Abstract
The invention discloses a tracing and anti-counterfeiting method and system for paper artworks based on block chains. The following is an embodiment of a traceability anti-counterfeiting system for paper artwork based on block chain, which is provided in the specific implementation manner of the present invention, and the embodiment of the system is implemented based on the embodiment of the above method, and please refer to the embodiment of the foregoing method for the description that is not described in the system.
Please refer to fig. 4, which is a block diagram illustrating an embodiment of a traceability anti-counterfeit system for paper artwork based on block chains according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 4, the traceability anti-counterfeit system 10 includes:
a terminal-based account generation system 101 for generating a blockchain external account of an artist using a personal public-private key pair of the artist;
the NFC chip-based read-write system 102 is used for storing artwork information and an artist block chain external account address in a readable area of an NFC chip on an artwork paper base, storing a private key in an artist's personal public and private key pair in a non-readable area of the NFC chip, and locking the NFC chip in a readable mode;
a blockchain-based intelligent contract creation system 103 for creating an artist intelligent contract on a blockchain that includes the blockchain external account address, a public key in a personal public-private key pair, and artist personal information; creating an artwork intelligent contract of the artwork on the blockchain, wherein the artwork intelligent contract comprises the artwork information, the address of the blockchain external account, the artwork information and the ID information of the NFC chip; wherein the artwork information comprises: work name, artist, price, and owner.
In some embodiments, the terminal-based account generation system 101 is further configured to; the blockchain external account address, public key, and artist personal information for the artist are sent to a trusted third party. In this embodiment, blockchain-based intelligent contract creation system 103 is configured to: receiving a request for creating an artist intelligent contract sent to a blockchain by a trusted third party, and uploading external account information, a public key and artist personal information of the blockchain of the artist by the trusted third party; and creating an artist intelligent contract containing the external account information of the blockchain of the artist, the public key and the personal information of the artist according to the request for creating the artist intelligent contract.
In some embodiments, the traceability anti-counterfeiting system further comprises: and the terminal-based information acquisition system 104 is used for scanning and acquiring the artwork information of the artwork of the NFC chip on the artwork paper base, the block chain external account address corresponding to the artist and the ID information of the NFC chip, sending a request for creating an artwork intelligent contract to the block chain, and uploading the artwork information of the artwork, the block chain external account address corresponding to the artist and the ID information of the NFC chip to the block chain. In this embodiment, blockchain-based intelligent contract creation system 103 is configured to: and creating an artwork intelligent contract of the artwork according to the request for creating the artwork intelligent contract, wherein the artwork intelligent contract comprises artwork information of the artwork, a block chain external account address of an artist corresponding to the artwork and ID information of an NFC chip.
In some embodiments, the traceability anti-counterfeiting system further comprises: the verification system 105 based on the terminal is used for acquiring a block chain external account address in an artwork intelligent contract and acquiring a public key in a corresponding artist intelligent contract from a block chain according to the block chain external account address; and verifying the artwork by using the public key in the artist intelligent contract and the private key in the NFC chip on the artwork paper base.
As another embodiment, the terminal-based authentication system 105 is specifically configured to:
reading a block chain external account address of an NFC chip on the artwork paper base; acquiring a public key of a corresponding artist from the block chain according to the block chain external account address;
locally generating a random number, encrypting the random number by using the public key, and sending a decryption request containing the encrypted random number to an NFC chip;
receiving decryption data returned by the NFC chip and obtained by decrypting the encrypted random number by using a private key;
verifying whether the decryption data returned by the NFC chip is matched with the locally generated random number or not, and if so, successfully verifying; if not, the verification fails.
As a preferred embodiment, the artwork paper base includes a base layer paper, a top layer paper and a plurality of NFC chips, wherein the plurality of NFC chips are arranged on the base layer paper, and the top layer paper covers the NFC chips. The artwork information further comprises a plurality of NFC chips, the arrangement patterns on the base paper and the arrangement patterns on the base paper of the NFC chips can be straight lines, triangles, squares, diamonds, stars and the like, the arrangement patterns on the base paper of the NFC chips are uploaded to a block chain, a counterfeiter can be prevented from intercepting the sales of a part of artwork, and the anti-counterfeiting effect is further played.
