open all sheet frames 2, most mud cake should drop automatically. At this time, the air blowing device is started again, and high-pressure air is blown into the telescopic filter plate 3 through the liquid/air blowing pipe 28, so that the filter cloth 25 is cleaned, and further mud is discharged.
After the unloading and cleaning are finished, the hydraulic device 13 is adjusted again, the plate frame 2 is pressed tightly, and then the next period of filter pressing operation can be carried out.
In addition, the above embodiment provides the whole operation flow of the filter press, and the full-automatic filter press can be realized by adopting P L C control.
