Abstract
The invention discloses an interdental brush with a stop block for keeping the positioning capability of a cleaning brush and a process thereof, wherein a first grab handle and the stop block are formed during the first injection molding, the first grab handle is L-shaped and is internally provided with an accommodating space, the stop block is positioned at the bending part adjacent to the first grab handle, the inner side surface of the stop block is separated from the corresponding inner side surface of the first grab handle by a distance, then, a cleaning brush is inserted into one end of the first grab handle, and a cleaning rod of the cleaning brush is bent to enable the cleaning rod to be L-shaped, at the moment, the front end of the cleaning rod and the bristles on the cleaning rod are exposed out of the first grab handle, the other end of the cleaning rod is inserted into the distance, and finally, the second injection molding is carried out to form a second grab handle on the first grab handle and coat the cleaning rod and the stop block so as to form the interdental brush.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a structure and a process of an interdental brush, in particular to an L-shaped interdental brush, wherein a cleaning rod of the cleaning brush is arranged in a grab handle in an L shape and is embedded and clamped by a stop block in the grab handle, so that the cleaning rod can be positioned in the grab handle really.
Background
Most people usually keep the oral cavity clean by brushing and gargling, and although the toothbrush has good plaque removing effect on the buccal surface, labial surface, lingual surface, occlusal surface and the like of the human body, the toothbrush cannot achieve complete cleaning effect on the gaps between adjacent teeth, so people usually adopt cleaning tools capable of penetrating through the gaps between the teeth (or referred to as tooth gaps and tooth gaps), such as: toothpick, dental floss and interdental brush …, etc., to effectively clean the gap between adjacent teeth and maintain personal hygiene.
However, the tooth root surface of the tooth is mostly concave-convex in the longitudinal section of the tooth, so that the linear structure of the toothpick and the dental floss cannot effectively clean the tooth root surface, on the contrary, the interdental brush is provided with a cleaning brush inserted into one end of the handle, the cleaning brush is provided with a plurality of soft plastic bristles, and the plastic bristles can be extruded and bent to be in direct contact with the tooth root surface, so as to effectively remove tartar and dental plaque on the tooth; therefore, the interdental brush has excellent cleaning effect, and is gradually popularized in the general public, so that the related industry has no effort to improve the structure of the existing interdental brush.
Generally speaking, in the production process of the existing interdental brush structure, a practitioner usually inserts only one end of the cleaning brush into one end of the handle in a straight line, that is, no additional positioning design is provided between the cleaning brush and the handle, therefore, the inventor found that the interdental brush structure of the aforesaid design easily causes the problem of insufficient tightness between the cleaning brush and the handle, after all, the gap and position between each person and each tooth are slightly different, when the user cleans the oral cavity by brushing the interdental space, the cleaning brush and the teeth are inevitably rubbed constantly, especially when cleaning the teeth in the deep oral cavity, the user must constantly adjust the holding angle of the hand to clean thoroughly, at this time, the cleaning brush is easily inserted into the smaller gap and held by the adjacent teeth, and then, after the user pulls the interdental brush vigorously, the position of the cleaning brush contacting the handle is easy to loosen, and the cleaning brush falls off from the handle, so that the cleaning action is interrupted, and the tongue or the oral cavity may be scratched by the cleaning brush left in the oral cavity of the user.
Therefore, how to design a new interdental brush structure and the process thereof to provide people with better experience and favor them is an important issue to be solved.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the problem that the prior interdental brush is easy to cause the loosening of the cleaning rod from the handle in the cleaning process due to the insufficient positioning capability of the cleaning rod, and the use experience of a user is damaged, the inventor finally designs the interdental brush with the stopper to keep the positioning capability of the cleaning brush and the process thereof after a plurality of researches, tests and improvements by virtue of practical experiences for many years, and expects to ensure that people can conveniently clean teeth through the interdental brush so as to reduce the occurrence probability of dental caries and oral diseases.
