The invention provides a double-width fabric packaging device and a packaging method thereof, wherein the double-width fabric packaging device comprises a paperboard card holder, a paper tube used for supporting fabrics and a paper box used for packaging the fabrics, the paperboard card holder comprises a paperboard card holder I, a paperboard card holder II, a paperboard card holder III and a paperboard card holder IV, the paperboard card holder I and the paperboard card holder II are symmetrically arranged at two ends of the bottom of the paper box, arc-shaped lower grooves used for supporting the paper tube are formed in the paperboard card holder I and the paperboard card holder II in the upward direction, two ends of the paper tube are supported on the lower grooves, and the paperboard card holder III and the paperboard card holder IV are respectively and correspondingly arranged above the paperboard card holder I and the paperboard card holder II and are respectively provided with upper grooves used for fixing the paper tube and corresponding to the lower grooves. Referring to fig. 2, the cardboard card support comprises a first cardboard card support 101, a second cardboard card support 102, a third cardboard card support 103 and a fourth cardboard card support 104, the left side view of the first cardboard card support 101 and the third cardboard card support 103 is as shown in fig. 3, the first cardboard card support 101 and the second cardboard card support 102 are symmetrically arranged at two ends of the bottom of the carton 3, the upward directions of the first cardboard card support 101 and the second cardboard card support 102 are provided with arc-shaped lower grooves 4 for supporting the paper tubes, the notch faces upwards, and the paper tubes 2 with fabrics are placed on the grooves. The packaging method of the double-width fabric can be used for packaging various double-width fabrics woven by various weaving machines.
The packaging method of the packaging device using the double-width fabric comprises the following steps:
step 1: the first paperboard clamping support 101 and the second paperboard clamping support 102 are respectively arranged at the bottoms of the two ends of the paper box 3;
