Fig. 1 is a schematic flowchart of a monitoring method for monitoring people and vehicles in a tunnel according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 1, the method includes:
step S110, receiving vehicle information sent by a first vehicle information acquisition device arranged at the entrance of the tunnel and vehicle information sent by a second vehicle information acquisition device arranged at the exit of the tunnel; and receiving the personnel information sent by the first personnel information acquisition device arranged at the entrance of the tunnel and the personnel information sent by the second personnel information acquisition device arranged at the exit of the tunnel.
And step S120, analyzing the states of the vehicle and the personnel in the tunnel according to the received vehicle information and the personnel information.
The vehicle state in the tunnel can be accurately known through the vehicle information which is acquired by the vehicle acquisition device and passes through the tunnel entrance and exit; the personnel information passing through the tunnel and acquired by the personnel information acquisition device can accurately know the personnel state in the tunnel, so that the vehicle information and personnel information can be dynamically acquired by applying the personnel information acquisition device to the entrance and exit of the tunnel in combination with the vehicle information acquisition device and the personnel information acquisition device, and the vehicle and personnel state in the tunnel can be analyzed according to the acquired information, so that on one hand, the real-time monitoring of the vehicle and personnel in the tunnel can be realized, and the acquired data can provide data basis for tunnel management and traffic safety management; on the other hand, the system can provide accurate field condition information for an accident handling department when an accident occurs, is convenient for carrying out related rescue work, and avoids secondary damage accompanying the accident in the tunnel. Therefore, the technical scheme of the invention can solve the problem that in the prior art, the operation condition of personnel and vehicles in the tunnel cannot be accurately mastered after a fire disaster or an accident happens to the tunnel, so that the rescue work is difficult.
In one embodiment of the present invention, the received information of each vehicle transmitted by each vehicle information collection device includes: the identification of the vehicle information acquisition device, the license plate number and the acquisition time of a vehicle acquired by the vehicle information acquisition device; each piece of received personnel information sent by each personnel information acquisition device comprises: the identification of the personnel information acquisition device, the international mobile subscriber identity IMSI acquired by the personnel information acquisition device and the acquisition time.
In this embodiment, the vehicle information collecting device may be a road surface video monitoring device, and the camera of the road surface monitoring device may collect image information of a vehicle passing through the tunnel entrance and exit, and identify corresponding license plate number information of the vehicle. When the vehicle information transmitted by each vehicle information collection device is received, the vehicle information may be stored in a vehicle information table, as shown in table 1.
TABLE 1
Identification of vehicle information acquisition device | License plate number of vehicle | Time of acquisition |
Camera-1 | Num-1 | T1 |
As shown in table 1, when the vehicle information collecting device identified as Camera-1 collects that the license plate number of a vehicle is Num-1 at time T1, the corresponding license plate number is stored in table 1, and the information data in table 1 is stored in the database, so that when the vehicle state analysis in the tunnel is performed, the analysis can be performed according to the information in table 1, and the analysis result is also stored correspondingly. The stored raw data or analysis results in table 1 may also provide raw data basis for tunnel management and traffic safety management, that is, when relevant department needs relevant raw data or analysis results, corresponding data in the database is directly called.
In this embodiment, the personnel information collection device may be a pseudo base station device, and the pseudo base station may effectively collect information of a mobile electronic device (e.g., a mobile phone) worn by a person, where the information mainly collects an international mobile subscriber identity IMSI, because the IMSI is a unique identity of a global mobile subscriber, that is, a unique number of an SIM card, and the corresponding personnel information may be uniquely determined as long as the IMSI is obtained. It should be noted that the collected personal information may be a national mobile subscriber identity IMSI, or may be other unique information, such as an international mobile equipment identity IMEI. After receiving the personal information transmitted by each personal information collecting device, the personal information may be stored in a personal information table, as shown in table 2.
TABLE 2
Identification of personnel information acquisition device | IMSI | Time of acquisition |
Station-1 | IMSI-1 | t1 |
As shown in table 2, when the person information collecting device labeled Station-1 collects that the international mobile subscriber identity of a person is IMSI-1 at time t1, the person information is stored in table 2 correspondingly, and the information data in table 2 is stored in the database, so that when the person status in the tunnel is analyzed, the person status can be analyzed according to the information in table 2, and the analysis result is stored correspondingly. The stored raw data or analysis results in table 2 may also provide data basis for tunnel management, traffic safety management, etc., that is, when relevant departments need relevant raw data or analysis results, corresponding data in the database is directly called. For example, the information can be shared to a public security department as required to assist in carrying out the related case detection work.