An object of the present invention is to provide an interdental brush having a stopper for maintaining a positioning ability of a cleaning brush, the interdental brush including a first grip handle, a stopper, a cleaning brush and a second grip handle, wherein the first grip handle is L-shaped to form an assembly portion at one end thereof and a first grip portion at the other end thereof, the assembly portion having a receiving space therein, the receiving space extending to the first grip portion, the stopper being integrally formed to a side edge of the first grip portion away from the assembly portion and adjacent to the assembly portion, an inner side surface of the stopper being spaced apart from an inner side surface corresponding to the first grip portion by a distance, the cleaning brush being composed of a cleaning rod and a plurality of bristles, the cleaning rod being L-shaped to form a first rod portion at one end thereof and a second rod portion at the other end thereof, and the brush bristles are distributed at the front end of the first rod part, when the cleaning brush is assembled to the first grab handle, the rear end of the first rod part can be positioned at the position where the accommodating space corresponds to the assembling part, the front end of the first rod part and the brush bristles on the first rod part are exposed outside the first grab handle, the second rod part can be positioned at the position where the accommodating space corresponds to the first holding part, and the local area of the second rod part is embedded and clamped between the stop block and the first holding part, and furthermore, the second grab handle is formed on the first grab handle in an injection molding mode and coats the cleaning rod and the stop block in the accommodating space to form the interdental brush.
Another object of the present invention is to provide an interdental brush process having a stopper for maintaining a positioning ability of a cleaning brush, wherein a first injection molding process is performed to form a first handle and a stopper in a mold, wherein the first handle is L-shaped to form an assembly portion at one end thereof, a first grip portion at the other end thereof, and an accommodating space is provided in the assembly portion, the accommodating space extends to the first grip portion, the stopper is located at a side edge of the first grip portion away from the assembly portion and adjacent to the assembly portion, and an inner side surface thereof is spaced apart from an inner side surface corresponding to the first grip portion, and then a cleaning brush is inserted into the assembly portion of the first handle, and a cleaning rod of the cleaning brush is bent to enable the cleaning rod to be L-shaped to form a first rod portion at one end thereof, the other end of the first rod part forms a second rod part, and the rear end of the first rod part is positioned at the position of the accommodating space corresponding to the assembling part, the front end of the first rod part and the plurality of bristles on the first rod part are exposed out of the first grab handle, the second rod part is positioned at the position of the accommodating space corresponding to the first grab handle part, and then, the local area of the second rod part is embedded and clamped between the stop block and the first holding part, and then the second injection molding process is carried out, so as to form a second grab handle on the first grab handle, and the second grab handle can cover the cleaning rod and the stop block of the accommodating space to form the interdental brush, the second rod part is inserted and clamped by the stop block and is positioned in the range of the first holding part, so that the second rod part can be completely covered by the second holding handle during the second injection molding.

In order that the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention will become more apparent, the present invention will be further described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings in conjunction with the following specific embodiments.
The present invention relates to an interdental brush with a stopper for keeping a positioning ability of a cleaning brush and a process thereof, and referring to fig. 1 to 3, in an embodiment, the interdental brush 1 is composed of at least a first handle 11, a stopper 12, a cleaning brush 13 and a second handle 15, in the interdental brush process of the present invention, a first injection molding process can be performed first, the first handle 11 and the stopper 12 are formed in a mold, wherein the first handle 11 is L-shaped, and one end thereof forms an assembling portion 11A, and the other end thereof forms a first holding portion 11B, the length of the assembling portion 11A is much smaller than that of the first holding portion 11B, and particularly, the form of the first holding portion 11B of the present invention is not limited by fig. 1, and a person skilled in the art can adjust the form of the first holding portion 11B or adjust an angle between the assembling portion 11A and the first holding portion 11B according to product requirements, as long as the configuration formed by the assembly portion 11A and the first holding portion 11B substantially conforms to an L-shape.
