本发明公开了一种环保型笔记本用纸的制备方法,包括利用废纸造再生纸、再生纸水墨印刷方式涂覆淡绿色涂层、压烘、烘干、制作笔记本五大工序,制得的环保型笔记本表面平整,书写顺畅,采用钢笔等带有墨汁的笔写出来的字不发生晕染,无需添加荧光增白剂,对学生健康没有伤害;而且通过涂覆淡绿色涂层,还能使得学生在使用笔记本时,视力不受到损害。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种环保型笔记本用纸的制备方法。
背景技术
笔记本是学生用于学习的重要工具,我国中小学生一学期每人至少平均使用20个笔记本,而我国中小学生数量庞大,由此产生的废弃笔记本数量不容忽视。为环保考虑,现在不少地方推出一种环保型笔记本,这些环保型笔记本由回收的旧笔记本、练习册、报纸等纸质废弃物经分类拣选、温水浸涨、打成纸浆等工序变成的再生纸制成。
但在实质上,回收利用由于具体纸张的不同以及杂质的存在,最终制得的纸较为粗糙,采用钢笔等带有墨汁的笔写出来的字容易晕染,书写起来也不光滑,严重影响使用;为提高纸张白净度,基本都采用含有大量荧光增白剂的高白书写纸为内页的笔记本,对学生视力以及健康均有一定影响。
发明内容
本发明提供一种环保型笔记本用纸的制备方法,以解决现有笔记本用纸粗糙、书写不顺滑的问题。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案概述如下:
一种环保型笔记本用纸的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)利用废纸造再生纸:回收纸质废弃物,将纸质废弃物依次经过经分类拣选、温水浸涨、打成纸浆工序形成回收纸浆,将回收纸浆经造纸机造成湿再生纸;
(2)再生纸涂覆淡绿色涂层:将湿再生纸投入水墨印刷机中进行水墨全幅印刷,使得再生纸的上表面形成淡绿色涂层;
(3)压烘:将上表面形成淡绿色涂层的再生纸在50-80℃的温度环境下将再生纸上表面形成的淡绿色涂层压平整,再生纸的上表面受到的压力为300-800MPa;
(4)烘干以及制作笔记本:将步骤(3)出来的再生纸进一步烘干至含水量低于5%后制成环保型笔记本即完成全部操作。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下有益效果:
(1)本发明提供的环保型笔记本,在回收纸的基础上,通过水墨印刷方式涂覆淡绿色涂层,使得制得的环保型笔记本表面平整,书写顺畅,采用钢笔等带有墨汁的笔写出来的字不发生晕染。
(2)本发明在普通回收纸的基础上,无需添加荧光增白剂,对学生健康没有伤害;而且通过涂覆淡绿色涂层,还能使得学生在使用笔记本时,视力不受到损害。
(3)本发明结合纸回收制造再生纸工序,直接在湿纸幅上进行水墨全幅印刷,由于湿纸幅本身具有水分,对水墨具有更高的接纳性,从而保证得到质量高的笔记本。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步说明,本发明的方式包括但不仅限于以下实施例。
实施例
本发明包括如下步骤:
(1)利用废纸造再生纸:先将回收的废纸尽可能撕碎或剪碎,在水中浸泡24小时;用打浆机将碎纸打成纸浆,将纸浆注入造纸机中造纸,烘干即得到湿再生纸;
(2)将湿再生纸投入水墨印刷机中进行水墨全幅印刷,使得再生纸的上表面印刷形成淡绿色涂层,本步骤中,由于再生纸本身的不平整,印刷起来上墨比较容易;
(3)将上表面形成淡绿色涂层的再生纸在50-80℃的温度环境下将再生纸上表面形成的淡绿色涂层压平整,再生纸的上表面受到的压力为300-800MPa;
(4)将步骤(3)出来的再生纸进一步烘干至含水量低于5%后制成环保型笔记本即完成全部操作。
本实施例通过在不平整的再生纸上上墨并压烘,使得再生纸的上表面形成平整的淡绿色涂层,从而解决了现有技术环保型笔记本纸张粗糙、书写不顺滑的问题。
本实施例提供的一种环保型笔记本用纸的制备方法,在回收纸的基础上,通过水墨印刷方式涂覆淡绿色涂层,使得制得的环保型笔记本表面平整,书写顺畅,采用钢笔等带有墨汁的笔写出来的字不发生晕染;无需添加荧光增白剂,对学生健康没有伤害;而且通过涂覆淡绿色涂层,还能使得学生在使用笔记本时,视力不受到损害。
压烘设备中压板50-80℃的设置,在蒸发多余水分的同时还能有效减少回收纸上的细菌。

1.一种环保型笔记本用纸的制备方法,其特征在于:包括如下步骤:
(1)利用废纸造再生纸:回收纸质废弃物,将纸质废弃物依次经过经分类拣选、温水浸涨、打成纸浆工序形成回收纸浆,将回收纸浆经造纸机造成湿再生纸;
(2)再生纸涂覆淡绿色涂层:将湿再生纸投入水墨印刷机中进行水墨全幅印刷,使得再生纸的上表面形成淡绿色涂层;
(3)压烘:将上表面形成淡绿色涂层的再生纸在50-80℃的温度环境下将再生纸上表面形成的淡绿色涂层压平整,再生纸的上表面受到的压力为300-800MPa;
(4)烘干以及制作笔记本:将步骤(3)出来的再生纸进一步烘干至含水量低于5%后制成环保型笔记本即完成全部操作。
