洋桔梗(Eustoma russellianum)又名土耳其桔梗,为龙胆科一年生草本花卉, 原产美国德克萨斯州,属于多花型鲜切花,单个植株采切时有5~10朵花,花色繁多,花姿优美,极具观赏价值。
现有在对洋桔梗进行育苗时,需要精细管理,育苗期间对温度、湿度、水分和光照都有特定的要求,因此其发芽率及发芽势较低,种苗生长较弱,影响了移栽后的成活率。

本发明的目的是提供一种洋桔梗的种子育苗方法,种子育苗的发芽率和成活率高,提高洋桔梗育苗的效益。
本发明提供了如下的技术方案:一种洋桔梗的种子育苗方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)、选种和浸种
选种:采集洋桔梗种子,用水选法去秕、去杂、去破粒,挑选饱满的种子;用滤纸将挑选的种子表面水分吸干,平铺在湿滤纸上室内晾2~3h;
浸种:将前述晾干的种子放入浸种液中浸种40~50min,捞出,晾干;
(2)、准备育苗基质
称取珍珠岩、草炭木、腐叶土、有机肥以重量比为5~10:1~3:1~3:1~3混合搅拌均匀,得到育苗基质;
(3)、催芽处理
电流催芽:将步骤(1)得到的种子放入绝缘催芽箱体中催芽,设置催芽箱体上端开口,催芽箱体的底部开设有网孔,催芽箱内腔两侧对称设置有电极板,将种子放入后催芽箱体后,每隔6~8h喷洒一次催芽剂,每次喷洒完催芽剂后,将催芽箱体内设置的两块电极板分别连接电源的正极和负极,接通电源,给种子通入强度为10μA的微电流,每次通电时间为10~15s, 20~24h后,将种子从催芽箱体中取出;
催芽室催芽:催芽室内铺设一层厚度为3~4cm的细沙,将种子埋入细沙中,并将前述催芽剂与清水按照1:2~3比例混合得到兑水后的催芽液,喷洒细沙,保持细沙湿润,待90%以上种子露白后,准备播种;
(4)、播种育苗
在育苗盘中放入步骤(2)得到的育苗基质,将步骤(3)催芽处理后的种子播种入育苗盘,控制株距为20~22cm,将育苗盘放入温室大棚中进行育苗;
(5)、苗期管理
育苗1~14天,育苗盘上覆盖地膜,大棚中白天温度控制为22~25℃、光照2000~5000lx,夜间温度控制为18~20℃、光照100~120lx;
育苗15~21天,除去地膜,接受自然光照,并遮阴40~45%,大棚中温度控制为15~25℃、空气湿度控制为70~80%;
育苗22~39天,继续接受自然光照,并遮阴30~35%,大棚中温度控制为15~25℃、空气湿度控制为65~70%;
育苗40~60天,继续接受自然光照,并遮阴25~30%,大棚中温度控制为12~26℃、空气湿度控制为65~70%,保持良好通风环境,每隔4~5天喷施一次营养液;
(6)、起苗出圃。
优选地,所述步骤(1)浸种液包括以下份计的原料:硼砂14~16份、丙二醇14~16份、硝酸钾9~11份、硫酸镁9~11份、硫酸镍4~6份、高锰酸钾4~6份和水54~57份,将前述原料混合均匀,制得所述浸种液。
优选地,所述步骤(2)的腐叶土的制备方法为:在秋冬季节收集树木落叶、残草和菜皮,与土壤混拌,稍加水堆积、压紧,2~3个月后翻堆一次,再浇水或者动物类尿,腐熟40~50天,经晒干过筛,高温蒸汽消毒后,得到腐叶土。
优选地,所述高温蒸汽消毒为:利用锅炉燃烧产生的高温蒸汽消毒,将晒干过筛后的腐叶土用薄膜密封,在湿热条件下保持90℃、 40min以上或85℃、1h以上。
优选地,所述步骤(2)中的有机肥包括以下份计的原料:草木灰45~50份、豆渣40~45份、香椿叶34~36份、冬瓜皮29~31份、贝壳粉14~16份、糊化淀粉14~16份、磷酸二氢铵9~11份、氨基酸9~11份、腐殖酸4~6份和氯化钾2~3份。