Referring to fig. 1 to 3, an opening 111 is formed at a front end of the assembly portion 11A (i.e., the left direction of fig. 1 is the front direction of the assembly), an accommodating space 110 is formed therein, a rear end of the assembly portion 11A (i.e., the left direction of fig. 1 is the front direction of the assembly) is connected to a top end of the first holding portion 11B (i.e., the top direction of the assembly is the upper direction of fig. 1), the accommodating space 110 is communicated with the opening 111 and extends to the first holding portion 11B, in addition, the stopper 12 is integrally formed at a side edge of the first holding portion 11B away from the assembly portion 11A and is adjacent to the assembly portion 11A, and an inner side surface of the stopper 12 and an inner side surface of the first holding portion 11B are spaced from each other by a distance, that is, the accommodating space 110 is also communicated with a distance between the stopper 12 and the first holding portion 11B.
After the injection molding of the first handle 11, please refer to fig. 1-3, a worker can extend the rear end of the cleaning brush 13 into the assembly portion 11A through the opening 111, and bend a cleaning rod 131 of the cleaning brush 13 to make the cleaning rod 131 take an L shape, wherein the cleaning brush 13 is composed of the cleaning rod 131 and a plurality of bristles 133, and after the cleaning rod 131 is bent, one end of the cleaning rod forms a first rod portion 131A, the other end (i.e., the rear end) forms a second rod portion 131B, and the bristles 133 are disposed at the front end of the first rod portion 131A, in this embodiment, the cleaning rod 131 is formed by winding a plurality of metal wires, and the bristles 133 are made of plastic material, so as to be stably fixed in the metal wires, however, in other embodiments of the present invention, those skilled in the art can also use the cleaning brush according to different design requirements, the material and structure of the cleaning rod 131 and the bristles 133 are adjusted.
Referring to fig. 1 to 3, after the cleaning brush 13 is bent, a local region of the second rod portion 131B is inserted between the stopper 12 and the first holding portion 11B, at this time, the rear end of the first rod portion 131A is located at a position of the accommodating space 110 corresponding to the assembling portion 11A, the front end of the first rod portion 131A passes through the opening 111, the plurality of bristles 133 thereon are exposed out of the first handle 11, and the second rod portion 131B is located at a position of the accommodating space 110 corresponding to the first holding portion 11B. Finally, the process of the present invention performs a second injection molding process, and the second handle 15 is formed on the first handle 11, and the second handle 15 covers the cleaning rod 131 and the stopper 12 in the accommodating space 110 to form the interdental brush 1, so that a user can hold the first handle 11 and the second handle 15 and extend the cleaning brush 13 into the interdental space to conveniently scrape off residues, tartar and dental plaque located between the interdental space on the teeth, and meanwhile, since the cleaning brush 13 is L-shaped and covered by the second handle 15, the cleaning brush 13 has high stability and is not easily separated from the first handle 11 and the second handle 15 during the use of the interdental brush 1.
It should be noted that, referring to fig. 1 to 3 again, since the cleaning rod 131 is formed by winding a plurality of metal wires, when it is bent, it will generate a restoring force to restore to the state before bending, but since the second rod 131B is blocked by the stopper 12, it can be reliably limited in the first holding portion 11B without exceeding the range of the first holding portion 11B, so as to avoid that the second handle 15 cannot completely cover the second rod 131B due to the second rod 131B exceeding the range of the first holding portion 11B in the second injection molding process, which affects the production yield of the interdental brush 1.
Furthermore, in order to improve the structural strength between the second handle 15 and the first handle 11 and avoid the situation that the second handle 15 and the first handle 11 are separated from each other during the use process, please refer to fig. 1 to 3, in this embodiment, the first handle 11B is provided with at least one recess 115, in the second injection molding process, the second handle 15 flows into each recess 115 due to the melt shape, so as to form a corresponding bump (not shown) after cooling, that is, the recess 115 and the bump can be tightly combined, thereby greatly improving the structural strength between the second handle 15 and the first handle 11, and in the practical use of the present invention, the recess 115 can penetrate through the first handle 11B to be in a hole shape, and can also be in a groove shape without penetrating through the first handle 11B. In addition, in this embodiment, a side edge of the first holding portion 11B away from the assembling portion 11A can be further provided with at least one protruding pillar 117 in a protruding manner, and in the second injection molding process, when the second handle 15 is in a molten state, the second handle 15 can at least cover the circumference of the protruding pillar 117, so as to form a corresponding concave portion (not shown) after cooling, so that the second handle 15 and the first handle 11 can be tightly combined and are not easily separated.

