In order to increase the strength of the outer and inner sheets 28 and 27, the reinforcing ribs 22 are provided in their bodies, and are formed of two substantially parallel flat wires, as shown in fig. 7, with both ends bent in the width direction toward each other and folded together, leaving a gap 29 in the middle, and when the reinforcing ribs are embedded in the resin-made prosthesis body, the gap 29 is filled with resin, which gives consideration to the integrity of the prosthesis body while providing the reinforcing ribs 22.
The width of the gap 29 is equal to the thread root diameter of the screw 26, and the two flat wires are offset by half a pitch in the thickness direction, and these two designs enable the reinforcing rib 22 to be embedded in the thread groove, and bear most of the tightening force of the screw 26, so that the internal thread of the resin material does not slip.
The screw 26 is a tapping screw with a hexagon socket head, the tapping screw has narrow threads and wide screw grooves, so that the internal threads of the tooth body are stronger, and the hexagon socket head is convenient for adjusting the clamping force of the screw 26.
In order to adjust the clamping force of the screw 26 in the mounting state of the denture, the invention designs a special inner hexagonal wrench, as shown in figure 8 and figure 9, a hexagonal steel bar 34 is fixed at the center of a circular sheet 32 with a groove on the circumference, a clamping ring 31 with two bent feet 35 is arranged on the periphery of the groove, and the inner circumference of the clamping ring 31 is movably matched with the circumference of the bottom of the groove of the circular sheet 32.
When the false tooth in the installation state needs to be adjusted, the bent foot 35 is held by one hand, the mouth is opened, the head of the hexagonal steel rod 34 is inserted into the hexagon socket head of the screw 26, the wafer 32 is pressed by one finger of the other hand, the finger holding the bent foot 35 is tightly held, the screw 26 can be screwed by pulling, the finger holding the bent foot 35 is loosened and swung back, the wrench returns, the pulling is loosened, and the clamping force of the screw 26 can be adjusted to the optimal state.
Between the outer sheet 28 and the inner sheet 27 is a layer of soft silicone gel 25, which serves to prevent food from becoming trapped between the outer and inner sheets.
Fig. 10-12 show a third configuration of a denture: the adjustment post 44 and the post rod 46 are embedded in the denture body 43, and constitute a denture fixing mechanism. The adjusting column 44 is erected in the false tooth body 43 and is in close movable fit with the false tooth body 43, and the middle of the upper section of the adjusting column is provided with an eccentric column 42 which is formed by cutting a gap 41 in the adjusting column 44; on the same plane with the gap 41, an ejector rod 46 is arranged from the gap 41 to the edge opening of the false tooth body 43, and is in close movable fit with the false tooth body 43 like the adjusting column 44, so that when the adjusting column 44 rotates, the eccentric column 42 can push the ejector rod 46 to extend outwards, before the false tooth is installed, the adjusting column 44 is rotated to the minimum eccentricity, the ejector rod 46 is pushed into the false tooth body 43, the mouth is opened, the false tooth is installed in place, then the adjusting column 44 is rotated by an internal hexagonal wrench, the eccentric column 42 is enlarged to push the ejector rod 46 eccentrically, the ejector rod 46 is abutted against the real tooth 47 with proper force, and the false tooth installation is completed.
The dentures with the three structures can be externally provided with the tooth decorating sheet 6, and certainly, the dentures with the three structures can not be attached.