The adopted personnel information acquisition device is a pseudo base station, and the power of the pseudo base station is low, so that the interference to the surrounding mobile communication network is low, and the surrounding mobile phone users cannot be greatly influenced.
The dynamic analysis of the vehicle state and the personnel state of the tunnel is realized through a plurality of self-defined developed modules of relevant departments, and the analysis result can be stored, or the dynamic display can be carried out on terminal display equipment of the relevant departments, so that the real-time monitoring is realized.
In one embodiment of the present invention, the analyzing the vehicle state in the tunnel according to the vehicle information in step S120 includes: the method comprises the steps of counting the entrance time and the exit time of vehicles, counting the entrance flow and the exit flow of the vehicles in a tunnel according to the entrance time and the exit time of the vehicles, and counting the number of the vehicles in the tunnel up to a certain time point.
Specifically, according to the received vehicle information, the time for a vehicle to enter the tunnel and the time for the vehicle to exit the tunnel can be counted; the method comprises the steps of counting the entrance flow and the exit flow of vehicles in a tunnel within a certain time according to the entrance time and the exit time of the vehicles, counting the number of the vehicles entering the tunnel and the number of the vehicles exiting the tunnel at a certain time point, and subtracting the number of the vehicles exiting the tunnel from the number of the vehicles entering the tunnel to obtain the number of the vehicles in the tunnel.
For example, a first vehicle information acquisition device is set as Camera-1 at a tunnel entrance, a second vehicle information acquisition device is set as Camera-2 at a tunnel exit, the acquisition time of the information acquired by Camera-1 is 14:00:00, namely the vehicle driving-in time is 14:00:00, and the acquisition time of the vehicle information acquired by Camera-2 is 14:01:00, namely the vehicle driving-out time is 14:01:00, aiming at one vehicle, so that the driving-in time and the driving-out time of the vehicle can be clearly obtained. For another example, by the time point 12:00:00, the number of vehicles before the entrance time of 12:00:00 is counted as a by analyzing the entrance time and the exit time of the vehicles in the vehicle information, that is, the number of vehicles entering the tunnel is counted as a; the number of vehicles B before the exit time of 12:00:00, that is, the number of vehicles exiting is B, the number of vehicles in the tunnel up to 12:00:00 is a-B.
By the embodiment, the time when the vehicle enters the tunnel, the time when the vehicle exits the tunnel and the number state of the vehicles in the tunnel can be accurately obtained, and the field condition information is provided for corresponding departments.
In one embodiment of the present invention, the analyzing the status of the people in the tunnel according to the people information in step S120 includes: and counting the tunnel entering time and the tunnel exiting time of the personnel in the tunnel, counting the personnel output and the personnel input of the tunnel according to the tunnel entering time and the tunnel exiting time of the personnel, and counting the quantity and the personnel identity of the personnel in the tunnel at a certain time point.
Specifically, according to the received personnel information, the time of entering the tunnel and the time of exiting the tunnel of a person can be counted; and counting the output amount and the input amount of the personnel in the tunnel within a certain time or at a certain time point according to the tunnel entering time and the tunnel exiting time of the personnel, and meanwhile, counting the number of the personnel entering the tunnel by the personnel in the tunnel at the certain time point and the number of the personnel exiting the tunnel by the certain time point, and subtracting the number of the personnel exiting the tunnel from the number of the personnel entering the tunnel by the certain time point to obtain the number of the personnel in the tunnel.
For example, a first person information acquisition device is set as Station a-1 at a tunnel entrance, a second vehicle information acquisition device is set as State-2 at a tunnel exit, aiming at an international mobile subscriber identity of a person, the acquisition time of the state-1 for acquiring the person information is 14:00:00, namely the time of the person entering the tunnel is 14:00:00, and the acquisition time of the state-2 for acquiring the person information is 14:01:00, namely the time of the person exiting the tunnel is 14:01:00, so that the tunnel entering time and the tunnel exiting time of the person can be clearly obtained. For another example, by the time point 12:00:00, the number of people entering the tunnel before the time point 12:00:00 is counted as C by analyzing the time of entering the tunnel and the time of exiting the tunnel of the people in the people information, that is, the number of people entering the tunnel is counted as C; and D, the number of people before the tunnel exit time is 12:00:00, namely the number of people exiting the tunnel is D, and the number of people in the tunnel ending to 12:00:00 is C-D.
