Abstract
The invention relates to a dirt discharging and cleaning system of a dirt box, which comprises the dirt box, a pump, a first pipeline, a second pipeline, a first connecting pipe assembly, a second connecting pipe assembly and a valve assembly, wherein the first pipeline is communicated with an inlet of the dirt box and an outlet of the pump; the second connecting pipe assembly comprises a fourth pipeline communicated with the second pipeline and a second joint connected to the end part of the fourth pipeline. The invention can realize the dual functions of sewage discharge and self-circulation flushing of the sewage box by one pump and one pipeline, thereby not only reducing the cost of the whole system, but also reducing the occupied space of the whole system.

The invention relates to a dirt discharge and cleaning system for a dirt box.
Background
The current market for emptying dirt bins involves a number of methods, most commonly by forklift trucks and other loading vehicles dumping. This not only greatly affects the discharge height of the dirt, but also presents a safety hazard during the dumping operation.

Preferably, the valve assembly further comprises a third valve disposed on the first line, and a fourth valve disposed on the second line.
Further preferably, two third valves are provided, and the two third valves are respectively located on the first pipeline between the dirt box and the first connecting pipe assembly and the first pipeline between the first connecting pipe assembly and the pump.
Preferably, the second connecting pipe assembly is provided with two groups.
Preferably, the valve assembly includes a first valve disposed on the third line, a second valve disposed on the fourth line, a third valve disposed on the first line, and a fourth valve disposed on the second line.
Further preferably, the dirt discharging and cleaning system of the dirt box has a dirt discharging passage, the first and fourth valves are closed when in the dirt discharging passage, and the second and third valves are opened.
Further preferably, the dirt discharging and cleaning system of the dirt box has a water filling passage, the first valve and the third valve are opened when the dirt discharging and cleaning system is positioned in the water filling passage, and the second valve and the fourth valve are closed.
Further preferably, the dirt discharging and cleaning system of the dirt box has a self-circulation path, the first and second valves are closed when the self-circulation path is in, and the third and fourth valves are opened.
Preferably, the pump is an electric diaphragm pump; the first connector and the second connector are respectively quick connectors; the valve components are all ball valves.

a sewage discharge and cleaning system of a sewage tank as shown in fig. 1 includes a sewage tank 1, a pump 2, a first pipe 3 communicating inlets of the sewage tank 1 and the pump 2, a second pipe 4 communicating outlets of the sewage tank 1 and the pump 2, a first connection pipe assembly connected to the first pipe 3, a second connection pipe assembly connected to the second pipe 4, and a valve assembly. The specific method is as follows:
the dirt in the dirt box 1 can be sewage or a solid-liquid mixture, but the outline dimension of the solid is not more than 10mm. The pump 2 is an electric diaphragm pump.
The first connecting pipe assembly comprises a third pipeline 50 communicated with the first pipeline and a first joint 51 connected to the end part of the third pipeline 50; the second connection pipe assembly comprises fourth pipes 60a, 60b communicating with the second pipe 4 and second joints 61a, 61b connected to ends of the fourth pipes 60a, 60b, wherein the first and second joints 51, 61a, 61b are quick joints, respectively. In this embodiment: the second connecting pipe assembly is provided with two groups.
The valve assembly comprises a first valve 70 arranged on the third line 50, a second valve 71a, 71b arranged on the fourth line 60a, 60b, a third valve 72a, 72b arranged on the first line 3, a fourth valve 73 arranged on the second line 4, wherein all valves are ball valves. In this embodiment: the third valves 72a, 72b are provided in two, the two third valves 72a, 72b being located on the first line 3 between the dirt tank 1 and the first connection tube assembly, and on the first line 3 between the first connection tube assembly and the pump 2, respectively.
The dirt discharging and cleaning system of the dirt box is provided with a dirt discharging passage, a water filling passage and a self-circulation passage. Wherein:
dirt discharge passage:
if sewage is to be discharged through one of the sewage outlets of the second connection pipe assembly of the sewage tank 1, the sewage hose must be connected to the second joint 61a of the second connection pipe assembly first; if a sewage is to be discharged through another sewage outlet of the second connection pipe assembly of the sewage tank 1, a sewage hose is first connected to the second joint 61b of the second connection pipe assembly.
When sewage is discharged through one sewage outlet of the second connecting pipe assembly, the state of the valve assembly is adjusted as follows:

After the valve assembly state is adjusted to the state, the outlet of the sewage hose is placed at a proper position, and then the pump 2 is started for sewage.

After the valve assembly is adjusted to the state, the pump 2 is started to perform cleaning operation, the mode is operated for a sufficient time, the dirt in the dirt box 1 is determined to be loosened and mixed into water, and then the valve assembly is adjusted to a dirt discharge passage as soon as possible, so that the sewage is discharged. The aged scale in the sewage tank 1 can be cleaned by circulating the process for a plurality of times (adding the detergent into the sewage tank 1 if necessary).
Thus, the pump 2 can pump flowing liquid and can convey a medium which is not easy to flow, so that the sewage in the sewage box 1 and sundries not more than 10mm can be pumped and discharged to a designated place together through the pump 2; meanwhile, by adjusting the opening and closing of the valve assembly, clean water for cleaning can be added into the sewage tank 1 through an external water source, and the water in the sewage tank 1 can circularly flow through the pump 2 so as to achieve the purpose of flushing the bottom of the sewage tank.

the dirt discharging and cleaning system of the dirt box is provided with a dirt discharging passage, when the dirt discharging passage is arranged, the first valve and the fourth valve are closed, and the second valve and the third valve are opened;
the sewage discharge and cleaning system of the sewage box is provided with a clean water injection passage, when the sewage discharge and cleaning system is positioned in the clean water injection passage, the first valve and the third valve are opened, and the second valve and the fourth valve are closed;
the dirt discharging and cleaning system of the dirt box is provided with a self-circulation passage, when the self-circulation passage is arranged, the first valve and the second valve are closed, and the third valve and the fourth valve are opened.

A soil discharge and cleaning system for a soil box as claimed in claim 1 wherein: the third valves are arranged in two, and the two third valves are respectively positioned on the first pipeline between the dirt box and the first connecting pipe assembly and the first pipeline between the first connecting pipe assembly and the pump.
3. A soil discharge and cleaning system for a soil box as claimed in claim 1 wherein: the second connecting pipe assembly is provided with two groups.
4. A soil discharge and cleaning system for a soil box as claimed in claim 1 wherein: the pump is an electric diaphragm pump; the first connector and the second connector are respectively quick connectors; the valve components are all ball valves.
