Sewage enters the filter cartridge from the feed inlet 122 of the grating machine, filtered filtrate is discharged from the discharge outlet 121 of the grating machine due to the effect of the grating filter cartridge, large-particle impurities are blocked in the cartridge by the grating filter cartridge and are discharged to the discharge end by the auger, and the discharge sealing cover 124 is opened, so that the coarse residues can be cleaned.
The dirt suction pump 13 is installed behind the grille filtering device 12, and is provided with a dirt suction pump discharge port 131, a pump body 132 and a dirt suction pump feed port 133, the dirt suction pump feed port 133 is connected with the grille machine discharge port 121, the pump body 132 is a positive displacement rotor pump, preferably a cam rotor pump or a screw pump, and the dirt suction pump discharge port 131 is connected with the stirring box 9 through a first butterfly valve 14. The first butterfly valve 14 is used for controlling the flow of the sewage suction pump 13 and the backflow of the sewage in the stirring tank 9 during the shutdown.
The agitator tank 9 is installed behind the sewage suction pump 13, the agitator motor is installed above the agitator tank 93, the agitator (not shown in the figure) is arranged inside the agitator tank, the water tank 91 is arranged at the rear end of the agitator tank 93 and connected with the sludge dewatering machine 8, and the second butterfly valve 92 is arranged at the bottom of the agitator tank 93 and used for emptying sewage in the agitator tank. To observe the internal operation of the agitator tank body 93, a camera 94 is also provided atop the body, preferably at a location near the water tank 91.
The sludge dewatering machine 8 is arranged behind the stirring box 9, is a novel TRP flat plate type sludge dewatering machine and is provided with a dry sludge discharge port 81, a dewatering mechanism 82, a third butterfly valve 83 and a dewatering machine feed port 84, wherein the dewatering machine feed port 84 is arranged at the front end and is connected with the stirring box 9, the dry sludge discharge port 81 is arranged at the rear end, the dewatering mechanism 82 is arranged above the middle part, and the third butterfly valve 83 is arranged below the right end and is used for discharging filtrate; a liquid level sensor 16 is arranged at the feed port 84 of the dewatering machine.
The left side of the stirring box 9 is provided with a medicine soaking box 10 which is composed of a front medicine soaking box and a rear medicine soaking box, the front part is provided with a second medicine soaking box 103, the rear part is provided with a first medicine soaking box 101, the upper top cover of the first medicine soaking box 101 is provided with a first medicine adding pump 102, and the upper top cover of the second medicine soaking box 103 is provided with a second medicine adding pump 104. The two medicine soaking boxes can be used alternatively or jointly.
The right side of agitator tank 9 is electrical control cabinet 15, be equipped with display screen 151, PLC intelligent control device 152, shift knob 153, converter 154 and the cabinet body 155, display screen 151 and shift knob 153 are installed on the right-hand side panel of the cabinet body 155, PLC intelligent control device 152 and converter 154 are installed in the cabinet body 155, sewage suction pipe reelpipe device 2, sludge dewaterer 8, agitator tank 9, bubble medicine case 10, grid filter equipment 12 and sewage suction pump 13 all insert electrical control cabinet 15's PLC intelligent control device 152 centralized control. The liquid level sensor 16 is connected with the PLC intelligent control device 152, and the PLC intelligent control device 152 can control the sewage suction pump 13, the first dosing pump 102 and the second dosing pump 103 to be closed after receiving the liquid level signal.
The invention can be selectively provided with a high-pressure cleaning system 6 which is arranged at the rear part of the carriage 4 and at the rear lower part of the sludge dewatering machine 8; the high-pressure cleaning system 6 comprises a clean water tank 61, a high-pressure water pump 62, a dredging reel 63 and a cleaning reel 64; the clean water tank 61 is used for storing clean water for cleaning, the high-pressure water pump 62 is powered by a power supply to work, and high-pressure water generated by the high-pressure water pump 62 is respectively conveyed to the dredging reel 63 and the cleaning reel 64 for pipeline dredging and high-pressure vehicle and equipment washing.
And a winder 7 is arranged at the rear part of the carriage 4 and used for winding and unwinding an electric wire connected with an external power grid.
The operation steps of the invention during working are as follows:
1. stopping the vehicle to a working place, starting a vehicle-mounted power generation system 5 (a chassis power take-off power generation device) to generate power or connecting a wire winder 7 on the left side of the tail part of the carriage into three-phase alternating current of a power grid to take power to provide power for equipment;
2. adding a proper amount of clear water and a proper amount of medicine (such as flocculating agent) into the first medicine soaking box 101 or the second medicine box 103 or both to stir;
3. controlling a driving motor 25 of the sewage suction pipe reelpipe device 2, extending the sewage suction pipe 26 out, and placing the pipe orifice of the sewage suction pipe 26 into a sewage pool;
4. after the medicines in the medicine soaking box 10 are soaked, a button on the electric appliance control 15 is operated to close the medicine soaking box 10, and the sewage suction pump 13, the first medicine adding pump 102 (or the second medicine adding pump 104), the grating filtering device 12, the stirring box 9 and the sludge dewatering machine 8 are sequentially started (the operation can be finished by starting a key under the automatic control of the PLC intelligent control device 152).
After the sewage suction pump 13 is started, the sewage is sucked into the grating filtering device 12 through the sewage suction pipe 26 to be filtered and separated into sewage and coarse slag, wherein the coarse slag is manually discharged through the discharging sealing cover 124 after the machine is stopped; the sewage is led to the sewage suction pump feeding hole 133 from the discharge hole 121 of the grating machine, sucked by the sewage suction pump, discharged from the discharge hole 131 of the sewage suction pump, led to the first butterfly valve 14 and then put into the stirring box 9; meanwhile, the medicines in the first medicine soaking box 101 are pumped into the stirring box 9 through the first medicine feeding pump 102 to be stirred and flocculated with the sewage, the sewage is changed into floccules and cleaner water after being stirred and flocculated and flows into the sludge dewatering machine 8 through the water tank 91 of the stirring box 9, the dry sludge formed after being squeezed and dewatered by the sludge dewatering machine 8 is discharged through a dry sludge discharge port at the rear end, and the filtrate is discharged into a sewer through the third butterfly valve 83; the whole sewage suction purification process is continuously carried out;
the frequency converter 154 of the electrical control cabinet 15 can adjust the suction flow of the sewage suction pump 13, the stirring speed of the stirring box 9 and the dehydration speed of the sludge dewatering machine 8, the display screen 151 can observe the flocculation condition of the stirring of the sewage and the medicine in the stirring box 9, and the frequency converter 154 is conveniently adjusted to achieve the best flocculation and dehydration effects.

