In the description of the present invention, it should be noted that the terms "mounted," "connected," and "connected" are to be construed broadly and may be, for example, fixedly connected, detachably connected, or integrally connected unless otherwise explicitly stated or limited. Either mechanically or electrically. Either directly or indirectly through intervening media, either internally or in any other relationship. The specific meanings of the above terms in the present invention can be understood by those skilled in the art according to specific situations.
Referring to fig. 1 to 5, the method for controlling a washing appliance according to an embodiment of the present invention can be, but is not limited to, applied to the washing appliance 100 according to an embodiment of the present invention, and the washing appliance 100 is, for example, a dishwasher. The washing appliance 100 includes a water softener 10. The control method of the washing electric appliance comprises the following steps:
step S1: controlling the washing electric appliance 100 to enter a first washing stage;
step S2, judging whether the first washing stage is finished, if yes, entering step S3, if not, continuing to execute step S2;
step S3: and judging whether the hardness of the first washing water after the first washing stage is over a first preset value, if so, starting the water softener 10 to regenerate the first washing water, and if not, enabling the water softener 10 to be in a closed state.
In the control method of the washing appliance, after the first washing stage of the washing appliance 100 is finished and the hardness of the first washing water is greater than or equal to the first preset value, the water softener 10 can be started to regenerate the first washing water, so that the probability of accumulating water scales on the water spray arm, the inner container and other parts of the washing appliance 100 can be reduced, the water spray holes of the washing appliance 100 can be effectively prevented from being blocked, and the washing effect is further ensured. In addition, since the water softener 10 is turned on after the first washing stage of the washing appliance 100 is finished and the hardness of the first washing water is greater than or equal to the first preset value, it is not necessary to complete the washing of the dishes in the washing appliance 100 after the first washing water is regenerated during the operation of the first washing stage, thereby shortening the washing time and improving the convenience of the user.
In the present embodiment, the first washing water is washing water filtered by a filter system of the washing appliance 100. Furthermore, after the water softener 10 is turned on, the washing appliance 100 may be directly turned off. The water softener 10 can automatically perform a regeneration process of the first washing water. When the hardness of the first washing water after the first washing stage is not more than the first preset value, the hardness of the first washing water after the tableware is washed is relatively low, namely the contents of calcium and magnesium ions in the first washing water are relatively low, and the first washing water can not be subjected to regeneration treatment. When the hardness of the first washing water after the first washing stage is greater than the first preset value, it means that the hardness of the first washing water after the washing of the dishes is greater, that is, the contents of calcium and magnesium ions are greater, and the first washing water needs to be regenerated. Wherein, the water softener 10 can be provided with resin to effectively adsorb calcium and magnesium ions in water through the resin, and the resin adsorbed by the calcium and magnesium ions is exchanged with saline water and can be repeatedly utilized. The soft water regenerated by the water softener 10 can be recycled. The first washing water after the first washing stage is finished may be directly discharged to the outside of the washing appliance 100 without being regenerated by the water softener 10.
Of course, the process of the resin of the water softener 10 adsorbing the calcium and magnesium ions in the water and the process of the resin and the brine exchange process adsorbing the calcium and magnesium ions all require a certain time, and the above regeneration process of the water softener 10 can be automatically performed, so that compared with the case that the regeneration process of the water softener 10 is set in the washing procedure (the washing stage is executed or entered by a corresponding program), the process of the regeneration process of the water softener 10 is set after the washing procedure of the washing appliance 100, the washing procedure of the washing appliance 100 can be completed without waiting for the regeneration process of the water softener 10, thereby effectively saving the washing time and improving the convenience of the user.
In addition, the first preset value can be set according to specific situations. When the first preset value is set to be greater, the regeneration frequency of the water washed by the washing appliance 100 is lower, and when the first preset value is set to be smaller, the regeneration frequency of the water washed by the washing appliance 100 is higher.