优选地,所述步骤(3)催芽室中设置光照时段和黑暗时段交替进行:光照时间为8~10h,光照强度为1800~1900LX,温度控制为25~26℃;黑暗时间5~6h,温度控制为15~18℃,光强为150~800LX。
优选地,所述步骤(3)催芽剂包括以下份计的原料:氨基酸14~16份、硼酸14~16份、硒粉3~5份、复硝酚钠3~5份、ABT生根粉3~5份、萘乙酸钠4~5份、芦荟提取液1~3份、甘油1~3份和水100~120份。
优选地,所述步骤(5)中的营养液包括以下份计的原料:硼酸0.006~0.008g/L、硫酸锌0.004~0.006g/L、硫酸铜0.0008~0.001g/L、硫酸锰0.0006~0.0008g/L、硫酸铁0.0006~0.0008g/L、过磷酸钙0.0004~0.0006g/L、硝酸钙0.0004~0.0006g/L、硝酸钾0.0004~0.0006g/L和余量水。
本发明的有益效果:种子育苗的发芽率和成活率高,提高洋桔梗育苗的效益,具体如下:
(1)、本发明在选种后用浸种液浸种,能够提高种皮通透性,提高种子内细胞代谢的速度,从而提高种子的发芽率、抗病害能力,从而提高幼苗成活率;;
(2)、本发明在播种育苗初期覆盖地膜,防止生长杂草和土壤冲蚀,保持土壤疏松,促进根系发育,保水保肥,避免幼苗受到病害和腐烂,使根部成长良好;
(3)、本发明的育苗基质不易板结变硬,保肥保水能力强,含有多种营养元素和微量矿元素,缓慢释放,为幼苗提供养分,促进生长;其中含有的有机肥,提供洋桔梗幼苗在生长过程中所需要的养分,可以提高幼苗植株对肥料的吸收和利用率,促进花芽分化,添加的氨基酸和腐殖酸肥有助于提高植株吸收营养和光合作用;育苗基质中含有的腐叶土经过高温蒸汽消毒处理,除了提供养分外,还具有抗菌防虫害的作用;含有的珍珠岩,可以增加基质的透水透气性,解决积水导致烂根问题;
(4)、本发明采用温室大棚进行播种育苗,配合苗期管理,使得出苗快且成苗率高,幼苗生长旺盛且具有发达的根系,缩短缓苗期,移栽定植的成活率高,提高了产量;
(5)、本发明采用电流催芽的方式,可以提高出芽率,间接地提高成苗率和种苗品质,从而提高洋桔梗育苗的效益。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例,进一步阐述本发明。这些实施例仅用于说明本发明而不用于限制本发明的范围。
实施例1
一种洋桔梗的种子育苗方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)、选种和浸种
选种:采集洋桔梗种子,用水选法去秕、去杂、去破粒,挑选饱满的种子;用滤纸将挑选的种子表面水分吸干,平铺在湿滤纸上室内晾2h;
浸种:将前述晾干的种子放入浸种液中浸种40min,捞出,晾干;
(2)、准备育苗基质
称取珍珠岩、草炭木、腐叶土、有机肥以重量比为5:1:1:1混合搅拌均匀,得到育苗基质;
(3)、催芽处理
电流催芽:将步骤(1)得到的种子放入绝缘催芽箱体中催芽,设置催芽箱体上端开口,催芽箱体的底部开设有网孔,催芽箱内腔两侧对称设置有电极板,将种子放入后催芽箱体后,每隔6h喷洒一次催芽剂,每次喷洒完催芽剂后,将催芽箱体内设置的两块电极板分别连接电源的正极和负极,接通电源,给种子通入强度为10μA的微电流,每次通电时间为10s,20h后,将种子从催芽箱体中取出;
催芽室催芽:催芽室内铺设一层厚度为3cm的细沙,将种子埋入细沙中,并将前述催芽剂与清水按照1:2比例混合得到兑水后的催芽液,喷洒细沙,保持细沙湿润,待90%以上种子露白后,准备播种;
(4)、播种育苗
