Referring to fig. 1 to 9 of the drawings, the present invention is a pipe pile lifting device for lifting at least one pipe pile 100, which is mainly assembled by a main beam 1, a telescopic beam 2, a hook device 3, a hook opening and closing driving device 4, a positioning device 5, and the like.
The telescopic beam 2 is arranged in the main beam 1 and can stretch and retract along the length direction of the main beam 1, so that the lifting appliance can lift pipe piles 100 with different spans, and the length of the applicable pipe piles is 8-15 m.
Specifically, the top of the main beam 1 is provided with a telescopic speed reducer 11 and a gear transmission device 12. The telescopic speed reducer 11 drives the gear transmission 12 through a chain I13, so that the telescopic speed reducer 11 drives the gear transmission 12.

A plurality of groups of rollers 14 are arranged in the main beam 1; two sides of the telescopic beam 2 are respectively provided with a channel steel 22; the channel steel 22 is supported on the roller 14, even if the telescopic beam 2 is supported on the roller 14, the telescopic beam 2 can be flexible and can be prevented from falling off from the main beam 1.
The hook means 3 are mounted to the end of the telescopic beam 2. The lifting hook opening and closing driving device 4 is connected with and drives the lifting hook device 3 to open and close, so that the lifting hook device 3 can hook the two ends of the tubular pile.

That is, when it is necessary to hoist one pipe pile 100, it is only necessary to use the second hooks 33 and open the first hooks 32 and the third hooks 34; when two pipe piles 100 need to be lifted, the first lifting hook 32 and the third lifting hook 34 are used, and the second lifting hook 33 is opened; when three pipe piles 100 need to be lifted, three lifting hooks are used simultaneously, so that the lifting efficiency is greatly improved, and the application range is wide.
Further, the first hook 32 is composed of a hook portion 321, a sleeve 322, and a mounting bracket 323. The shaft sleeve 322 is fixedly arranged on the upper part of the lifting hook portion 321, is sleeved on the main shaft 31, can rotate and translate relative to the main shaft 31, realizes opening and closing of the lifting hook portion 321 through rotation, and adjusts the spacing among the first lifting hook 32, the second lifting hook 33 and the third lifting hook 34 through translation, so that the lifting device is suitable for lifting the pipe piles 100 with different diameters. One end of the lifting hook opening and closing driving device 4 is hinged to the mounting frame 323, and the other end of the lifting hook opening and closing driving device is hinged to the lifting hook 321 and can drive the lifting hook 321 to open and close; the lifting hook opening and closing driving device 4 is a cylinder, an oil cylinder, a hydraulic cylinder, a gear drive or a chain drive, and in the embodiment, the lifting hook opening and closing driving device 4 is a cylinder. When the pipe pile 100 needs to be lifted, the hook opening and closing driving device 4 (air cylinder) is started, so that the hook opening and closing driving device 4 pulls the hook portion 321, and the hook portion 321 hooks the inside of the end portion of the pipe pile 100.
The hook means 3 further comprises a screw 35; the screw rod 35 is parallel to the main shaft 31, and a screw rod sprocket 36 is mounted on the screw rod 35. The screw rod chain wheel 36 is meshed with a chain II37; the chain II37 is connected to a gear motor 38 and driven by the gear motor 38. The first lifting hook 32 and the third lifting hook 33 are respectively provided with a threaded sleeve 39; the threaded sleeve 39 is screwed with the screw rod 35. In the embodiment, the main shaft 31 and the screw rod 35 are separately arranged, so that the bearing capacity of the main shaft 31 is greatly improved, and the distance between the lifting hooks is convenient to adjust.
When the spacing between the three hooks needs to be adjusted, only the gear motor 38 on the first hook 32 and the third hook 33 needs to be started, the gear motor 38 drives the chain II37, the chain II37 drives the screw rod chain wheel 36, the screw rod chain wheel 36 rotates to drive the screw rod 35 to rotate, the screw rod 35 drives the screw sleeve 39, and the screw sleeve 39 moves along the radial direction of the screw rod 35, so that the first hook 32 and the third hook 33 move.
The positioning device 5 is mounted at the bottom of the telescopic beam 2, and can be abutted against the upper surface of the pipe pile 100. Specifically, the positioning device 5 is located at the inner side of the hook device 3, and comprises a mounting seat 51 and a positioning arc plate 52; the mounting seat 51 is provided with a plurality of groups of mounting holes 53; the positioning arc plates 52 can be fixed in one of the sets of mounting holes 53, so that the height of the positioning arc plates 53 can be adjusted to be suitable for the pipe piles 100 of different heights. In this embodiment, the radius of the positioning arc plate 53 is 300cm.
