The invention relates to a round glass cutting device, which comprises a device main body, a fixed supporting mechanism and a fixed cutting mechanism, wherein the fixed supporting mechanism comprises a central fixed supporting mechanism and an outer fixed supporting mechanism; the center fixed support mechanism is arranged in the device main body, the outer fixed support mechanism is arranged on the outer side of the device main body, and the fixed cutting mechanism is arranged above the device main body. The central fixed supporting mechanism is used for fixedly supporting the central part of the glass, the outer fixed supporting mechanism is used for fixedly supporting the periphery of the glass, so that the uniform stress of the glass is ensured, the cutting quality is improved, the rejection rate of the glass is effectively reduced, the integrity of the scrapped glass is ensured, the situation that the glass is broken and splashed is avoided, and an operator is protected from being injured.

Background

The circular glass cutting device comprises a device main body 20, a fixed supporting mechanism and a fixed cutting mechanism, wherein the fixed supporting mechanism comprises a central fixed supporting mechanism and an outer fixed supporting mechanism, the central fixed supporting mechanism is arranged inside the device main body 20, the outer fixed supporting mechanism is arranged outside the device main body 20, and the fixed cutting mechanism is arranged above the device main body 20.
The glass support plate 5 is extended outward from the edge of the device body 20 for placing glass to be cut, and may be disposed in a ring shape along the edge of the device body 20. The glass supporting plate 5 is provided with an anti-skid buffer cushion to buffer the placing process of the glass, so that unnecessary damage is avoided. Specifically, the device body 20 has a hollow structure with an open upper end, and the hollow portion thereof can serve as a cullet collecting container.
The center fixed supporting mechanism comprises a lifting table and a first sucker 17 with a disc opening upwards arranged on the lifting table. The lifting table is provided at the bottom of the apparatus main body 20, and can perform lifting operation. Specifically, the lifting platform comprises a screw rod 11, a circular gear 13, a low-speed motor 19, a supporting frame 10 and a circular ring plate 9. The outside fixed support mechanism comprises a suspension 7, a chute 8, a lifting column 6 and a second sucker 16. The hanger bracket 7 extends outward perpendicularly to the outer wall of the apparatus main body 20, and the chute 8 is also provided on the hanger bracket 7 in a direction extending outward from the outer wall of the apparatus main body 20. The bottom end of the lifting column 6 is arranged in the chute 8, can freely move along the chute 8 and is fixed at a certain point. The second sucking disc 16 is arranged at the top end of the lifting column 6 upwards. The reset lifting column is vertically fixedly connected to the top wall, the anti-slip pad 14 is fixedly connected to the lower end of the reset lifting column, and the rotary sleeve 3 is sleeved on the lower part of the reset lifting column in a freely rotatable manner. The guide rail rod 15 is fixedly connected with the rotary sleeve 3 and horizontally arranged, and the rotary sleeve 3 moves circularly by taking the rotary sleeve 3 as the center. The sliding sleeve 21 is slidably arranged on the guide rail rod 15, and the glass cutter 22 is interchangeably arranged at the lower end of the sliding sleeve 21 through a screw. Specifically, the guide rail rod 15 can be provided with scales to facilitate the position setting of the sliding sleeve and further improve the cutting precision. The reset lifting column comprises a reset spring 1 with one end fixedly connected to the top wall and a pressing column 2 with one end fixedly connected to the other end of the reset spring 1 and the other end fixedly connected with an anti-slip pad 14.
The first sucker and the second sucker can both adopt silica gel suckers.
Working principle: according to the round glass cutting device provided by the invention, before cutting operation, glass 4 to be cut is firstly placed on the glass supporting plate 5 of the device main body 20, and the anti-slip pad 14 is pressed above the glass 4 by utilizing the reset lifting column, so that the glass to be cut is primarily fixed. The lift table is then lifted until the first suction cup 17 is attached to the glass 4 to be cut, and then the size of the lift post 6 is adjusted until the second suction cup 16 is attached to the glass 4 to be cut. The distance between the second suckers on the same cantilever can be adjusted arbitrarily according to the cutting size. The glass cutter 22 is then moved to a proper position according to the cutting size of the glass 4 to be cut, and the rail bar 15 is rotated to cut the glass. And finally, continuously lifting the lifting table to separate the semi-finished glass from the waste glass, and taking out the semi-finished glass after the semi-finished glass is separated.
