Background

In ancient times, the land is uneven, the climate is cold and hot, and the human instinctively protects the feet of the user, so that the shoes appear: the leather and leaves of the foot are wrapped simply to form the earliest shoe in history. The shoes are developed to the present, and the shoes with various styles and functions are seen everywhere.
In the process of manufacturing and processing shoes, most soles are designed in a multilayer mode, namely the soles are bonded by glue and then pressed. The manual pressing of the sole has the defects that the pressing efficiency is low, more manpower is consumed, the fatigue of workers is easily caused, and the glue cannot be dried.
Therefore, the development of the comfortable sole repeated pressing equipment for the shoe manufacturing worker, which has the advantages of higher pressing efficiency, less consumed manpower, capability of relieving the fatigue of the worker and capability of drying the glue, is urgently needed.
Disclosure of Invention
(1) Technical problem to be solved
In order to overcome the defects that manual sole pressing is low in pressing efficiency, more manpower is consumed, fatigue of workers is easy to cause, and glue cannot be dried, the invention provides the comfortable sole repeated pressing equipment for the workers, which is high in pressing efficiency, less manpower is consumed, fatigue of the workers can be relieved, and the glue can be dried.

In order to solve the technical problems, the invention provides worker comfortable sole repeated pressing equipment for shoe manufacturing, which comprises a base, a first slide rail, a first slide block, a movable plate, shoe trees, pull rods, a mounting frame, a second slide rail, a second slide block, a first connecting rod, a pressing plate, a fixed plate, a first spring, a fixed pulley, a first steel wire rope, a pedal and a working chair, wherein the first slide rail is arranged on the upper side of the base, the first slide rail is connected with the two first slide blocks in a sliding manner, the movable plate is arranged on the upper portions of the first slide blocks on the left side and the right side, the shoe trees are uniformly arranged on the upper side of the movable plate at intervals, the pull rods are uniformly connected on the front side of the movable plate, the mounting frame is arranged on the right portion of the upper side of the base and is positioned on the rear side of the movable plate, the second slide rail is arranged in, fixed plate downside left part is connected with first spring, the end-to-end connection of first spring is in second slider upside left part, second slider left part front side is connected with the head rod, the head rod end is equipped with the clamp plate, the clamp plate is located the shoe tree top, both sides all are equipped with the fixed pulley about both sides around the mounting bracket upper portion, both sides all are connected with first wire rope around the second slider top, the first wire rope of both sides all passes the mounting bracket around, and walk around the fixed pulley of both sides around respectively, be connected with the footboard between the first wire rope end of both sides around, the footboard is located the pull rod rear side, base upside right part is equipped with the work chair, the work chair is located the right-hand footboard.

The working principle is as follows: when a worker presses soles by using the equipment, firstly, shoes to be pressed are sleeved on a shoe tree, then the worker sits on a working chair, two feet are placed on the upper side of a pedal, then the pedal is stepped downwards by the feet, a first steel wire rope immediately drives a second sliding block to move upwards, a first spring is compressed, a pressing plate moves upwards, then the feet are lifted upwards, the second sliding block drives the pressing plate to move downwards by a first connecting rod under the action of the elastic force of the first spring, the pressing plate moves downwards to press the soles, the steps are repeated after the pressing is completed, the continuous stepping downwards and lifting of the feet can repeatedly press the shoes under the pressing plate, the pressing effect is improved, the worker can pull a moving plate to move rightwards by a pull rod to enable the pressing plate to be positioned above another batch of soles, then the pedal is lifted upwards by the feet to enable the pressing plate to move downwards to press another batch of soles, the shoe sole can be pressed by repeated operation.

So that the worker can start the reducing motor to drive the sector gear to rotate clockwise, when the sector gear is engaged with the first gear, the sector gear can drive the first gear to rotate anticlockwise, the first gear drives the reel to rotate through the rotating rod, the reel receives the second steel wire rope, the second steel wire rope drives the second sliding block to move upwards, the first spring is compressed, when the sector gear is not engaged with the first gear, under the action of the elastic force of the first spring, the reel rotates clockwise to put the second steel wire rope, the second sliding block moves downwards along with the second steel wire rope, the second sliding block drives the pressing plate to move downwards through the first connecting rod to press the sole, the sector gear rotates clockwise continuously to repeatedly press the shoes under the pressing plate, therefore, the pressing plate does not need to be moved upwards and downwards by treading and lifting the foot manually, and the effect of manpower consumption can be reduced. Meanwhile, the worker can also put two feet on the pedal, and when the second sliding block moves up and down, the pedal can be driven to move up and down through the first steel wire rope, so that the up and down movement of the two feet of the worker is relaxed, and the worker can feel more comfortable.

Repeated operation can make the massage ball move downwards intermittently to massage the shoulders of the workers, so that the fatigue of the workers can be relieved, and the workers are more comfortable.

And after drying, turning off the drying lamp.
(3) Advantageous effects
The glue drying machine has the advantages that the pressing efficiency is high, less manpower is consumed, the fatigue of workers can be relieved, and the glue can be dried. Through setting up a plurality of shoe trees, can carry out the pressfitting to a large amount of shoes simultaneously, reach the effect that improves pressfitting efficiency. Through setting up lifter and massage ball, the lifter up-and-down motion can make massage ball up-and-down motion come to massage staff's shoulder, has reached the effect that can alleviate staff fatigue. Through setting up the stoving lamp, the staff can open the stoving lamp and come to dry the glue of adhesion at the sole, can accelerate the stoving speed of glue like this.
