Description

Teeth cleaning device capable of containing and assembling interdental brush
Technical Field
The present invention relates to a tooth cleaning device, and more particularly, to a tooth cleaning device capable of hiding and storing bristles of an interdental brush or integrally assembling the interdental brush and a dental floss rod.
Background
According to the american periodontics, periodontal disease patients have twice as many cases of coronary artery disease as people without periodontal disease, mainly because periodontal bacteria can flow along the blood to form plaque (fat plaque) in the coronary artery cavity providing heart nutrition, resulting in thickening of the artery wall and generation of thrombus, and thus chronic inflammation caused by gum disease is related to cardiovascular diseases such as heart disease, blood vessel blockage and stroke; furthermore, adults with gingivitis (swollen gums, bleeding) perform poorly in tests of memory and other cognitive functions compared to adults with healthy gums and teeth, from which it is clear that oral health is closely related to physical health.
In addition to the health factors mentioned above, maintaining good oral hygiene is one of the essential elements necessary for maintaining quality of life, and after all, healthy teeth can keep sufficient confidence when people are in social chat, thereby adding charm and style when talking. At present, most people keep the oral cavity clean by brushing and gargling, and although the toothbrush has a good plaque removing effect on the buccal surface, the labial surface, the lingual surface, the occlusal surface and the like of the human body, the toothbrush cannot achieve a complete cleaning effect on interdental tartar of adjacent teeth, so people usually adopt a tooth cleaning tool which can penetrate through the interdental space (or referred to as interdental space and interdental space) to effectively clean the interdental tartar of the adjacent teeth.
The most commonly used dental cleaning tools (especially the aforementioned interdental tartar cleaning between adjacent teeth) are a floss pick and an interdental brush, and generally, the existing floss pick comprises a floss fixing part and a holding part, wherein the floss fixing part is U-shaped, two corresponding ends of the floss fixing part are fixedly connected with two ends of a floss, and the holding part is fixedly connected to the floss fixing part for being held by a user, so that the user can take the holding part of the existing floss pick by hand after meals and place the floss fixing part in an entrance, so as to use the floss on the floss fixing part to scrape off the teeth surface and the interdental tartar. However, since the floss is tightly and linearly arranged on the existing floss rod, a user must completely penetrate the floss into the gaps between teeth to remove the residue and tartar between teeth, and when the gaps between teeth are too small to make the floss not easy to enter, the residue and tartar at the position of the teeth adjacent to the gum are not easy to remove, and the user is easy to apply too hard to cause the tight floss or the hard floss fixing part to collide with the gum, so as to cause gum bleeding.
In view of the above disadvantages, people may choose to use an interdental brush to clean the interdental space, the conventional interdental brush is a small brush head having a volume similar to that of a toothpick and bristles, so that the user can insert the bristles of the interdental brush into the interdental space to easily take the residues and tartar adjacent to the gingiva out of the interdental space through the bristles thereon, and can also use the elastic bristles to massage the gingiva repeatedly, thereby not only cleaning the residues and tartar adjacent to the gingiva, but also promoting the blood circulation of the gingiva through massage to prevent bleeding due to the injured gingiva, thereby achieving the purpose of oral care. Because the dental floss stick all can't reach the effect of clearing away the slit residue and massage gum completely simultaneously with the interdental brush, consequently, to the user of paying attention to oral care, still must successively use dental floss stick and interdental brush, the oral care effect of clearing away slit residue and massage gum completely can be reached, because dental floss stick or interdental brush all belong to the tiny product of volume, consequently, when the user is gone out, if need carry respectively and accomodate independent dental floss stick and interdental brush, will lead to the fact user's puzzlement and inconvenience.
According to the foregoing problems, practitioners have designed a product in which bristles are disposed at the tail end (i.e., the holding portion) of a dental floss rod to achieve the dual functions of a dental floss rod and an interdental brush, but the applicant has found that in practical use, when a user holds the dental floss rod for cleaning, the fingers of the user easily touch the bristles, which is obviously unacceptable for users who pay attention to hygiene, and particularly, when the user repeatedly uses the dental floss rod and the interdental brush, saliva and residues stained on the bristles of the interdental brush are easily adhered to the fingers, which affects hygiene and use impression. Therefore, how to improve the above-mentioned problems to provide users with better experience is an important issue to be researched and developed in the industry.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the fact that the conventional dental floss rod and interdental brush are still imperfect in use, the inventor finally develops and designs the interdental brush accommodating and assembling device of the present invention through long-term research and experiments, so as to solve the above-mentioned problems effectively and obtain the user's favor.
