In an effort to solve the problems of the prior art, the present application proposes an improved snap-on mechanism which enables a convenient connection between a seat or basket and a stroller frame, and which is reliable and easy to operate.
Referring to fig. 1 to 10, in one embodiment of the latch mechanism of the present application, the latch mechanism is used to mount a seat 10 or a basket on a stroller frame 20, the bottom of the seat 10 or the basket is provided with a socket 1, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, the latch mechanism includes a paddle structure 21 and a latch 22 provided on the stroller frame 20 and a limiting hole 11 provided on the socket 1, and when the seat 10 or the basket is engaged with the stroller frame 20 through the socket 1, the paddle structure 21 can be touched and the paddle structure 21 can be moved to drive the latch 22 to extend out of the stroller frame 20 and insert into the limiting hole 11, so as to realize the relative fixation between the seat 10 or the basket and the stroller frame 20.
In the above embodiment, the engaging mechanism is provided with the plectrum structure 21, the bayonet 22 and the limiting hole 11, when the seat 10 or the basket is engaged with the stroller frame 20 through the plug 1, the plectrum structure 21 can be touched, and the plectrum structure 21 is moved, so that the bayonet 22 is driven to extend from the stroller frame 20 and be inserted into the limiting hole 11, so that the relative fixation between the seat 10 or the basket and the stroller frame 20 is realized. The clamping mechanism has a simple structure, the clamping pin 22 can be driven to automatically insert into the limiting hole 11 by touching the shifting plate structure 21, the operation is convenient, and an operator does not need to perform special locking operation; the manner of inserting the bayonet 22 into the limiting hole 11 to limit the relative movement between the seat 10 or the basket and the stroller frame 20 is also firm and reliable, so that the seat 10 or the basket and the stroller frame 20 can be prevented from relative movement in a plurality of directions such as up and down, left and right, and the problem of connection loosening or failure caused by uneven road surface and the like can be avoided.
As a specific implementation of the paddle structure 21 in the above embodiment, as shown in fig. 3, the paddle structure 21 includes a rotation connector 211 and a paddle 212 connected to the rotation connector 211, where the rotation connector 211 is mounted on the stroller frame 20 through a rotation shaft 25 and at least partially exposed so as to be capable of being touched when the seat 10 or the basket is engaged with the stroller frame 20, and the paddle 212 is used to drive the bayonet 22 to extend after the rotation connector 211 is touched and rotated around the rotation shaft 25.
The rotating connecting piece 211 is arranged on the baby carriage frame 20 through the rotating shaft 25, so that the rotating connecting piece 211 rotates around the rotating shaft 25 when being touched, and the stirring piece 212 connected with the rotating connecting piece 211 can be driven to move after the rotating connecting piece 211 rotates, so that the clamping pin 22 is driven to extend. The plectrum structure 21 with the rotatable structure has better realizability and simple and reliable structure.
Of course, the rotation connecting piece 211 is not limited to a rotation movement form to drive the toggle piece 212 to move and enable the driving bayonet 22 to extend, and in other embodiments, the rotation connecting piece 211 may also be in a linear movement form, so long as the toggle piece 212 is enabled to correspondingly enable the bayonet 22 to extend after the rotation connecting piece 211 is touched to move.
Further, the rotary connecting piece 211 and the poking piece 212 are integrally formed, so that the manufacturing is convenient, the installation is convenient, and the structural strength is good.
As a further improvement of the locking mechanism of the present application, as shown in fig. 7 and 8, the stroller frame 20 is provided with a hole 26 for exposing the rotation connector 211, at least part of the rotation connector 211 is exposed out of the stroller frame 20 through the hole 26, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, the connector 1 is provided with a protrusion 12, and the protrusion 12 can be inserted into the hole 26 after the connector 1 is mounted in place, so as to abut against the rotation connector 211 and rotate the rotation connector 211. By providing the protrusion 12, after the plug connector 1 is installed in place, the protrusion 12 extends into the hole 26 to form a longer-distance drive for the rotary connector 211, which is beneficial to increasing the movement stroke of the rotary connector 211, so that the bayonet lock 22 can also move a longer distance until extending into the limiting hole 11.
In addition to the above-described manner of increasing the movement stroke of the rotation connector 211 by providing the projection 12, it is preferable that the touched end of the rotation connector 211 is provided in a wedge shape, that is, the end surface of the rotation connector 211 at which the stroller frame 20 is exposed is provided with an inclined surface, for example, the inclined surface may cause the exposed portion of the rotation connector 211 to sequentially increase from top to bottom, so that the rotation connector 211 can be touched and driven to rotate by the connector 1 itself (that is, the outer surface of the connector 1) during the installation process. The plug connector 1 is convenient to insert and install in an inclined plane mode, so that the plug connector 1 is not laborious in an initial stage of installation from top to bottom, and in a process of slowly inserting downwards, the plug connector 1 can touch the rotating connector 211 and enable the rotating connector 211 to slowly rotate, and further the poking piece 212 is driven to enable the bayonet 22 to extend. The inclined surface is provided so long as the bayonet lock 22 can be extended out and enter the limiting hole 11.
In each of the above embodiments, the striking member 212 may be a flexible member, such as a wire rope, and the rotation of the rotation connecting member 211 causes the wire rope to be extended or shortened so as to drive the bayonet 22 to extend or retract; of course, the toggle member 212 may be a structural member.
