Disclosure of Invention
In view of the problem that the prior interdental brush is easy to cause the loosening of the cleaning rod from the handle in the cleaning process due to the insufficient positioning capability of the cleaning rod, and the use experience of a user is damaged, the inventor finally designs the interdental brush with the stopper to keep the positioning capability of the cleaning brush and the process thereof after a plurality of researches, tests and improvements by virtue of practical experiences for many years, and expects to ensure that people can conveniently clean teeth through the interdental brush so as to reduce the occurrence probability of dental caries and oral diseases.

The present invention relates to an interdental brush with a stopper for keeping a positioning ability of a cleaning brush and a process thereof, and referring to fig. 1 to 3, in an embodiment, the interdental brush 1 is composed of at least a first handle 11, a stopper 12, a cleaning brush 13 and a second handle 15, in the interdental brush process of the present invention, a first injection molding process can be performed first, the first handle 11 and the stopper 12 are formed in a mold, wherein the first handle 11 is L-shaped, and one end thereof forms an assembling portion 11A, and the other end thereof forms a first holding portion 11B, the length of the assembling portion 11A is much smaller than that of the first holding portion 11B, and particularly, the form of the first holding portion 11B of the present invention is not limited by fig. 1, and a person skilled in the art can adjust the form of the first holding portion 11B or adjust an angle between the assembling portion 11A and the first holding portion 11B according to product requirements, as long as the configuration formed by the assembly portion 11A and the first holding portion 11B substantially conforms to an L-shape.

Finally, the process of the present invention performs a second injection molding process, and the second handle 15 is formed on the first handle 11, and the second handle 15 covers the cleaning rod 131 and the stopper 12 in the accommodating space 110 to form the interdental brush 1, so that a user can hold the first handle 11 and the second handle 15 and extend the cleaning brush 13 into the interdental space to conveniently scrape off residues, tartar and dental plaque located between the interdental space on the teeth, and meanwhile, since the cleaning brush 13 is L-shaped and covered by the second handle 15, the cleaning brush 13 has high stability and is not easily separated from the first handle 11 and the second handle 15 during the use of the interdental brush 1.
It should be noted that, referring to fig. 1 to 3 again, since the cleaning rod 131 is formed by winding a plurality of metal wires, when it is bent, it will generate a restoring force to restore to the state before bending, but since the second rod 131B is blocked by the stopper 12, it can be reliably limited in the first holding portion 11B without exceeding the range of the first holding portion 11B, so as to avoid that the second handle 15 cannot completely cover the second rod 131B due to the second rod 131B exceeding the range of the first holding portion 11B in the second injection molding process, which affects the production yield of the interdental brush 1.
Furthermore, in order to improve the structural strength between the second handle 15 and the first handle 11 and avoid the situation that the second handle 15 and the first handle 11 are separated from each other during the use process, please refer to fig. 1 to 3, in this embodiment, the first handle 11B is provided with at least one recess 115, in the second injection molding process, the second handle 15 flows into each recess 115 due to the melt shape, so as to form a corresponding bump (not shown) after cooling, that is, the recess 115 and the bump can be tightly combined, thereby greatly improving the structural strength between the second handle 15 and the first handle 11, and in the practical use of the present invention, the recess 115 can penetrate through the first handle 11B to be in a hole shape, and can also be in a groove shape without penetrating through the first handle 11B.