the first grab handle is L-shaped, so that an assembling part is formed at one end of the first grab handle, a first holding part is formed at the other end of the first grab handle, an opening is formed at the front end of the assembling part, an accommodating space is arranged in the opening, and the accommodating space is communicated with the opening and extends to the first holding part;
the check block is integrally formed to one side edge of the first holding part, which is far away from the assembling part, and is close to the assembling part, and the inner side surface of the check block is separated from the inner side surface corresponding to the first holding part by a distance;
a cleaning brush, which is composed of a cleaning rod and a plurality of bristles, wherein the cleaning rod is L-shaped, so that a first rod part is formed at one end of the cleaning rod, a second rod part is formed at the other end of the cleaning rod, the bristles are distributed at the front end of the first rod part, under the state that the cleaning brush is assembled to the first grab handle, the rear end of the first rod part is positioned at the position of the accommodating space corresponding to the assembling part, the front end of the first rod part penetrates through the opening, so that the bristles are exposed out of the first grab handle, the second rod part is positioned at the position of the accommodating space corresponding to the first grab handle, and the local area of the second rod part is embedded between the stop block and the first grab handle part, so that the second rod part is positioned in the range corresponding to the first grab handle part; and
and the second grab handle is formed on the first grab handle in an injection molding mode and covers the rear end of the first rod part, the second rod part and the stop block which are positioned in the accommodating space so as to form the interdental brush.
2. The interdental brush according to claim 1, wherein the first grip portion has at least one recess, and the second grip portion has at least one protrusion formed at a position corresponding to each of the recesses in a state where the second grip portion is injection-molded on the first grip portion, so that the second grip portion and the first grip portion can be tightly coupled.
3. The interdental brush according to claim 1 or 2, wherein a side edge of the first grip portion away from the assembling portion is convexly provided with at least one convex pillar, and in a state where the second grip is injection-molded on the first grip, the second grip forms at least one concave portion corresponding to a position of each convex pillar, so that the second grip and the first grip can be tightly combined.
4. The interdental brush of claim 3 wherein said cleaning rod is formed by winding a plurality of wires.
5. An interdental brush process having a stop to maintain the positional capability of a cleaning brush, comprising the steps of:
performing a first injection molding process to form a first handle and a stop block in a mold, wherein the first handle is L-shaped, an assembling part is formed at one end of the first handle, a first holding part is formed at the other end of the first handle, an opening is formed at the front end of the assembling part, an accommodating space is arranged in the opening, the accommodating space is communicated with the opening and extends to the first holding part, the stop block is positioned on one side edge of the first holding part, which is far away from the assembling part, is adjacent to the assembling part, and the inner side surface of the stop block is separated from the inner side surface corresponding to the first holding part by a distance;
inserting a cleaning brush into the assembly part of the first grab handle, and bending a cleaning rod of the cleaning brush to enable the cleaning rod to be L-shaped, so as to form a first rod part at one end of the cleaning rod and a second rod part at the other end of the cleaning rod, wherein the rear end of the first rod part is positioned at the position of the accommodating space corresponding to the assembly part, the front end of the first rod part penetrates through the opening, so that a plurality of bristles on the first rod part are exposed out of the first grab handle, and the second rod part is positioned at the position of the accommodating space corresponding to the first grab handle;
clamping a local area of the second rod part between the stop block and the first holding part; and
and carrying out a second injection molding process to form a second grab handle on the first grab handle, wherein the second grab handle covers the rear end of the first rod part, the second rod part and the stop block which are positioned in the accommodating space so as to form the interdental brush.
6. The process of claim 5 wherein the first handle portion defines at least one cavity, and wherein the second handle is melted to flow into each of the cavities during the second injection molding process to form a corresponding protrusion after cooling.
7. The process of brushing teeth according to claim 5 or 6, wherein a side edge of the first holding portion away from the assembling portion is convexly provided with at least one convex pillar, and the second handle in a molten state covers at least a peripheral edge of each convex pillar in a state of performing the second injection molding process, so as to form a corresponding concave portion after cooling.