在育苗盘中放入步骤(2)得到的育苗基质,将步骤(3)催芽处理后的种子播种入育苗盘,控制株距为20cm,将育苗盘放入温室大棚中进行育苗;
(5)、苗期管理
育苗1~14天,育苗盘上覆盖地膜,大棚中白天温度控制为22℃、光照2000lx,夜间温度控制为18℃、光照100lx;
育苗15~21天,除去地膜,接受自然光照,并遮阴40%,大棚中温度控制为15℃、空气湿度控制为70%;
育苗22~39天,继续接受自然光照,并遮阴30%,大棚中温度控制为15℃、空气湿度控制为65%;
育苗40~60天,继续接受自然光照,并遮阴25%,大棚中温度控制为12℃、空气湿度控制为65%,保持良好通风环境,每隔4天喷施一次营养液;
(6)、起苗出圃。
其中,
所述步骤(1)浸种液包括以下份计的原料:硼砂14份、丙二醇14份、硝酸钾9份、硫酸镁9份、硫酸镍4份、高锰酸钾4份和水54份,将前述原料混合均匀,制得所述浸种液。

实施例2
一种洋桔梗的种子育苗方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)、选种和浸种
选种:采集洋桔梗种子,用水选法去秕、去杂、去破粒,挑选饱满的种子;用滤纸将挑选的种子表面水分吸干,平铺在湿滤纸上室内晾2.5h;
浸种:将前述晾干的种子放入浸种液中浸种45min,捞出,晾干;
(2)、准备育苗基质
称取珍珠岩、草炭木、腐叶土、有机肥以重量比为7:2:2:2混合搅拌均匀,得到育苗基质;
(3)、催芽处理
电流催芽:将步骤(1)得到的种子放入绝缘催芽箱体中催芽,设置催芽箱体上端开口,催芽箱体的底部开设有网孔,催芽箱内腔两侧对称设置有电极板,将种子放入后催芽箱体后,每隔7h喷洒一次催芽剂,每次喷洒完催芽剂后,将催芽箱体内设置的两块电极板分别连接电源的正极和负极,接通电源,给种子通入强度为10μA的微电流,每次通电时间为12s,22h后,将种子从催芽箱体中取出;
催芽室催芽:催芽室内铺设一层厚度为4cm的细沙,将种子埋入细沙中,并将前述催芽剂与清水按照1:3比例混合得到兑水后的催芽液,喷洒细沙,保持细沙湿润,待90%以上种子露白后,准备播种;
(4)、播种育苗
在育苗盘中放入步骤(2)得到的育苗基质,将步骤(3)催芽处理后的种子播种入育苗盘,控制株距为21cm,将育苗盘放入温室大棚中进行育苗;
(5)、苗期管理
育苗1~14天,育苗盘上覆盖地膜,大棚中白天温度控制为23℃、光照4000lx,夜间温度控制为19℃、光照110lx;
育苗15~21天,除去地膜,接受自然光照,并遮阴42%,大棚中温度控制为20℃、空气湿度控制为75%;
育苗22~39天,继续接受自然光照,并遮阴32%,大棚中温度控制为20℃、空气湿度控制为68%;
育苗40~60天,继续接受自然光照,并遮阴27%,大棚中温度控制为20℃、空气湿度控制为68%,保持良好通风环境,每隔5天喷施一次营养液;
(6)、起苗出圃。
其中,
所述步骤(1)浸种液包括以下份计的原料:硼砂15份、丙二醇15份、硝酸钾10份、硫酸镁10份、硫酸镍5份、高锰酸钾5份和水56份,将前述原料混合均匀,制得所述浸种液。
所述步骤(2)的腐叶土的制备方法为:在秋冬季节收集树木落叶、残草和菜皮,与土壤混拌,稍加水堆积、压紧,2个月后翻堆一次,再浇动物类尿,腐熟45天,经晒干过筛,高温蒸汽消毒后,得到腐叶土。
所述高温蒸汽消毒为:利用锅炉燃烧产生的高温蒸汽消毒,将晒干过筛后的腐叶土用薄膜密封,在湿热条件下保持85℃、1h以上。
所述步骤(2)中的有机肥包括以下份计的原料:草木灰47份、豆渣43份、香椿叶35份、冬瓜皮30份、贝壳粉15份、糊化淀粉15份、磷酸二氢铵10份、氨基酸10份、腐殖酸5份和氯化钾2.5份。