In the following, the toggle member 212 is taken as an example of a structural member, and another improvement of the locking mechanism of the present application will be described. As shown in fig. 1, the bayonet 22 is provided with a bump 221, and the toggle member 212 can abut against the bump 221 and drive the bump 221 to extend the bayonet 22 under the driving of the rotary connecting member 211. The bump 221 may be a separate component connected to the bayonet 22, or may be integrally formed with the bayonet 22.
Further, the protruding block 221 is annular and sleeved on the stirring piece 212, the stirring piece 212 is provided with a through hole, and the stirring piece 22 passes through the through hole and makes the protruding block 221 abut against the stirring piece 212.
Preferably, one side of the toggle member 212 is open and has a U-shaped structure, so that the bayonet 22 can be penetrated from the side, the installation is convenient, and the overall weight can be reduced.
To facilitate the positioning of the bayonet 22, the engagement mechanism may further comprise an elastic member for holding the bayonet 22 inside the stroller frame 20 before the bayonet 22 is extended and resetting the bayonet 22 after the driving action of the bayonet 22 is eliminated.

As shown in fig. 5, the bayonet 22 passes through the through hole on the toggle member 212 and then passes through the mounting hole on the fixing member 27, the bump 221 on the bayonet 22 is blocked on one side of the toggle member 212 away from the fixing member 27, one end of the spring 23 is connected with one end of the bayonet 22 located inside the joint cover 2, and the other end is fixed on one side of the fixing member 27 away from the toggle member 212.
Further, as shown in fig. 1, a clip 24 is provided at one end of the clip 22 located in the stroller frame 20, and a spring 23 is provided between the clip 24 and the fixing member 27.
Specifically, the end of the bayonet 22 located in the stroller frame 20 is provided with an annular groove 222, the snap ring 24 is an open washer and is mounted in the annular groove 222, and one end of the spring 23 is connected with the open washer. The snap ring 24 is configured as an open washer, through which the snap ring 24 can be conveniently nested within the annular groove 222.
Of course, besides the cooperation between the snap ring 24 and the annular groove 222, the bayonet 22 may also be provided with external threads, the snap ring 24 is internally provided with internal threads, and the snap ring 24 is connected with the bayonet 22 through threads; alternatively, the snap ring 24 is not provided and one end of the spring 23 is fixedly attached directly to the end of the bayonet 22 located in the stroller frame 20.
On the basis of the above structure, in the initial state, before the seat 10 or the basket is not installed, the spring 23 is of a natural length, and the bayonet 22 is restrained inside the joint cover 2 by the supporting action of the spring 23; when the plug connector 1 is installed downwards, the rotating connecting piece 211 is touched and rotated to drive the stirring piece 212 to rotate, the stirring piece 212 drives the protruding block 221 on the bayonet 22 to extend outwards while rotating to drive the bayonet 22 until the bayonet is inserted into the limiting hole 11, at this time, the spring 23 is elongated, and when the acting force on the rotating connecting piece 211 disappears, the spring 23 returns to the natural length to drive the bayonet 22 to retract.
To facilitate the mounting of the plug 1, the paddle structure 21 may be provided inside the joint cover 2 of the stroller frame 20. As shown in fig. 6, a guiding and positioning structure 3 is arranged on the outer side of the joint cover 2, the plug connector 1 and the guiding and positioning structure 3 are matched with each other to guide the movement of the plug connector 1, and the limiting hole 11 is aligned with the extending direction of the bayonet 22 after the plug connector 1 is installed in place.
Preferably, the guiding and positioning structure 3 may be formed by a protruding strip arranged on the outer side of the joint cover 2, when the plug connector 1 is installed, the guiding and positioning structure 3 and the edge of the plug connector 1 are matched, so that the movement of the plug connector 1 can be guided, meanwhile, the guiding and positioning structure 3 may comprise a bottom edge, the bottom edge can limit the movement position of the plug connector 1, the plug connector 1 is guaranteed to be exactly installed in place when being in contact with the bottom edge, and the limiting hole 11 on the plug connector 1 is exactly aligned with the extending direction of the bayonet 22.
Further, the plug 1 is provided with a groove 14, and the guiding and positioning structure 3 comprises a side frame 31 which is matched with at least one side edge of the plug 1 and a middle lug 32 which is matched with the groove 14.
By providing the recess 14 and the middle projection 32, the guiding and positioning structure 3 may not need to include two side frames respectively matching with two sides of the connector 1, and since the joint cover 2 is generally configured to be substantially triangular, if the side frame 31 including two side frames matching with two sides of the connector 1 is configured to be U-shaped, there may be insufficient space on the joint cover 2. Accordingly, the side frames 31 may be configured to be generally L-shaped to accommodate the generally triangular constraint of the joint cover 2, as shown in fig. 7 and 8, based on the recesses 14 and the intermediate projections 32 described above.
Based on the engaging mechanism in each embodiment, the application further provides a stroller including the engaging mechanism. By this engagement mechanism, the seat 10 or basket can be conveniently mounted on the stroller frame 20, as shown in fig. 9 and 10, in a view before and after installation, respectively.
The seat 10 can be a safety seat for being installed on an automobile, the seat 10 can be installed on a rear seat of the automobile when the automobile is taken, and the seat 10 can be installed on a baby carriage frame 20 after leaving the automobile, so that the baby carriage is used; the basket may be a basket for carrying a child, and may be used to hold a baby while riding in a car or resting in a stationary location, and may be mounted on the stroller frame 20 when movement is desired, to form a stroller.