In the present embodiment, the washing appliance 100 starts to wash dishes in the washing appliance 100 after entering the first washing stage. The first washing stage includes a pre-washing stage, a main washing stage, a rinsing stage, and a drying stage. Wherein, in the pre-washing stage, the washing water will roughly wash the dishes to be washed in the washing appliance 100 to remove the larger residues on the dishes to be washed, and the washing water is not added with detergent; after the pre-washing stage is completed, the washing appliance 100 enters a main washing stage, in which washing water is added with detergent and heated to a relatively high temperature, and the higher temperature can give the detergent greater activity, so that oil stains and oil stains on the tableware to be washed can be relatively thoroughly removed; after the main washing stage is completed, the washing appliance 100 enters a rinsing stage, wherein the washing water in the rinsing stage is clear water without detergent added and is used for cleaning the detergent such as foam and the like remained on the tableware to be cleaned; after the rinsing stage is completed, the washing appliance 100 enters a drying stage, and the tableware is dried and sterilized by the drying device, thereby completing the whole washing process. Wherein the first washing water may include washing water of a pre-washing stage and/or washing water of a main washing stage and/or washing water of a rinsing stage after filtering.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the washing appliance 100 includes a control device 20 and a water softener 10. The water softener 10 is electrically connected with the control device 20. The control device 20 is configured to control the washing appliance 100 to enter the first washing stage, and to determine whether the first washing stage is finished, and to determine whether the hardness of the first washing water after the first washing stage is finished is greater than a first preset value, and to control the water softener 10 to be turned on to perform regeneration processing on the first washing water when the hardness of the first washing water after the first washing stage is finished is greater than the first preset value, and to control the water softener 10 to be in a turned-off state when the hardness of the first washing water after the first washing stage is finished is less than or equal to the first preset value, and to continue to determine whether the first washing stage is finished when the first washing stage is not finished. That is, in the present embodiment, the first washing water used up in the first washing stage may be regenerated by using a time interval between two washing operations before and after the washing operation of the washing appliance 100.
In some embodiments, after step S3 and after the washing appliance 100 is turned off for a certain period of time, the control method of the washing appliance includes:
step S4: restarting the washing electric appliance 100, and controlling the washing electric appliance 100 to enter a second washing stage;
step S5: and determining whether the washing appliance 100 turns on the water softener 10 in step S3, if yes, proceeding to step S6, otherwise, proceeding to step S7;
step S6: controlling the washing appliance 100 to enter a first water inlet and drainage stage;
step S7: the washing appliance 100 is controlled to enter the washing mode of the second washing stage.
In this way, when the water softener 10 is turned on and the regeneration treatment is performed after the first washing stage is finished, the washing appliance 100 can be controlled to enter the first water inlet and outlet stage to discharge the water containing more calcium and magnesium ions after the regeneration treatment out of the washing appliance 100 through the water outlet system of the washing appliance 100. When the water softener 10 is not turned on after the first washing stage is finished, clean water may be directly introduced from the outside for washing the dishes of the washing appliance 100.
It should be noted that the first water inlet and drainage stage includes a water inlet stage and a water drainage stage, and the water inlet stage and the water drainage stage are performed in sequence. In the water inlet stage, the washing appliance 100 may pump clean water into the water softener 10 through the pump body to replace the water containing a large amount of calcium and magnesium ions in the water softener 10, and discharge the water containing a large amount of calcium and magnesium ions out of the washing appliance 100 through the water discharge stage to reduce the softened substance for softening the washing water in the water softener 10.
In addition, the certain time period for turning off the washing appliance 100 is determined according to the use condition of the user, for example, the user can turn on the washing appliance 100 again for the next washing after completing the first washing stage for half an hour. Generally, the regeneration process of the water softener 10 is about 20 minutes.
In this embodiment, after determining whether the hardness of the first washing water after the first washing stage is over the preset value and the washing appliance 100 is turned off for a certain time, the washing appliance 100 is turned on again, the control device 20 is configured to control the washing appliance 100 to enter the second washing stage and determine whether the water softener 10 is turned on in the step of determining whether the hardness of the first washing water after the first washing stage is over the first preset value, if so, the water softener is configured to control the washing appliance 100 to enter the first water inlet and drainage stage, and if not, the water softener 100 is configured to control the washing appliance 100 to enter the washing mode of the second washing stage. When the water softener 10 is not regenerated after the first washing stage is finished, the washing appliance 100 can be directly controlled to enter the washing mode of the second washing stage to wash the dishes.
In some embodiments, the washing appliance 100 includes a power down memory module 30. The power-down memory module 30 is used for recording when the water softener 10 is started, and in step S5, whether the water softener 10 is started in step S3 is determined by the washing appliance 100 according to the recording result of the power-down memory module 30. Thus, after the water softener 10 is started, the power-down memory module 30 can store and memorize the action of the water softener 10 at the time, so that after the next washing procedure is started, the washing appliance 100 can judge whether the water softener 10 is operated after the previous washing is finished according to the recording result of the electric memory module 30, if the water softener 10 is operated, the regeneration treatment is performed in the previous washing procedure, and thus, clean water needs to be introduced to replace the water containing more calcium and magnesium ions in the water softener 10 in the next washing procedure, so that the water containing more calcium and magnesium ions in the water softener 10 is prevented from entering a spray arm or an inner container of the washing appliance 100 to form scale.