Therefore, by the embodiment, the number states of the vehicle personnel entering the tunnel, exiting the tunnel and the personnel in the tunnel can be accurately obtained, and meanwhile, the international mobile subscriber identity IMSI is the unique identity, the identity information of the personnel in the tunnel can be obtained, and the site condition information can be provided for corresponding departments.
After the driving-in flow and the driving-out flow of the vehicle or the entering amount and the exiting amount of the personnel are obtained, the early warning of accidents in the tunnel can be realized. In one embodiment of the present invention, the method shown in fig. 1 further comprises: when the difference value between the vehicle entrance flow and the vehicle exit flow is larger than a first preset threshold value, sending early warning information to a designated interface; or when the difference value between the input amount of the personnel and the output amount of the personnel is larger than a second preset threshold value, sending early warning information to the designated interface.
In this embodiment, after the vehicle or the person enters the tunnel, no vehicle or person exits for a long time or only a small amount of vehicles or persons exit, or statistics shows within a certain period of time that the entering amount is greater than the exiting amount, and the difference exceeds a preset threshold, which indicates that conditions such as congestion and an accident may occur in the tunnel, the tunnel sends early warning information to a relevant department so as to process in time. Therefore, the technical scheme of the invention can also realize dynamic early warning.
In addition, if the license plate number in the vehicle information acquired by the vehicle acquisition information is matched with a certain license plate number in the robbery license plate number library, early warning information can be sent to the designated interface at the first time so as to provide control information for nearby law enforcement stations and law enforcement personnel.
The designated interface in this embodiment may be a police dispatch department, a traffic department, social media, a criminal investigation department, and the like. Once the emergency situation in the tunnel is monitored, the police can be allocated in time, and meanwhile, related information can be sent to local traffic departments and social media to organize rescue work.
In one embodiment of the present invention, the analyzing the vehicle and person states in the tunnel according to the vehicle information and the person information in step S120 includes: and judging whether the acquisition time of the vehicle information is matched with the acquisition time of the personnel information, and if so, establishing a corresponding relationship between the vehicle and the personnel. Then, the corresponding relation between the vehicle and the personnel can also provide convenience for rescue work after an accident occurs.
Because the collection time of the vehicle information is determined, if the person information collecting device also collects one or more pieces of person information within the collection time or the allowable time range of the collection time, it is stated that the collection time of the vehicle information matches the collection time of the person information, that is, the collection time of the person information matches the collection time of the vehicle information or the collection time of the person information is within the time range including the collection time of the vehicle information, then the one or more persons can be associated with the vehicle, that is, the one or more persons may be in the vehicle. In order to more accurately establish the corresponding relationship between the vehicle and the personnel, the corresponding vehicle information acquisition devices and the personnel information acquisition devices of the plurality of tunnels can be combined for comprehensive judgment, and the corresponding relationship between the vehicle and one or more people is determined under the condition that the vehicle information acquisition time and the personnel information acquisition time of the plurality of tunnels are matched.
As long as the acquisition time of the person information coincides with the acquisition time of the vehicle information or can be matched within the time range including the acquisition time of the vehicle information, the corresponding relationship between the person and the vehicle can be established because the acquisition time of the vehicle information is determined, but the time for acquiring the person information by the person acquisition device may be advanced or delayed. For example, if the people collecting device is a pseudo base station, there is a certain range for collecting signals of the pseudo base station, the range may include a certain distance outside the tunnel entrance, and people information can be collected as long as the people enter the range of the pseudo base station, and the vehicle information collecting device can collect people information only when a vehicle appears at the tunnel entrance, that is, when the pseudo base station collects people information, the vehicle taken by the people may not enter the tunnel. Therefore, when the correspondence relationship between the person and the vehicle is established, the vehicle information at a certain collection time is matched with the person information at the collection time or within an allowable certain time range.
In a specific example, the collection time of the vehicle information is 8:00:00, and the allowable time range is 30s before and after, so that corresponding persons with the collection time of the person information within 7:59:30-8:00:30 can establish a corresponding relationship with the vehicle.
