8. The document compliance checking system of claim 7, wherein:
the source file splitting module comprises the following sub-modules:
a video file module: if the source file is a video file, the source file is divided into a plurality of common videos;
the common video is a video file with content capable of being independently played and viewed;
a picture file module: if the source file is a picture file, dividing the source file into a plurality of common pictures;
the common picture is a picture file with content capable of being independently viewed;
the common video and the common picture are both segmentation files;
in the uploading module, the uploading file is a file uploaded by the terminal equipment;
each divided file is uploaded to a plurality of other terminal devices in the sequencing list;
the compliance confirming module further comprises the following sub-modules:
the other terminal equipment processing module: according to the sorting list, enabling terminal equipment at intervals of the split files in the sorting list to perform priority processing;
the sequencing list sequences the terminal equipment according to the network transmission speed and the storage space of the terminal equipment;
the storage module comprises the following sub-modules:
a storage distribution module: if the divided files are all in compliance, sending and storing the source file from the uploaded terminal equipment to a cell server;
the storage module further comprises the following sub-modules:
a file name acquisition module: sampling source files stored in a cell server at intervals, and acquiring a unique identification code; the identification code is stored in a central server;
the identification code is formed by encoding of the divided file sampled at intervals.