In the present embodiment, the washing appliance 100 includes a power down memory module 30. The power-down memory module 30 is electrically connected to the control device 20. The power-down memory module 30 is used for recording when the water softener 10 is started. The control device 20 is used for judging whether the water softener 10 is started or not in the step of judging whether the hardness of the first washing water after the first washing stage is over the first preset value or not by the washing electric appliance 100 according to the recording result of the power-down memory module 30. Thus, after the water softener 10 is started, the power-down memory module 30 can store and memorize the action of the water softener 10 at the time, so that after the next washing procedure is started, the control device 20 can judge whether the water softener 10 is operated after the previous washing is finished according to the recording result of the electric memory module 30, if the water softener 10 is operated, the regeneration treatment is performed in the previous washing procedure, and thus, clean water needs to be introduced to replace the water containing more calcium and magnesium ions in the water softener 10 in the next washing procedure, so as to prevent the water containing more calcium and magnesium ions in the water softener 10 from entering the spray arm or the inner container of the washing appliance 100 to form scale formation. In addition, the power down memory module 30 can prevent the system of the washing appliance 100 from being unable to judge whether the water softener 10 is turned on or not when the washing appliance 100 is turned off after the first washing stage is finished.
In the present embodiment, the washing appliance 100 includes a water inlet device 40 and a water discharge device 50. The control device 20 is electrically connected to the water inlet device 40 and the water outlet device 50. When the control device 20 determines that the water softener 10 is opened after the first washing procedure is finished, the control device 20 controls the washing appliance 100 to enter a first water inlet and drainage stage, which includes a water inlet stage and a water drainage stage. At this time, the control device 20 is used for controlling the operation of the water inlet device 40 to introduce clean water into the water softener 10 to replace water containing more calcium and magnesium ions in the water softener 10 in the water inlet stage, and controlling the operation of the water outlet device 50 to discharge the water containing more calcium and magnesium ions out of the washing appliance 100 in the water outlet stage, so as to replace the water containing more calcium and magnesium ions in the water softener 10, thereby preventing the water containing more calcium and magnesium ions from being brought into the washing process to leave calcium and magnesium ions in the spray arm or the inner container of the washing appliance 100.
In some embodiments, after the washing appliance 100 enters the first water inlet draining stage, step S6 includes: and judging whether the first water inlet and drainage stage is finished, if so, controlling the washing appliance 100 to enter a second water inlet and drainage stage, and if not, continuously judging whether the first water inlet and drainage stage is finished. Therefore, after the first water inlet and drainage stage is finished, the washing electric appliance 100 can be controlled to enter the second water inlet and drainage stage so as to further discharge the water containing more calcium and magnesium ions after the regeneration treatment out of the washing electric appliance 100 through the drainage system of the washing electric appliance 100, and the efficiency is improved.
It should be noted that the second water inlet and drainage stage includes a water inlet stage and a drainage stage, and the water inlet stage and the drainage stage are performed sequentially. In the water inlet stage, the washing appliance 100 may pump clean water into the water softener 10 through the pump body to replace the water containing more calcium and magnesium ions in the water softener 10, and discharge the water containing more calcium and magnesium ions out of the washing appliance 100 through the water discharge stage. Thus, water containing more calcium and magnesium ions in the water softener 10 can be discharged out of the washing appliance 100 through multiple water feeding and discharging. In the present embodiment, after the washing appliance 100 enters the first water inlet and drainage phase, the control device 20 is configured to determine whether the first water inlet and drainage phase is finished, and to control the washing appliance 100 to enter the second water inlet and drainage phase when the first water inlet and drainage phase is finished, and to continuously determine whether the first water inlet and drainage phase is finished when the first water inlet and drainage phase is not finished.
In some embodiments, after the washing appliance 100 enters the second water inlet and draining stage, step S6 includes: and judging whether the second water inlet and drainage stage is finished, if so, entering the step S7, and if not, continuously judging whether the second water inlet and drainage stage is finished. Thus, after the second water inlet and outlet stage is finished, the washing appliance 100 can be controlled to enter the washing stage of the second washing procedure to wash the dishes, and the judgment is continued when the second water inlet and outlet stage is not finished.
In the present embodiment, after the washing appliance 100 enters the second water inlet and outlet phase, the control device 20 is configured to determine whether the second water inlet and outlet phase is finished, and to control the washing appliance 100 to enter the washing phase of the second washing procedure to wash the dishes when the second water inlet and outlet phase is finished, and to continuously determine whether the second water inlet and outlet phase is finished when the second water inlet and outlet phase is not finished.
In some embodiments, after the washing machine 100 enters the washing stage of the second washing stage, the step S7 includes: judging whether the second washing stage is finished, if so, entering the step S8, otherwise, continuing to execute the step S7;
s8: and judging whether the hardness of the second washing water after the second washing stage is over a second preset value, if so, restarting the water softener 10 to regenerate the second washing water, and if not, enabling the water softener 10 to be in a closed state.
