制作工艺：
根据权利要求1所述材料配比：1、将中药饮片放煎药锅中浸泡1小时（加水浸过药2-3cm左右），用温火慢炖，炖开后继续煎熬20分钟，取药液200ml；2、加水重复前一步骤，取药液200ml；3将两次药液混合后温服，一天两次，饭后1小时用。
本发明具有以下特点：
1、本发明涉及一种治疗失眠的药方，选料简单，便于操作，有效缓解以前不适症状；
2、配方简单、制作容易、易于推广。