所述步骤(3)催芽室中设置光照时段和黑暗时段交替进行:光照时间为9h,光照强度为1850LX,温度控制为25℃;黑暗时间5.5h,温度控制为16℃,光强为600LX。
所述步骤(3)催芽剂包括以下份计的原料:氨基酸15份、硼酸15份、硒粉4份、复硝酚钠4份、ABT生根粉4份、萘乙酸钠4.5份、芦荟提取液2份、甘油2份和水110份。
所述步骤(5)中的营养液包括以下份计的原料:硼酸0.007g/L、硫酸锌0.005g/L、硫酸铜0.0009g/L、硫酸锰0.0007g/L、硫酸铁0.0007g/L、过磷酸钙0.0005g/L、硝酸钙0.0005g/L、硝酸钾0.0005g/L和余量水。
实施例3
一种洋桔梗的种子育苗方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)、选种和浸种
选种:采集洋桔梗种子,用水选法去秕、去杂、去破粒,挑选饱满的种子;用滤纸将挑选的种子表面水分吸干,平铺在湿滤纸上室内晾3h;
浸种:将前述晾干的种子放入浸种液中浸种50min,捞出,晾干;
(2)、准备育苗基质
称取珍珠岩、草炭木、腐叶土、有机肥以重量比为10: 3: 3: 3混合搅拌均匀,得到育苗基质;
(3)、催芽处理
电流催芽:将步骤(1)得到的种子放入绝缘催芽箱体中催芽,设置催芽箱体上端开口,催芽箱体的底部开设有网孔,催芽箱内腔两侧对称设置有电极板,将种子放入后催芽箱体后,每隔8h喷洒一次催芽剂,每次喷洒完催芽剂后,将催芽箱体内设置的两块电极板分别连接电源的正极和负极,接通电源,给种子通入强度为10μA的微电流,每次通电时间为15s,24h后,将种子从催芽箱体中取出;
催芽室催芽:催芽室内铺设一层厚度为4cm的细沙,将种子埋入细沙中,并将前述催芽剂与清水按照1:3比例混合得到兑水后的催芽液,喷洒细沙,保持细沙湿润,待90%以上种子露白后,准备播种;
(4)、播种育苗
在育苗盘中放入步骤(2)得到的育苗基质,将步骤(3)催芽处理后的种子播种入育苗盘,控制株距为20~22cm,将育苗盘放入温室大棚中进行育苗;
(5)、苗期管理
育苗1~14天,育苗盘上覆盖地膜,大棚中白天温度控制为25℃、光照5000lx,夜间温度控制为20℃、光照120lx;
育苗15~21天,除去地膜,接受自然光照,并遮阴45%,大棚中温度控制为25℃、空气湿度控制为80%;
育苗22~39天,继续接受自然光照,并遮阴35%,大棚中温度控制为25℃、空气湿度控制为70%;
育苗40~60天,继续接受自然光照,并遮阴30%,大棚中温度控制为26℃、空气湿度控制为70%,保持良好通风环境,每隔5天喷施一次营养液;
(6)、起苗出圃。

所述步骤(5)中的营养液包括以下份计的原料:硼酸0.008g/L、硫酸锌0.006g/L、硫酸铜0.001g/L、硫酸锰0.0008g/L、硫酸铁0.0008g/L、过磷酸钙0.0006g/L、硝酸钙0.0006g/L、硝酸钾0.0006g/L和余量水。

Claims (8)
1.一种洋桔梗的种子育苗方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
(1)、选种和浸种
选种:采集洋桔梗种子,用水选法去秕、去杂、去破粒,挑选饱满的种子;用滤纸将挑选的种子表面水分吸干,平铺在湿滤纸上室内晾2~3h;
浸种:将前述晾干的种子放入浸种液中浸种40~50min,捞出,晾干;
(2)、准备育苗基质
称取珍珠岩、草炭木、腐叶土、有机肥以重量比为5~10:1~3:1~3:1~3混合搅拌均匀,得到育苗基质;
(3)、催芽处理