In some embodiments, the traceability anti-counterfeiting system further comprises a blockchain-based artwork transaction system 106 for:
receiving a transaction request including a block chain external account address sent by a purchaser and uploading prepayment payment;
judging whether the balance of the purchaser account is larger than the price of the artwork corresponding to the external account address of the block chain, if not, the transaction request fails; if yes, the prepayment payment of the buyer is frozen, and the transaction request is recorded;
receiving a command for approving the transaction request sent by the owner of the artwork, transferring the prepayment of the buyer to the account of the current owner of the artwork, and changing the owner of the artwork to the buyer.
In some embodiments, the traceability anti-counterfeiting system further comprises: and the server-based monitoring system 107 is used for monitoring and recording transaction events of the artworks, wherein the transaction events comprise transaction information, transfer information and logistics information.
In summary, the traceability anti-counterfeiting system of the paper artwork based on the block chain disclosed by the embodiment of the invention discloses information of the artist and the artwork through the block chain, transparentizes the trust of the artist, and embeds the NFC chip in the artwork paper base, so that the integration of the physical entity and the digital entity of the artwork is ensured, the authenticity of the artwork is convenient to verify, the problem that the artwork identification depends on the expert level and the trust of a central server is solved, and the traceability, authenticity, falsification resistance and anti-counterfeiting purposes of the paper artwork with strong trust are achieved.
The technical principle of the present invention is described above in connection with specific embodiments. The description is made for the purpose of illustrating the principles of the invention and should not be construed in any way as limiting the scope of the invention. Based on the explanations herein, those skilled in the art will be able to conceive of other embodiments of the present invention without inventive effort, which would fall within the scope of the present invention.
Claims (2)
1. A tracing and anti-counterfeiting method for paper artworks based on block chains is characterized by comprising the following steps:
generating a blockchain external account of the artist by using a personal public and private key pair of the artist, and creating an artist intelligent contract comprising a blockchain external account address, a public key in the personal public and private key pair and artist personal information on a blockchain;
storing artwork information and an artist's blockchain external account address in a readable area of an NFC chip on an artwork paper base, storing a private key of an artist's personal public and private key pair in a non-readable area of the NFC chip, and locking the NFC chip in a readable mode; creating an artwork intelligent contract of the artwork on the blockchain, wherein the artwork intelligent contract comprises the artwork information, the address of an external account of the blockchain and the ID information of the NFC chip; wherein the artwork information comprises: work name, artist, price, and owner;
the creating an artist intelligence contract on a blockchain that includes the blockchain external account address, a public key in a personal public-private key pair, and artist personal information comprises:
sending the external account address of the blockchain of the artist, the public key and the personal information of the artist to a trusted third party; sending a request for creating an artist intelligent contract to the blockchain through a trusted third party, and simultaneously uploading external account information, a public key and artist personal information of the blockchain of the artist to the blockchain;
the blockchain creates an artist intelligent contract containing the external account information, the public key and the personal information of the artist of the blockchain of the artist according to the request for creating the artist intelligent contract;
the intelligent contract of the artwork for creating the artwork on the blockchain and comprising the artwork information, the address of the blockchain external account and the ID information of the NFC chip comprises the following steps:
sending a request for creating an artwork intelligent contract to the block chain, and uploading artwork information of the artwork, an external account address of the block chain corresponding to an artist and ID information of the NFC chip to the block chain;
the blockchain creates an artwork intelligent contract of the artwork according to the request for creating the artwork intelligent contract, wherein the artwork intelligent contract comprises artwork information of the artwork, a blockchain external account address of an artist corresponding to the artwork and ID information of an NFC chip;
the tracing anti-counterfeiting method further comprises an artwork verifying step, and the artwork verifying step comprises the following steps:
reading a block chain external account address of an NFC chip on the artwork paper base; acquiring a public key of a corresponding artist from the block chain according to the block chain external account address;
locally generating a random number, encrypting the random number by using the public key, and sending a decryption request containing the encrypted random number to an NFC chip;
the NFC chip decrypts the encrypted random number by using a private key and returns decrypted data;
verifying whether the decryption data returned by the NFC chip is matched with the locally generated random number or not, and if so, successfully verifying; if not, the verification fails;
the artwork paper base comprises base layer paper, top layer paper and a plurality of NFC chips, wherein the NFC chips are arranged on the base layer paper, and the top layer paper covers the NFC chips;
the artwork information also comprises a configuration pattern of the plurality of NFC chips on the base paper; the arrangement pattern of the NFC chips on the base paper is a straight line, a triangle, a square, a diamond or a star, and the arrangement pattern of the NFC chips on the base paper is uploaded to the block chain; the method further comprises an artwork transaction step, wherein the artwork transaction step specifically comprises the following steps:
receiving a transaction request including a block chain external account address sent by a purchaser and uploading prepayment payment;
judging whether the balance of the purchaser account is larger than the price of the artwork corresponding to the external account address of the block chain, if not, the transaction request fails; if yes, the prepayment payment of the buyer is frozen, and the transaction request is recorded;
receiving a command for approving a transaction request sent by the owner of the artwork, transferring the prepayment of the purchaser into an account of the current owner of the artwork, and changing the owner of the artwork into the purchaser; the tracing anti-counterfeiting method further comprises the following steps: monitoring and recording transaction events of artworks, wherein the transaction events comprise transaction information, transfer information and logistics information.
