本发明涉及在纺织生产的织物绳状染色过程中保护真丝绸织物不受擦伤的方法。
高档轻薄纺织品，尤其是真丝织物具有轻盈柔软的特点。许多高档纺织品，如真丝绸中的双绉、四唯呢、双乔绉、采新绉等都采用松式染色方法，以保持这些产品手感厚实、绉效应明显的风格。所用设备一般为绳状染色机或溢流染色机。首尾相接的织物在这些设备上染色时，织物与织物、织物与机械部件之间会产生摩擦而造成织物擦伤的现象，破坏了产品的外观，严重影响了产品的质量。目前在绳状织物染色设备上尚无解决上述问题的相应措施。
本发明的目的是建立一种能在绳状染色过程中防止真丝绸织物相互直接摩擦或织物与机械部件直接摩擦、不使织物擦伤的方法。
这种构思的特征是采用另一种高透湿织物将被染洗织物夹住，所述高透湿织物的长度与首尾相接的被染洗织物长度相一致，绳状染色时这种高透湿织物与被其夹住的被染织物同步运行，被染洗织物处于高透湿织物的包围中。这种高透湿织物可以是梭织物、针织物、非织造布或网眼状编织布。
采用上述构思的染色方法，可以防止染色过程中真丝绸织物的相互接触及其与机件的直接接触和摩擦，有效地防止了擦伤，提高了高档织物的质量。
实施例。
将一匹被染织物平幅地夹在两匹高透湿织物之间，将三匹织物沿两侧布边缝在一起。可用缝纫机大脚针缝合，每间隔40厘米缝合7厘米。