the sewage suction pipe reeling device comprises a discharge port, a rear fixing seat, a rotary joint, a sewage suction reel, a driving motor and a transmission mechanism, wherein the discharge port, the rotary joint and the sewage suction reel are sequentially connected together, and the sewage suction reel is arranged on the front end face of the rear fixing seat; the driving motor is arranged on the side surface of the rear fixed seat and is connected with the central shaft of the sewage suction reel through a transmission mechanism;
the grating filtering device is arranged at the front end of the mounting frame position close to the sewage suction pipe reeling device and is cylindrical, a grating machine discharge port, a grating machine feed port, a grating machine cylinder body and a discharge sealing cover are arranged outside the mounting frame position, a grating filter cylinder, an auger and an auger motor are arranged inside the mounting frame position, the grating machine discharge port is connected with a sewage suction pump, the grating machine feed port is connected with the discharge port of the sewage suction pipe reeling device, the auger motor is arranged at one end of the grating machine cylinder body, the discharge sealing cover is arranged at one end of the grating machine cylinder body, the auger motor is connected with the auger arranged on an inner central shaft, the grating filter cylinder is arranged between the grating machine cylinder body and the auger, a pipe orifice of the grating machine feed port penetrates through the grating filter cylinder, and;
the sewage suction pump is arranged behind the grating filtering device and is provided with a sewage suction pump discharge port, a pump body and a sewage suction pump feed port, the sewage suction pump feed port is connected with the grating machine discharge port, and the sewage suction pump discharge port is connected with the stirring box through a first butterfly valve; the stirring box is arranged behind the sewage suction pump, the stirring motor is arranged above the box body, the stirrer is arranged in the stirring box, the rear end of the box body is provided with a water tank connected with the sludge dewatering machine, and the bottom of the box body is provided with a second butterfly valve; the sludge dewatering machine is arranged behind the stirring box and is provided with a dry sludge discharge port, a dewatering mechanism, a third butterfly valve and a dewatering machine feed port, the dewatering machine feed port is arranged at the front end and connected with the stirring box, the dry sludge discharge port is arranged at the rear end, the dewatering mechanism is arranged above the middle part, and the third butterfly valve is arranged below the right end and used for discharging filtrate; the left side of the stirring box is provided with a medicine soaking box which consists of a front medicine soaking box and a rear medicine soaking box, and the top covers of the two medicine soaking boxes are respectively provided with a medicine feeding pump;
the right side of agitator tank is the electrical apparatus switch board, is equipped with display screen, PLC intelligent control device, shift knob, converter and the cabinet body, display screen and shift knob install on the right side panel of the cabinet body, PLC intelligent control device and converter are installed in the cabinet internally, sewage suction pipe reelpipe device, sludge dewaterer, agitator tank, bubble medical kit, grid filter equipment and sewage suction pump all insert PLC intelligent control device centralized control.

The soil pick-up purification vehicle of claim 1, wherein: the sewage suction pipe reeling device is characterized by further comprising a carriage, wherein the carriage is arranged above a girder behind the chassis and mainly comprises a tail door air spring, a tail door, a rolling door, a carriage upper part frame and a carriage bottom plate, the carriage bottom plate is fixedly arranged on the chassis, an installation frame of the sewage suction pipe reeling device is arranged close to the front end of the carriage bottom plate, and the carriage upper part frame is of a main body structure of the carriage and is connected with the carriage bottom plate through bolts; the tail gate is arranged at the tail part of the carriage upper frame, is open at the top and is connected with the carriage upper frame through two tail gate gas springs which are symmetrically arranged; the two rolling doors are respectively arranged at the left side and the right side of the upper frame of the carriage; the sludge dewatering machine, the stirring box, the medicine soaking box, the grid filtering device, the sewage suction pump and the electric appliance control cabinet are arranged in the carriage; and a grid filtering device, a sewage suction pump, a stirring box and a sludge dewatering machine are sequentially arranged from front to back at the middle right position inside the carriage.

The soil pick-up purification vehicle as claimed in claim 1 or 2, wherein: the sewage suction pipe reeling device is fixedly arranged on a carriage bottom plate, a front fixing frame is arranged at the front end of the sewage suction reel between a carriage upper part frame and a cab of the chassis, a guide rolling frame is arranged at the right lower part of the sewage suction reel, and the front fixing frame is connected with a rotating shaft of the sewage suction reel and serves as a front baffle of the sewage suction reel; the guide rolling frame is parallel to a rotating shaft of the sewage sucking reel and is arranged on a carriage bottom plate.
