In combination with the above inventive concept of the technical solution of the present invention, an online monitoring method for a storage battery, as shown in fig. 5, includes the following steps:
step S1: and acquiring the voltage, the temperature and the internal resistance of each storage battery in real time.
Step S2: and collecting the charging current and the discharging current of the storage battery pack.
Step S3: the voltage, temperature, internal resistance, and charging current and discharging current are transmitted to the centralized monitoring unit 300 through an RS485 bus.
Step S4: the centralized monitoring unit 300 calculates the internal resistance of each storage battery and the total internal resistance of the storage battery pack by using a set calculation method of an alternating current injection method.
Step S5: the centralized monitoring unit 300 determines the battery state data of the storage batteries according to the internal resistance of each storage battery and the total internal resistance of the storage battery pack according to an internal resistance reference table;
step S6: the centralized monitoring unit 300 transmits the battery status data to the remote monitoring network 900 through the RJ45 interface 310 using TCP/IP protocol.
Step S7: the centralized monitoring unit 300 imports the battery status data into the mobile device through the USB interface 521.
As shown in fig. 6, step S7 further includes step S71, step S72 and step S73.
Step S71: and drawing the battery state data into a coordinate report according to a time axis. The coordinate report and the data report in the first embodiment refer to the same file.
Step S72: and packaging the coordinate report into a portable document. The portable document is a PDF document, which is a common file format that can hold all fonts, formats, colors, and graphics of any source document regardless of the application and platform used to create the document, so that PDF documents are transmitted without concern for compatibility issues.
Step S73: the portable document is exported.

the current sampling unit (200) is electrically connected to the storage battery pack and is used for collecting the charging current and the discharging current of the storage battery pack, generating and sending out a sampling signal;
the centralized monitoring unit (300) is electrically connected with the battery detection unit (100) and the current sampling unit (200), and is used for receiving the detection signals and the sampling signals, calculating the internal resistance of each storage battery and the total internal resistance of the storage battery pack by using a setting calculation method of an alternating current injection method, determining the battery state data of the storage battery according to the internal resistance reference table according to the internal resistance and the total internal resistance, and sending the detection signals, the sampling signals and the battery state data outwards;
the field display unit (400) is electrically connected with the centralized monitoring unit (300) and is used for displaying the detection signal, the sampling signal and the battery state data of the single storage battery pack on the field;
the data export unit (500) is in electric signal connection with the centralized monitoring unit (300) and is used for receiving, exporting and printing the detection signal, the sampling signal and the battery state data on site;
the upper computer monitoring unit (600) is in electrical signal connection with the centralized monitoring unit (300) and is used for receiving and displaying the detection signals, the sampling signals and the battery state data of a plurality of storage battery packs;
the networking routing unit (700) is in electric signal connection with the centralized monitoring unit (300) and the remote monitoring network (900) and is used for accessing the centralized monitoring unit (300) into the remote monitoring network (900), and the centralized monitoring unit (300) sends the battery state data to the remote monitoring network (900);
further comprising:
the device charge absorbing unit (800) is electrically connected with the battery detection unit (100) and the current sampling unit (200) and is electrically connected with the centralized monitoring unit (300), the centralized monitoring unit (300) sends an absorbing signal to the device charge absorbing unit (800), and the device charge absorbing unit (800) receives the absorbing signal to absorb residual charges on the battery detection unit (100) and the current sampling unit (200);
the device charge draining unit (800) comprises: the relay switch K1 with a normally closed contact, the winding resistor R1 with an inductor, a reed switch K2 and a discharge resistor R2, wherein the axis of the winding resistor R1 faces the reed switch K2, one end of the relay switch K1 is electrically connected with the battery detection unit (100) and the positive electrode of the current sampling unit (200), the other end of the relay switch K1 is grounded through the winding resistor R1, the other end of the relay switch K1 is electrically connected with one end of the reed switch K2, and the other end of the reed switch K2 is grounded through the discharge resistor R2;
the control end of relay switch K1 with centralized monitoring unit (300) signal of telecommunication is connected, works as after centralized monitoring unit (300) circular telegram, centralized monitoring unit (300) control relay switch K1's control end makes its normally closed contact disconnection, works as after centralized monitoring unit (300) outage, centralized monitoring unit (300) do not control relay switch K1's control end, relay switch K1's normally closed contact is closed.

The system of claim 1, wherein the centralized monitoring unit (300) is electrically connected to an RJ45 interface (310) and electrically connected to the networking routing unit (700) through the RJ45 interface (310), and the networking routing unit (700) is internally provided with a TCP/IP protocol for network communication with the remote monitoring network (900).

The system according to claim 1, wherein an RS485 bus is electrically connected between the centralized monitoring unit (300) and the battery detection unit (100) and the current sampling unit (200), and the RS485 bus is used for realizing the electrical signal transmission between the centralized monitoring unit (300) and the battery detection unit (100) and between the centralized monitoring unit (300) and the current sampling unit (200).
4. The system according to claim 1, wherein the data derivation unit (500) comprises:
the import subunit (510) is internally provided with a report generator (511), is electrically connected with the centralized monitoring unit (300), and is used for receiving the detection signal, the sampling signal and the battery state data, recording the detection signal, the sampling signal and the battery state data into a data report by using the report generator (511), and sending the data report outwards;
and the output subunit (520) is internally provided with a USB interface (521), is electrically connected with the lead-in subunit (510), and is used for receiving the data report and outputting the data report through the USB interface (521).