The invention provides a tooth cleaning device capable of accommodating and assembling an interdental brush, which comprises a dental floss rod unit and an interdental brush unit, wherein the dental floss rod unit at least comprises a first body, a dental floss fixing part and a dental floss, one end of the first body can be connected with the dental floss fixing part, the dental floss fixing part is U-shaped, the dental floss is arranged between two corresponding supporting arms, the other end of the first body is provided with a first assembling part, and the first assembling part is hollow and can be communicated with an accommodating space in the first body; in addition, the interdental brush unit is at least composed of a second body, a second assembly part, a third assembly part and a bristle section, one end of the second body is provided with the second assembly part, the other end of the second body is provided with the third assembly part, the bristle section is located at the end edge of the second assembly portion and is composed of at least one rod body and a plurality of bristles, one end of the rod body is connected with the end edge of the second assembly part, and the brush hairs are arranged on the side edge of the rod body at intervals, so that when a user wants to use the function of the dental floss rod, the bristle section can penetrate through the first assembly part and extend into the accommodating space, so that the second assembly part and the first assembly part are assembled, when a user wants to use the interdental brush function, it can pull out the interdental brush unit, and install the third assembly part and the first assembly part to expose the bristle section.

Referring to fig. 1, the present invention relates to a dental cleaning device capable of receiving and assembling an interdental brush, wherein the dental cleaning device 1 includes a floss rod unit 11 and an interdental brush unit 13, in an embodiment, the floss rod unit 11 is composed of at least a first body 111, a floss fixing portion 113 and a floss 115, wherein the first body 111 has a receiving space 110 therein, one end of which is connected to the floss fixing portion 113, the floss fixing portion 113 has a U-shape, a side edge of which is connected to one end of the first body 111, and the floss 115 is disposed between two corresponding supporting arms 113A, 113B, in the embodiment, the floss 115 can be wound by a plurality of strands of nylon fibers (but not limited thereto), so that a user can push and extend the floss 115 into the interdental spaces to clean food residue, dental plaque and dental plaque therein.
Referring to fig. 1, the other end of the first body 111 is provided with a first assembly portion 117, the first assembling portion 117 is hollow and has an opening communicating with the accommodating space 110, and in this embodiment, the first body 111, the first assembling portion 117 and the floss fixing portion 113 are made of a first plasticized material (e.g., pp (polypropylene), abs (acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene copolymer), hips (high Impact polystyrene), etc.) by injection molding, in other embodiments of the present invention, the first assembly portion 117 can also be a separate component (e.g., a gasket), and the first assembly portion 117 can be inserted into the opening at the other end of the first body 111 by various methods such as bonding, hot melting, etc., and the material thereof can be the same as or different from the first body 111 to meet the actual requirements of various products, which are well known in advance.
With reference to fig. 1, the interdental brush unit 13 at least comprises a second body 131, a second assembly portion 132, a third assembly portion 133 and a brush segment 135, wherein one end of the second body 131 is provided with the second assembly portion 132, the brush segment 135 is located at an end edge of the second assembly portion 132 away from the second body 131, and the other end of the second body 131 is provided with the third assembly portion 133, in this embodiment, the second body 131, the second assembly portion 132 and the third assembly portion 133 are made of a first plasticized material (such as PP, ABS, hips, etc.) and are integrally injection-molded, but not limited thereto, and in practical use, the second assembly portion 132 and the third assembly portion 133 can also be separate elements, for example, the second assembly portion 132 can be a separate block and can be fixed on the second body 131 by various manners such as clamping, bonding, hot melting, etc., alternatively, the second assembly portion 132 can be a washer and can be sleeved on the outer edge of the boss fixed to one end of the second body 131.
As shown in fig. 1, the bristle section 135 comprises at least one rod 1351 and a plurality of bristles 1353, one end of the rod 1351 is connected to the end edge of the second assembly portion 132, and the bristles 1353 are spaced apart from each other on the side edge of the rod 1351, so that when the bristle section 135 is inserted into the slits, the bristles 1353 can easily carry the residues and tartar on the teeth adjacent to the gums out of the slits and can massage the gums back and forth. In this embodiment, the stem 1351 can be integrally injection molded on the second assembly portion 132 from a first plasticized material (e.g., PP, ABS, hips, etc.), and the bristles 1353 can be integrally injection molded on the outer edge of the stem 1351 from a second plasticized material (e.g., tpe (thermoplastic elastomer) or other medical grade elastomer) having a hardness less than that of the first plasticized material, so as to effectively protect the teeth, gums and papillae of the user from being scratched, punctured or abraded by the hard structure. However, in other embodiments of the invention, the bristle section 135 can be a separate element, and it can be a metal wire (stem 1351) and nylon material (bristles 1353), rather than being limited to plasticized materials.
