本发明提供了一种带传动分离装置，其能对工件进行分离。其技术方案是这样的：一种带传动分离装置，其包括出料槽、分离槽，所述出料槽底部两侧分别安装有带传动装置，所述带传动装置包括带轮以及皮带，所述皮带上均匀设有磁铁，一侧皮带上的磁铁与另一侧皮带上磁铁间的空隙相对应，所述带传动装置下方分别安装有挡板，所述挡板下方分别安装有所述分离槽，所述挡板与所述带传动装置的距离大于等于所述磁铁的厚度小于工件的厚度。

技术领域
本发明涉及分离装置技术领域，具体为一种带传动分离装置。
背景技术
当工件生产加工时，需要在出料槽安装分离装置将一根流水线上的工件分离到两根流水线上方便操作人员操作。
发明内容
针对上述问题，本发明提供了一种带传动分离装置，其能对工件进行分离。
其技术方案是这样的：一种带传动分离装置，其包括出料槽、分离槽，其特征在于：所述出料槽底部两侧分别安装有带传动装置，所述带传动装置包括带轮以及皮带，所述皮带上均匀设有磁铁，一侧皮带上的磁铁与另一侧皮带上磁铁间的空隙相对应，所述带传动装置下方分别安装有挡板，所述挡板下方分别安装有所述分离槽，所述挡板与所述带传动装置的距离大于等于所述磁铁的厚度小于工件的厚度。
采用了这样的结构后，从出料槽落出的工件依次被左右侧的带传送装置上的磁铁吸附，分别通过两侧挡板的阻挡从而落入分离槽内实现工件的分离，使用效果好而且结构简单，操作方便，只需打开带传动装置的开关就可自动运行。

具体实施方式
一种带传动分离装置，其包括出料槽1、分离槽2，出料槽1底部两侧分别安装有带传动装置，带传动装置包括带轮以及皮带，皮带上均匀设有磁铁3，一侧皮带上的磁铁3与另一侧皮带上磁铁3间的空隙相对应，带传动装置下方分别安装有挡板4，挡板4下方分别安装有分离槽2，挡板4与带传动装置的距离等于磁铁3的厚度。

1.一种带传动分离装置，其包括出料槽、分离槽，其特征在于：所述出料槽底部两侧分别安装有带传动装置，所述带传动装置包括带轮以及皮带，所述皮带上均匀设有磁铁，一侧皮带上的磁铁与另一侧皮带上磁铁间的空隙相对应，所述带传动装置下方分别安装有挡板，所述挡板下方分别安装有所述分离槽，所述挡板与所述带传动装置的距离大于等于所述磁铁的厚度小于工件的厚度。
