Abstract

直筒式密封隔离气体流量控制系统涉及一种专用于直筒式吹气密封中隔离气体的流量控制装置,通过流体管道将两个声速孔板并联而成并连接于直筒式吹气密封的隔离气体入口,每个声速孔板前后各装有一切换阀,并联声速孔板前装有一温度计,并联声速孔板前后各装有一压力计。本发明结构简单,操作方便,可方便地控制直筒式吹气密封中隔离气体的流量,从而使直筒式吹气密封装置得以在石油化工工业中的离心压缩机动密封系统中广泛实施。

Description

直筒式密封隔离气体流量控制系统
本发明涉及一种专用于直筒式吹气密封中隔离气体的流量控制装置。
在离心式压缩机的动密封系统中。广泛采用吹气密封作为主密封(浮环密封或机械密封)的辅助密封。在公知技术中,绝大多数吹气密封为迷宫密封,亦称梳齿式密封或拉别令(Labyrinth)式密封,所吹入的隔离气体(buffer-gas)或缓冲气体多为氮气或干气。迷宫密封有两方面的功能,一方面通过隔离气流来阻止压缩机工艺气体逆隔离气流方向的反扩散,以防止主密封被工艺气体污染;另一方面,迷宫密封通过节流来控制隔离气体的流量(消耗量)。从减少隔离气体消耗量的观点来看,希望迷宫密封的节流功能尽可能强;但节流功能愈强烈,则隔离气体与工艺气体在迷宫中的旋涡混合效应愈烈,阻止反扩散的功能则愈差。因此,在迷宫密封中,节流功能与阻止反扩散功能是互相矛盾的。为了解决这一矛盾,本发明人曾经在参考文献(Waag,Yumin,and Chen,Zhen-Qing,“Effective Use of Buffer Gas Sleeve-TypeSeais in Centrifugal Compressoys”,TRIBOLGY TRANSACTIONS,VOL,31,NO3,July 1988)中提出了用直筒式密封代替迷宫密封的技术方案。
采用直筒式密封可以将节流功能与阻止反扩散功能统一起来,不仅可大大提高其阻止工艺气体反扩散的效率,而且可大幅度降低隔离气体的消耗量。但是,由于直筒式密封间隙中隔离气体的流量极小(0.1-0.5m3/h)、压差甚微(~50Pa),故隔离气体的流量难于控制,正因为如此,直筒式密封技术方案迄今为止实际尚未能得以实施。
本发明的目的即是获得一种可方便地控制直筒式吹气密封中隔离气体流量的装置,从而使直筒式吹气密封得以实施。
为了实现上述目的,本发明根据“在临界条件下流体通过声速孔板的体积流量与孔板下游的气体压力无关”的原理,采用声速孔板组成专用于直筒式密封中隔离气体的流量控制系统,通过控制声速孔板前的气体压力即可方便地控制隔离气体的流量。以下结合具体实施例对本发明直筒式密封隔离气体流量控制系统的技术特征作进一步的详细说明。
附图1为本发明直筒式密封隔离气体流量控制系统的连接示意图。
参考附图1,本发明直筒式密封隔离气体流量控制系统主要利用流体管道将声速孔板1和声速孔板2并联而成并连接于直筒式密封的隔离气体入口3。为了便于选择和切换声速孔板,在每个声速孔板前后各装有一个切换阀4、切换阀5和换阀6、切换阀7。为便于实际测量和计算声速孔板前后的气体压力和通过声速孔板的流量,可在并联声速孔板前的流体管道中安装一温度计8并在并联声速孔板前后的流体管道中各安装一压力计9和压力计10。声速孔板1和声速孔板2的孔径可根据隔离气体的流量来选择,两者可单独使用、也可并联使用。由于在临界条件下气体通过声速孔板的体积流量与声速孔板下游的气体压力无关,而只取决于声速孔板板前的气体压力,因此,只要采用常规的方法控制声速孔板前隔离气体的压力,就可方便地控制通过声速孔板的隔离气体流量。
本发明结构简单,易于实施,可方便地控制直筒式吹气密封中隔离气体的流量,从而使直筒式吹气密封装置在离心式压缩机的动密封系统中得以实施,特别是在石油化工领域的离心式压缩机动密封系统中得以实施并取得显著的经济效益。

1、一种直筒式密封隔离气体流量控制系统,其特征在于它是通过流体管道将两个声速孔板并联而成并连接于直筒式吹气密封的隔离气体入口,每个声速孔板前后的流体管道中各装有一个切换阀,并联的声速孔板前的流体管道中装有一温度计,并联的声速孔板前后的流体管道中各装有一个压力计。
