本发明公开了一种北方甘薯贮藏期黑斑病防治方法,属于农产品贮藏技术领域。所述方法主要包括下述步骤:薯窖选择方法;薯窖消毒技术;甘薯块处理技术;入窖技术;薯窖管理方法。所述方法进行甘薯贮藏,操作方便,成本低,贮藏效果好,可以使北方甘薯贮藏期黑斑病发病率为0,并能防治其它病害,甘薯块保存商品率在99%以上。

本发明属于农产品贮藏技术领域,具体涉及一种北方甘薯贮藏期黑斑病防治方法。
背景技术
甘薯是我国的主要粮食作物之一,年产量占世界首位,但由于甘薯含水量高,皮薄,贮藏期非常容易生冷害、病害,每年由于贮藏期甘薯生病腐烂造成的损失达几千万顿,严重限制甘薯产业的发展。
甘薯黑斑病又称黑疤病,是我国北方甘薯生产上的一种重要病害,黑斑病在甘薯整贮存期都可发生,薯块感病后出现黑色或黑褐色病斑,产生甘薯黑斑霉酮和甘薯黑斑霉二酮等有毒物质,经常引起烂窖。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种北方甘薯贮藏期病害防治方法。
本发明为解决上述问题,所采用的技术方案包括下述步骤:
1.薯窖选择,应选取地势较高,通风向阳,地质坚硬的地段;
2.薯窖消毒,用硫磺熏蒸,每平方米18克,密闭三天后打开窖口通风,然后再用1∶30石灰水涂刷窖内壁和窖底,密闭备用;
3.甘薯块处理,在霜冻前选晴天收获,挑选无损伤、无病虫害甘薯块,然后喷洒50%多菌灵可湿性;
粉剂600倍液,晾干后再喷洒质量分数为0.5%的硅酸钠溶液;
4.入窖,在薯底铺设5cm后的秸秆,放入薯块后再铺设5cm后的秸秆,然后再放入薯块,如此铺设6层;
5薯窖管理,窖内温度维持在10~15℃左右,空气相对湿度85%~90%左右,氧量不低于4.5%;
将本发明的方法进行甘薯贮藏,操作方便,成本低,贮藏效果好,可以有效防治甘薯黑斑病。

下述试剂和材料如无特殊说明,均可从商业途径获得。
实例1北方甘薯贮藏期斑病防治效果验证,其特征主要包括以下步骤:
1.薯窖选择,应选取地势较高,通风向阳,地质坚硬的地段;
2.薯窖消毒,用硫磺熏蒸,每平方米18克,密闭三天后打开窖口通风,然后再用1∶30石灰水涂刷窖内壁和窖底,密闭备用;

1.一种北方甘薯贮藏期黑斑病防治方法,其特征主要包括以下步骤:
1.薯窖选择,应选取地势较高,通风向阳,地质坚硬的地段;
2.薯窖消毒,用硫磺熏蒸,每平方米18克,密闭三天后打开窖口通风,然后再用1∶30石灰水涂刷窖内壁和窖底,密闭备用;
3.甘薯块处理,在霜冻前选晴天收获,挑选无损伤、无病虫害甘薯块,然后喷洒50%多菌灵可湿性;
