本发明公开了便于控制流量的排污阀,包括阀杆、阀体、球体、密封座、垃圾排放门板、密封条、把手,阀体水平方向的中部有通道,阀杆竖直设置在阀体竖直方向的中部,球体设置在阀杆向下的延伸线与通道的交叉处;球体包括球体顶部、球体通道、球体底部、球体隔离件,球体顶部、球体通道、球体底部由上至下依次设置,阀杆的底部与球体顶部连接,在阀杆的控制下,球体通道与阀体水平方向的通道连通;球体隔离件设置在球体通道的出口端面上。本发明通过垃圾排放门板和球体隔离件可以实现对污水中的固体垃圾的拦截,避免固体垃圾在管道内的长期积累造成管道的堵塞。

技术领域
本发明涉及阀门,具体涉及便于控制流量的排污阀。
背景技术
阀门是在流体系统中,用来控制流体的方向、压力、流量的装置,是使配管和设备内的介质(液体、气体、粉末)流动或停止并能控制其流量的装置。
阀门是管路流体输送系统中控制部件,用来改变通路断面和介质流动方向,具有导流、截止、节流、止回、分流或溢流卸压等功能。用于流体控制的阀门,从最简单的截止阀到极为复杂的自控系统中所用的各种阀门,其品种和规格繁多,阀门的公称通径从极微小的仪表阀大至通径达10m的工业管路用阀。可用于控制水、蒸汽、油品、气体、泥浆、各种腐蚀性介质、液态金属和放射性流体等各种类型流体地流动,阀门的工作压力可以从0.0013MPa到1000MPa的超高压,工作温度可以c-270℃的超低温到1430℃的高温。
阀门的控制可采用多种传动方式,如手动、电动、液动、气动、涡轮、电磁动、电磁液动、电液动、气液动、正齿轮、伞齿轮驱动等;可以在压力、温度或其它形式传感信号的作用下,按预定的要求动作,或者不依赖传感信号而进行简单的开启或关闭,阀门依靠驱动或自动机构使启闭件作升降、滑移、旋摆或回转运动,从而改变其流道面积的大小以实现其控制功能。
快速排污阀,指的是由闸门演变而来的,利用齿轮旋转90度带动阀杆提升实现开启和关闭的目的。快速排污阀不仅结构简单、密封性好,而且体积小、重量轻、材料耗用少、安装尺寸小,特别是驱动力矩小,操作简便,易实现快速启闭。现有的排污阀功能单一,只能快速排污,而不能将固体垃圾进行拦截,导致固体垃圾到下游堆积造成管道的堵塞。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是现有的排污阀功能单一,只能快速排污,而不能将固体垃圾进行拦截,导致固体垃圾到下游堆积造成管道的堵塞,目的在于提供便于控制流量的排污阀,进行固定垃圾拦截,并且能够清理固体垃圾。
本发明通过下述技术方案实现:
便于控制流量的排污阀,包括阀杆、阀体、球体、密封座、垃圾排放门板、密封条、把手,所述阀体水平方向的中部有通道,所述阀杆竖直设置在所述阀体竖直方向的中部,所述球体设置在所述阀杆向下的延伸线与通道的交叉处;所述密封座设置在球体与阀体之间;所述球体包括球体顶部、球体通道、球体底部、球体隔离件,所述球体顶部、球体通道、球体底部由上至下依次设置,所述阀杆的底部与球体顶部连接,在阀杆的控制下,所述球体通道与阀体水平方向的通道连通;所述球体隔离件设置在球体通道的出口端面上;在阀体上设置有一个垃圾排放口,所述垃圾排放门板设置在垃圾排放口,所述垃圾排放门板与垃圾排放口匹配;所述密封条设置在垃圾排放门板的四周,所述把手设置在垃圾排放门板的外侧。
现有的排污阀仅仅是关闭和打开污水排放的开关而已,但是污水中的固体垃圾很多,而在排放管道中排污阀处的直径相对来说最大,在排污阀处将固体垃圾进行拦截,就可以避免固体垃圾在下游管道中越积越多,造成管道的堵塞的情况。本发明在球体通道的下游侧设置球体隔离件。当需要排污时,通过阀杆转动球体,球体的球体通道与阀体的通道连通,则污水就可以实现流动,污水中的固体垃圾在到达球体隔离件时,被球体隔离件阻挡不能继续随着污水向下游流去,当不需要排污时,通过阀杆转动球体,球体的球体通道与阀体的通道之间的连通关断,此时可以通过把手打开垃圾排放门板,将球体隔离件上的固体垃圾取出,再关好垃圾排放门板,使用密封条将垃圾排放门板密封,待下次排污时再进行固体垃圾的阻挡。
进一步地,垃圾排放门板的形状为圆形、方形、梯形中的一种。圆形的垃圾排放门板方便制作,且强度较大,能够承受排污阀的压力;方形的垃圾排放门板视野开阔,便于取出固体垃圾;梯形的垃圾排污门板便于固体垃圾的取出。
进一步地,球体隔离件采用金属网格、麻绳网格中的一种。根据不同的排污流体可以选择不同的网格,金属网格不耐酸性腐蚀,麻绳网格容易腐朽,但总体来说麻绳网格韧性较强,可以抵抗冲击力。
本发明与现有技术相比,具有如下的优点和有益效果:本发明通过垃圾排放门板和球体隔离件可以实现对污水中的固体垃圾的拦截,避免固体垃圾在管道内的长期积累造成管道的堵塞。

如图1至图5所示,便于控制流量的排污阀,包括阀杆1、阀体2、球体3、密封座4、垃圾排放门板51、密封条52、把手53,所述阀体2水平方向的中部有通道,所述阀杆1竖直设置在所述阀体2竖直方向的中部,所述球体3设置在所述阀杆1向下的延伸线与通道的交叉处;所述密封座4设置在球体3与阀体2之间;所述球体3包括球体顶部31、球体通道32、球体底部33、球体隔离件34,所述球体顶部31、球体通道32、球体底部33由上至下依次设置,所述阀杆1的底部与球体顶部31连接,在阀杆1的控制下,所述球体通道32与阀体2水平方向的通道连通;所述球体隔离件34设置在球体通道32的出口端面上;在阀体2上设置有一个垃圾排放口,所述垃圾排放门板51设置在垃圾排放口,所述垃圾排放门板51与垃圾排放口匹配;所述密封条52设置在垃圾排放门板51的四周,所述把手53设置在垃圾排放门板51的外侧。
垃圾排放门板51的形状为圆形、方形、梯形中的一种。
球体隔离件34采用金属网格、麻绳网格中的一种。