2. The traceability anti-counterfeiting system of paper artworks based on block chains is suitable for the traceability anti-counterfeiting method of the paper artworks based on the block chains as claimed in claim 1, and is characterized by comprising the following steps:
a terminal-based account generation system for generating a blockchain external account for the artist using a personal public-private key pair of the artist;
the NFC chip-based read-write system is used for storing artwork information and an artist block chain external account address in a readable area of an NFC chip on an artwork paper base, storing a private key in an artist personal public and private key pair in a non-readable area of the NFC chip, and locking the NFC chip in a readable mode;
a blockchain-based intelligent contract creation system for creating an artist intelligent contract on a blockchain that includes the blockchain external account address, a public key in a personal public-private key pair, and artist personal information; creating an artwork intelligent contract for the artwork on the blockchain, wherein the artwork intelligent contract comprises the artwork information, the address of an external account of the blockchain and the ID information of the NFC chip; wherein the artwork information comprises: work name, artist, price, and owner;
the terminal-based account generation system is further configured to; sending the external account address of the blockchain of the artist, the public key and the personal information of the artist to a trusted third party;
the intelligent contract creation system based on the block chain is used for: receiving a request for creating an artist intelligent contract sent by a trusted third party to a blockchain, and artist blockchain external account information, a public key and artist personal information uploaded by the trusted third party; creating an artist intelligent contract containing artist's blockchain external account information, a public key, and artist personal information according to the request for creating the artist intelligent contract;
the tracing anti-counterfeiting system further comprises:
the information acquisition system based on the terminal is used for scanning and acquiring the artwork information of the artwork of the NFC chip on the artwork paper base, the block chain external account address corresponding to the artist and the ID information of the NFC chip, sending a request for creating an artwork intelligent contract to the block chain, and uploading the artwork information of the artwork, the block chain external account address corresponding to the artist and the ID information of the NFC chip to the block chain;
the intelligent contract creation system based on the block chain is used for: creating an artwork intelligent contract of the artwork according to the request for creating the artwork intelligent contract, wherein the artwork intelligent contract comprises artwork information of the artwork, a block chain external account address of an artist corresponding to the artwork and ID information of an NFC chip;
the tracing anti-counterfeiting system further comprises a terminal-based verification system used for:
receiving decryption data returned by the NFC chip and obtained by decrypting the encrypted random number by using a private key;
the tracing anti-counterfeiting system further comprises a block chain-based artwork transaction system used for:
receiving a transaction request including a block chain external account address sent by a purchaser and uploading prepayment payment;
judging whether the balance of the purchaser account is larger than the price of the artwork corresponding to the external account address of the block chain, if not, the transaction request fails; if yes, the prepayment payment of the buyer is frozen, and the transaction request is recorded;
receiving a command for approving the transaction request sent by the owner of the artwork, transferring the prepayment of the purchaser into an account of the current owner of the artwork, and changing the owner of the artwork into the purchaser;
the tracing anti-counterfeiting system further comprises: the monitoring system based on the server is used for monitoring and recording transaction events of artworks, wherein the transaction events comprise transaction information, transfer information and logistics information.