With the integral structure of the present invention, when a user needs to use the dental floss rod function, the second assembly portion 132 and the first assembly portion 117 can be installed, at this time, the bristle section 135 passes through the first assembly portion 117 and extends into the accommodating space 110, so that the interdental brush unit 13 and the dental floss rod unit 11 are integrated, and the bristle section 135 can be accommodated in the first body 111 (as shown in the mouth fig. 2), and at the same time, the first body 111 and the second body 131 can form a holding area together, so that the user can hold the holding area and extend the dental floss fixing portion 113 into the oral cavity for teeth cleaning operation. Then, when the user only needs to use the interdental brush function, the user can hold the second body 131 to pull out the interdental brush unit 13, and the user can use the interdental brush unit 13 alone, or can mount the third assembly part 133 and the first assembly part 117 to expose the bristle segment 135 (as shown in fig. 3), and at the same time, the first body 111 and the second body 131 together form a holding region for the user to hold the holding region and extend the bristle segment 135 into the oral cavity for teeth cleaning.
In summary, when the user uses the function of the dental floss stick, the bristle section 135 is hidden in the first body 111 (as shown in fig. 2), so that the user's fingers do not touch the bristle section 135, which not only prevents the contamination on the fingers from contaminating the bristle section 135, but also prevents the saliva or residue on the bristle section 135 from being stained on the fingers. In addition, when the user uses the interdental brush function, the second body 131 can be assembled to the first body 111 to form a longer length, so that the user can conveniently hold and operate the tooth cleaning device 1, and therefore, the practitioner does not need to additionally lengthen the second body 131, so that the tooth cleaning device 1 of the present invention can still maintain good operability while reducing the overall volume as much as possible.
Furthermore, the installation manner of the dental floss rod unit 11 and the interdental brush unit 13 of the present invention can be roughly divided into "clamping and fastening" and "screwing manner", and now briefly described later, as "clamping and fastening", it is continued to refer to fig. 1, the inner edge aperture of the first assembly portion 117 can be entirely slightly smaller than the outer edge diameter of the second assembly portion 132, or the inner edge aperture of the first assembly portion 117 can be only partially slightly smaller than the outer edge diameter of the second assembly portion 132, for example, a bump or a ridge is provided on the inner edge of the first assembly portion 117 or the outer edge of the second assembly portion 132, so that the second assembly portion 132 can be stably positioned in the first assembly portion 117 because the material of the first assembly portion 117 or the second assembly portion 132 can be slightly deformed. In addition, in order to increase the tightness of the installation of both the dental floss rod unit 11 and the interdental brush unit 13, in another embodiment of the present invention, the first assembling portion or the second assembling portion can be an elastic washer, as shown in fig. 4, the first assembling portion 217 can be inserted into the opening at the other end of the first body 111, and the second assembling portion 232 can be sleeved on the outer edge of the boss at one end of the second body 131, so that the first assembling portion 217 and the second assembling portion 232 can be more tightly combined by the characteristics of the washer, and in practice, only one of the first assembling portion 217 or the second assembling portion 232 can be a washer. Similarly, the third assembly portion 133 of the present invention may have the structural features of the second assembly portions 132 and 232.
In the "screwing manner", the inner edge of the first assembly portion can be in a female screw shape, and the outer edge of the second assembly portion is in a male screw shape, so that the user can rotate the dental floss rod unit 11 and the interdental brush unit 13, so that the first assembly portion 317 and the second assembly portion 332 can be screwed together, in yet another embodiment of the present invention, the first assembly portion 317 and the second assembly portion 332 can be members having a screw shape alone (as shown in fig. 5), and the first assembly portion 317 can be placed in the opening at the other end of the first body 111, and the second assembly portion 332 can be sleeved on the outer edge of the boss at one end of the second body 131. Similarly, the third assembly portion of the present invention can also have the structural features of the second assembly portion 332. In another embodiment of the present invention, the second assembly portion and the third assembly portion may have different forms, but are not limited to the same form.
The above description is only for the preferred embodiment of the present invention, and the scope of the present invention is not limited thereto, and those skilled in the art can easily conceive equivalent changes based on the technical content disclosed in the present invention, without departing from the protection scope of the present invention.
